Recent swimwear purchase
I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say me and my mate were so impressed with how kind and helpful the staff were. We only popped into the shop to check out the new swimwear collection and ended up buying four things. The service from Cristina (fingers crossed I remembered her name right!) was top notch.
Faulty products
The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible. I've never seen such lack of care for customers before. I sent various photos clearly showing the problems with the products I got, but the responses I got were unhelpful and showed no desire to fix the issue. It's obvious that this company doesn't want to own up to their badly made products. I'm really let down and won't be buying from them again.
Recently purchased items
I bought something from this company not too long ago and honestly, I was a bit worried at the start. They didn't send me an email to confirm that they had sent out my order, so I was a bit stressed about whether it would show up on time. But, to my surprise, it arrived in the post just a couple of days later. I was really pleased and impressed with both the company and the stuff I got.
Online order return issues
I had a really annoying time trying to return something I bought online. The website wasn't working properly, it wouldn't let me put in my phone number and the complaints form just wouldn't take my email address. It seems like they're deliberately trying to make it hard for customers to return stuff. I hope they sort out this problem soon and make their service better. But for now, I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Bought socks
The staff in the store were really unhelpful and had no idea what they were doing. They were so rude and couldn't even locate the item I was looking for. I'm so annoyed, I won't be going back there again!
Bathing suits
I was so excited to buy some new swimsuits from this shop - I've been a regular customer for ages and always enjoyed their stuff. But I've just had the worst experience. I bought something that was supposed to come with a free beach bag thanks to a promotion, but when I paid, the bag was missing from my order. I got in touch with customer service, and instead of sorting it out, they just blamed my browser needing an update which is ridiculous. It's just not on - if the bag was part of the deal, then I should have got it, no questions asked. I'm really disappointed in how they refused to take responsibility and fix this. It's definitely put me off this brand.
Online shopping experience
I recently placed an order and needed to return some items, but the whole process turned out to be a nightmare. I was expecting it to be straightforward, but it ended up being quite challenging. I completed the return form as instructed, but I never received a return label. I had to reach out to customer support, but they were not very helpful. Their response was generic and unhelpful, simply instructing me on how to return items and mentioning that they would inform the "appropriate team". It's already been a week, and I still haven't received my return label. Come on, sort it out!
Overpriced and Poor Quality
I've bought quite a few things from this shop, but I've been getting more and more disappointed with the stuff they sell. I mean, I recently splashed out a crazy amount on some tights, only for them to rip the first time I wore them. And those knee-high stockings I got in winter? Same story. It's so frustrating to waste money on things that can't even last one wear. I thought a high-end brand like this would do better, especially for the prices they charge. It makes me wonder if they really believe in their products or if they do refunds for situations like this. Their customer service definitely seems lacking in this area.
Online order cancellation
I ordered something online from this company and honestly the whole thing was a bit of a letdown. Once I'd made my purchase, I didn't get any kind of notification that my order had been cancelled. When I got in touch with customer support, they said the transaction had been flagged as fraudulent. But my bank had already verified all my details, and I'd even tried using Google PAY instead, but that didn't work either because their systems were outdated.
Christmas present letdown
Oh my gosh, you won't believe it, but I ordered this really cute Christmas present from an online store, right? So, here's the thing - it was supposed to come on time, like for Christmas, and you know what? It didn't show up! Now, I'm feeling so upset about it. The website is a total mess, and to top it off, they've been really unkind to me about the whole thing. And get this, everyone else I know who's ordered stuff from there is going through the same thing! So like, I'm not even being overly dramatic, it's a real issue. Ugh, I just wish I'd never even bought anything from them in the first place.
refund for defective bra
I wanted to talk about the bra I bought from this store - it's not great quality. I sent some pictures of it, and asked for a refund through a physical inspection, but they told me to go back online. Now they want me to come back to the shop for an exchange. I felt they weren't very understanding or caring about the hassle from my last visit. Could you please refund me for the faulty bra as soon as possible?
Tights purchase gone wrong
I recently bought 3 pairs of tights, but I ended up receiving completely different items instead. When I contacted customer service about the mix-up, they told me I had to pay for the return postage myself. There was no apology or offer of any compensation. It took a massive 2 months to finally get my refund after sending back the wrong items. The whole ordeal was a total nightmare and left me feeling really disappointed.
Online order with express delivery
I made an online order with express delivery recently, and it was so disappointing. My first order didn't arrive, and it took four weeks to get a refund. I decided to try again and paid extra for express delivery to my local post office. Despite paying more for faster delivery, my parcel wasn't even sent out on time. They said the warehouse was busy, but that's not a good enough reason to not deliver a service that I paid for. This whole thing has been really stressful and really disappointing.
Return label issue
I had a problem recently when I tried to return an order. I was meant to get the label within 24 hours of asking for it, but because I asked for it in the evening, I didn't get it in time for the weekend. I contacted customer support, but all I got back was an automated message saying my request had been passed on to another department. It's annoying not being able to make a simple return because of delays and not getting any updates.
Swimsuit, sports top, and shorts
I got myself a swimsuit, a sports top, and some shorts from this place, all ready for my holiday. But goodness me, the underwire in the swimsuit came out as soon as I hand washed it on the first day of my trip! And let me tell you about the shorts - they started looking all bobbly after just one wear and wash. I was really gutted with how bad the quality was on these items. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
Underwear purchase
I bought some underwear from this company recently and it was a total nightmare, to be honest. The sizes were all wrong, and when I tried to send them back, I never got my money back. Their customer service is terrible – they were so rude, didn't care at all, and didn't help me in the slightest. I've tried contacting them loads of times and every time they just give me the run-around. It's been a month now and I still haven't heard anything back. I can confirm that all those bad reviews were right, and I really wish I'd paid attention to them before buying. This company is a complete joke – steer clear at all costs.
Got my new swimsuit
I got this new swimsuit for my birthday and I was buzzing to wear it to the pool with my friends. But you won't believe it! The first time I put it on, the metal ring snapped! Can you imagine how gutting that was? I asked my mum if we could go back to the shop and swap it, but they didn't have any left. The manager said I couldn't even swap it for a different one! What a letdown.

I want to share my recent online shopping experience with this company, and honestly, I was quite disappointed. The website layout was not user-friendly at all, which made it really hard for me to properly check out the products and buy something. The constant spinning of the product images made it impossible for me to see any details, and it was just an overall frustrating experience.
Cute Shop Visit
Yesterday, I popped into this awesome shop and was assisted by a lovely and attentive girl. I really appreciated how she looked after me. She mentioned that if I signed into the app for the first time, I could receive a 20% discount. The girl put in a lot of effort to help me with the app, but unfortunately, it just wasn't cooperating and she couldn't apply the discount for me. It left both her and me feeling a little disappointed. I just wanted to flag that the app didn't work for the discount, which wasn't down to me. Thanks a bunch!
Wrong delivery address mishap
I'm feeling really upset with the way this company has behaved. It's just not right how they mishandled my personal data and then tried to downplay it as a simple mistake. The customer service was terrible and they didn't seem to care about fixing the problem or admitting they made a mistake. It's really disappointing to see them not taking responsibility and showing no concern for their customers.
