skincare products, disappointed, seeking advice
Recently, I bought some skincare items from this company hoping to tackle some specific skin issues. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling let down by the results. So, I decided to contact their customer service for advice. Sadly, the customer advisor I spoke to didn't really take my concerns seriously and just suggested buying more full-size products without giving me any useful alternatives. I found this lack of help annoying, especially since it's not easy to visit a beauty spa in person right now because of lockdown rules.
Adding to the frustration, their policy of not accepting returns on tried products makes it hard to try out different options without taking a financial hit. In general, my experience with this company in dealing with my skin issues was definitely not up to scratch.- Vinopure product range - Facial wash - Serum
I recently bought the Vinopure product range from this store and I have to say, it's been great for my sensitive, blemish-prone hormonal skin. The facial wash and serum have worked really well and made a big difference to my skin. I really value the quality of these products and how they've improved my skincare routine.
On top of the fantastic products, I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived after I ordered them. They came in the post without any problems and it was so convenient. Recent skincare purchase for IVF preparation
As I'm getting ready for IVF, I've been doing a lot of research on skincare products with no nasty chemicals. Luckily, I stumbled upon a brand that's really open about what they use, so I thought I'd give them a go. I have to say, I am so impressed with how good the stuff is and how well it works on my skin. The smells are lovely, and the difference in my skin is amazing. I think I've finally found a brand I can rely on, so I'll probably stick with them for a while.
Refill doesn't fit
I purchased this refill from their website because the Caudalie shop in London had shut down. However, when it arrived, it didn't fit in my pot! I contacted customer service, and they were really unfriendly and not helpful at all. I definitely won't be buying from them again!
Skincare products
My experience of buying skincare products from this website was really disappointing. My order never turned up, and I had to get in touch with both the company and the delivery service to find out that it had gone missing. The customer care team weren't very communicative or helpful, which was really frustrating. I asked for a refund, but I still haven't received it, which has made me even more unhappy with the whole thing. I spoke to Irina and Vanessa from the customer care team, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing and weren't very useful, which just made things worse for me.
Great skincare products
I really love these skincare products! I received a bunch of free stuff just for sharing my before and after pictures. There was one product that didn't quite work for me, but they sent me a replacement really quickly. I've bought a lot of stuff from them already and the rewards are great. The customer service team can take a bit of time to respond, but they always come through in the end. I think I'll be a customer for life!

I think the skincare products are brilliant, I've used them for ages and my skin has improved a lot. But the customer service I got recently was just terrible. The person dealing with complaints was so rude, they shouted at me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I tried contacting the manager but got no reply at all. It's such a shame that such amazing products have such awful customer service.
New cream and free samples
I just wanted to mention that I got my order recently and it was really great. It arrived super quickly, only took 3 days to get to me. The packaging was so cute, making it really fun to open up my new cream and the extra samples they included. I'm really excited to try out the cream and see how it makes my skin feel. All in all, it was a brilliant experience with no issues at all.

I've been using their lip balm and moisturiser for ages now, and I absolutely love them! The scents are amazing and they leave my skin feeling really soft. I usually order them online and they always arrive really quickly. Once, I had a question about a sample I received and gave them a call - the person I spoke to was really friendly and helpful.

I bought some skincare stuff from this company. Their website said that if you spend over a certain amount, you’d get a free gift box. But when I got my order, there was no gift box. I got in touch with customer service for help, but they didn’t really help. They just said I should place another order to get the gift box. I felt let down and annoyed by the lack of honesty and unhelpful response. My experience wasn’t great and I’m not happy about it.
Anti-dark spot serum set purchase
I bought the anti-dark spot serum set from your company for my friend's birthday. I've ordered it in the past and it always comes in a lovely gift box. But this time, when it arrived, the bottles were not packed well and seemed like they had been tossed in without care. I was really let down by how the gift looked.
Sample request denied
Recently, I had a bit of a letdown with a company. I popped into the store hoping to grab a sample, but was told they had run out. The nearest store was a good 50 minutes away, so I couldn't just pop over. When I asked if they could send a small sample my way, given the distance, the customer service was less than helpful and super slow. It's just annoying when companies care more about cash than making customers happy. It's a shame that some businesses are all about profit and less about actually helping out their customers.
Toners with short shelf life
I bought some toner items from this shop not long ago and I was really let down when I discovered that they didn't last very long. I hardly had a chance to use them before they were about to go bad, which was really annoying. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about sending the products back, they informed me that they don't pay for the return postage. This just made me even more disappointed, as now I have to pay extra to return items that I can't use anymore. All in all, it wasn't a great experience buying from this store.
Caudalie skincare products
I recently bought some Caudalie skincare products online and, to be honest, the whole thing was a bit of a nightmare. The service I received from the company was really bad. Basically, I accidentally ordered the same face mask twice and when I tried to return one that was still unopened, I couldn't get through to customer service. And when I did manage to speak to someone, they weren't much help at all. In the end, they told me I'd have to pay 15€ to send it back. It was a pretty frustrating experience, and I've decided not to buy from them again.
Wedding gift purchase
I bought a wedding gift and was sad to see that the free gift box promised on the website was missing from my order. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful and said I had to make a new order to get the gift box. This left me feeling disappointed. I believe customers should get clear and honest information when buying something, and this was not what I got. I won't be buying from this company again.
Cashmere lifting cream
I started using this cream about a year ago and honestly, it was great! It really made my skin feel so lovely and smooth. But then they went and changed the formula, and now it just leaves my skin feeling all greasy and itchy. I got in touch with them about it, but all they said was to switch to a different product line. But I don't want something different, I want what I originally bought! So now I'm left with this pricey hand cream that I'm not even keen on. Frustrating, isn't it?
