    skincare products, disappointed, seeking advice

    Recently, I bought some skincare items from this company hoping to tackle some specific skin issues. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling let down by the results. So, I decided to contact their customer service for advice. Sadly, the customer advisor I spoke to didn't really take my concerns seriously and just suggested buying more full-size products without giving me any useful alternatives. I found this lack of help annoying, especially since it's not easy to visit a beauty spa in person right now because of lockdown rules.

    Adding to the frustration, their policy of not accepting returns on tried products makes it hard to try out different options without taking a financial hit. In general, my experience with this company in dealing with my skin issues was definitely not up to scratch.

    I recently bought the Vinopure product range from this store and I have to say, it's been great for my sensitive, blemish-prone hormonal skin. Caudalie without doubt is a sure place to consider for make up and body care products such as scrubs, serums, toners, cleansers and more.     Recent skincare purchase for IVF preparation

    As I'm getting ready for IVF, I've been doing a lot of research on skincare products with no nasty chemicals. Luckily, I stumbled upon a brand that's really open about what they use, so I thought I'd give them a go. I have to say, I am so impressed with how good the stuff is and how well it works on my skin. The smells are lovely, and the difference in my skin is amazing. I think I've finally found a brand I can rely on, so I'll probably stick with them for a while.

    My experience of buying skincare products from this website was really disappointing. My order never turned up, and I had to get in touch with both the company and the delivery service to find out that it had gone missing. The customer care team weren't very communicative or helpful, which was really frustrating. I asked for a refund, but I still haven't received it, which has made me even more unhappy with the whole thing. I spoke to Irina and Vanessa from the customer care team, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing and weren't very useful, which just made things worse for me.

    I really love these skincare products! I received a bunch of free stuff just for sharing my before and after pictures. There was one product that didn't quite work for me, but they sent me a replacement really quickly. I've bought a lot of stuff from them already and the rewards are great. The customer service team can take a bit of time to respond, but they always come through in the end. I think I'll be a customer for life!

The person dealing with complaints was so rude, they shouted at me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I tried contacting the manager but got no reply at all.     I just wanted to mention that I got my order recently and it was really great. It arrived super quickly, only took 3 days to get to me. The packaging was so cute, making it really fun to open up my new cream and the extra samples they included. I'm really excited to try out the cream and see how it makes my skin feel. I got in touch with customer service for help, but they didn’t really help. They just said I should place another order to get the gift box.     Recently, I had a bit of a letdown with a company. I popped into the store hoping to grab a sample, but was told they had run out. The nearest store was a good 50 minutes away, so I couldn't just pop over. When I asked if they could send a small sample my way, given the distance, the customer service was less than helpful and super slow. It's just annoying when companies care more about cash than making customers happy. It's a shame that some businesses are all about profit and less about actually helping out their customers.

I hardly had a chance to use them before they were about to go bad, which was really annoying.     I recently bought some Caudalie skincare products online and, to be honest, the whole thing was a bit of a nightmare. The service I received from the company was really bad. Basically, I accidentally ordered the same face mask twice and when I tried to return one that was still unopened, I couldn't get through to customer service. And when I did manage to speak to someone, they weren't much help at all. In the end, they told me I'd have to pay 15€ to send it back. It was a pretty frustrating experience, and I've decided not to buy from them again.

    Cashmere lifting cream

    I started using this cream about a year ago and honestly, it was great! It really made my skin feel so lovely and smooth. But then they went and changed the formula, and now it just leaves my skin feeling all greasy and itchy. I got in touch with them about it, but all they said was to switch to a different product line. But I don't want something different, I want what I originally bought!     I had to send back something to this company not too long ago. It was a right nightmare! The customer service team were no help at all, didn't even try to assist me with organising the return. I did what I was told and sent back the products, then waited patiently for an update. But would you believe it, after 10 days, I still hadn't heard a peep from them.     I've just got to share my recent experience with ordering skincare goodies online. It's been an absolute nightmare. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but haven't heard a peep back. It's now been three weeks since I placed my order and I'm still empty-handed. The lack of communication and service from this company is beyond frustrating and disappointing. It's got me feeling like I've been scammed, honestly, I wouldn't advise anyone to use this website.
