Discount Code Application Issue
I recently had a bit of a mix-up with using a discount code on my first order from this company. I placed my order and signed up for their newsletter, and then got an email offering me 10% off my first order. I contacted their customer service straight away to see if they could add the discount to my current order. They said they could do it because the order hadn't been processed yet and said they would issue a refund. While I'm grateful for their quick help, I think it would have been easier if the discount was automatically added during checkout for first-time customers. I hope they follow through with the refund they promised.
Dress and co-ord set
Oh my gosh! I don't usually bother with leaving reviews, but I just had to share about these two amazing finds I got recently! I treated myself to a super cute dress and matching outfit in my first order, and they fit me like a dream. They're so comfortable and the colours are just beautiful! I've received loads of lovely comments about them too.
Then, I couldn't resist and ended up making a second order. And let me tell you, the delivery was super fast, the items are awesome, and they didn't break the bank. This shop is definitely now one of my favourites! 💖👗Clothing item for cool summer evenings

I was a bit unsure about getting this, but oh my gosh, it's actually really good! The cotton set is really pretty, fits perfectly, and feels so comfortable on my skin. I was a bit concerned because of the negative reviews, but I'm really happy I decided to take a chance and purchase it. Definitely worth it!
Jumpers and shirt
I recently received two jumpers and a shirt that arrived pretty quickly. The quality of the items is really good and the colours match the pictures online. The jumpers are incredibly soft and comfortable, although the labels on the back were really annoyingly itchy, so I had to chop them off 🙄 They could do with being a bit longer, but they still look adorable with long shirts layered underneath. I definitely plan on purchasing more in the future!

Oh my goodness! I am completely in love with these items! I bought the navy shirt, the denim blue shirt, the French toile shirt, ivory sweater, and cream poncho - they are all absolutely stunning and super cosy! The neckline on the ivory sweater is a little big, but it's not a big deal. I've been raving about this store to all my friends, even the ones who live abroad - that's how fantastic it is. I'm so excited to order more from their spring collection!

I went to this store for the first time recently and it was honestly amazing. As soon as I walked in, I felt a friendly and welcoming vibe. The products were really top-notch and there was such a good range to choose from. The staff were so helpful and knew their stuff, which made my shopping trip even better. The website was dead easy to use and I managed to track down that long cardigan I'd been after. The cream cardigan and grey midi skirt I got were top quality and really pleased me. As soon as I put on this dress, I felt fantastic. The fabric is really good quality and gives the dress a nice weight, making it hang nicely. The cutaway underarm design isn't just stylish but also super bra-friendly, which is a huge bonus for me. The fit is perfect, showing off effortless elegance. Co-ord purchase
I bought a co-ord set not too long ago and it's been a bit of a letdown, to be honest. The quality of the outfit isn't great, and when I tried to get some help from customer service about getting a replacement, they basically said no. It's been a few months and the trousers are already falling apart after only wearing them a few times. The whole experience has been really disappointing - the product isn't up to scratch and the customer service was pretty poor, to be honest.
Swimwear purchase
I bought a swimsuit from this company not long ago, and honestly, I'm so disappointed with how it all went down. It turned up late, and to make matters worse, it was the wrong size which is a real pain because I needed it for my holiday. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they were really unhelpful and just plain rude. On top of all that, the shipping costs were through the roof which just made the whole situation even more frustrating. All in all, this has been a really irritating and not enjoyable shopping experience.
Online order with delayed delivery
I recently placed an order online with this company and unfortunately, there was a significant delay in getting my package. I found this really annoying as I normally don't have any problems with online deliveries. But the delay wasn't the company's fault, it was due to issues in the country where I live. Despite this hiccup, the customer service rep I spoke to, named Camilla, was amazing. She was so professional, hardworking, and really went the extra mile to sort out my problem quickly and efficiently. I can't thank her enough for turning things around for me. People like Camilla really make a big difference and leave a lasting impression on customers.
Cashmere travel wraps
I wanted to share my thoughts on the cashmere travel wraps I bought from here - they're really good quality! But I have to say, I was a bit disappointed when I found out there were no white gift boxes included like before. How something looks is important to me, and I was happy to pay more for the gift packaging. Please could you bring back the white gift boxes?
Knitwear purchase
I've just found this amazing shop for all my knitwear, and I've bought three things already. I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality, style, and colours of each one. Clothing exchange
I was really let down by this company when I tried to return a piece of clothing. The prices were too high for what you got, and the whole exchange was a nightmare. It took me ages to get my money back - more than a month! That's just not on in this day and age. The lack of communication and organisation was so frustrating.
New blouse
I recently bought this really nice new blouse from a store. The first time I ordered from there, it wasn't great. But this time, my goodness, it was much better. The fabric was really soft and the pattern was really pretty. I was so pleased to give this store another chance and actually ended up with something I love wearing. However, the first time I ordered this Mae blouse, it was meant to be made of soft viscose, but it turned out to be thin cotton. Cotton tends to get all wrinkly and doesn't look as nice as it does in the photos on the website. If I had known it was cotton, I wouldn't have ordered it, you know?

The person I eventually spoke to, who was supposed to be the 'customer service manager', was really rude. I definitely won't be shopping there again and would suggest others avoid it too.
