Large shirt
I have to admit, I was really impressed with the quality of the shirt I bought. The style, fit, and fabric were all top-notch. I'm quite fussy when it comes to my clothing, so I was really pleased with how well-crafted this shirt was. But I did notice that the sizing was a bit off - the large felt more like a regular fit rather than a modern or slim fit, so I'm thinking of giving a medium a go to see if it's a bit snugger.
Reversible Quarter Zip
I was really hoping that the reversible quarter zip I bought from here would be a winner, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The fit isn't quite right around the waist, making it look too casual for what I had in mind. It just ends up looking a bit sloppy and not quite suitable for a smart-casual office environment. I thought it would be a versatile piece that I could dress up or down, but it's a bit too relaxed for my taste. Maybe it would pair well with jeans, but it's definitely not suitable for the office.
Wrong shirt delivered, expedited order
I recently bought something from this company and, to my disappointment, they sent me the wrong shirt on a rushed order that I needed for my holiday coming up. Trying to sort this out with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. They have not been very helpful and don't seem willing to send me a replacement shirt quickly or refund the extra fee for the rushed shipping. It's really annoying to pay more for faster delivery and then still get the wrong item.
Polo exchanges due to sizing
I had to swap my polos a few times because they didn't fit right and Amanda over at Collars & Co was really helpful all the way through. She took her time to help me find the perfect fitting polo and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The customer service at Collars & Co is top-notch and I definitely suggest them for their commitment to making sure customers are satisfied.
Loads of polos
Oh, my dad absolutely adores these shirts! He just can't get enough of them, always adding more to his collection. According to him, they look fantastic and don't shrink when washed. They're perfect for when he goes on holiday as well. When I ordered from their Canadian store, it was a breeze. The whole process was super simple and the delivery was quick. Plus, it was nice that the prices were in CAD, made everything very straightforward. Buying things online in Canada can sometimes be tricky, but this experience was smooth sailing from start to finish.
Small shirt returned for exchange
I bought a shirt from this company, but it turned out to be too small. I followed their return instructions and asked for a bigger size but unfortunately, I haven't heard back from their customer service despite sending several emails over the past 2 days. It's really frustrating that they haven't been responsive or helpful at all, making me question their reliability in providing any kind of service or support. My overall experience with them has been disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest anyone else do business with them.
Nice polos with softening collars
I've recently bought some lovely polos and I've noticed that the sleeves are a tad longer than I'm used to. Despite that, I really like wearing them. The only problem is that I've seen the collars getting softer over time. I reckon it's because I've been drying them in the dryer.
Shirt for work
I absolutely adore the shirts I bought from here for work! They're incredibly comfortable and ideal for a long day at school. The service was fantastic, too - the lady who assisted me was really kind and attentive. I'm really looking forward to going back and purchasing more shirts!
Polos for layering
I bought some polos from this shop and they're really good for wearing under jumpers. They're comfy, let your skin breathe, and are great for both face-to-face meetings and video calls. I would definitely suggest going for the lighter shades because they look fab under jumpers.
Classic collar polo shirt
I recently bought a classic collar polo shirt from this shop, and I have some mixed feelings about the sizing. When I first checked their sizing guide, it recommended I go for a Large, but when I received the shirt, it was too tight around the neck and the arms. So, I decided to send it back for an XL, and now I'm waiting for a 2XL to arrive. Despite the sizing issue, I have to admit that the shirt feels really good, and I'm optimistic that the bigger size will fit just right. Just for your info, I'm 6’2” tall and weigh 225lbs.
Overpriced polyester collar
I wouldn't recommend spending your money at this place if you're looking for good quality. I recently purchased a collar here made of low-quality polyester that cost a whopping $80. It's totally not worth it, especially when you can tell it probably only cost around $5 to make. The concept of the collar is nice, but the way it's been made falls short. The material feels like a joke, and the overall quality and craftsmanship are seriously lacking. I'd suggest saving your money and looking elsewhere for a better product.
Online purchase with discount code
I made an online order recently and got a discount code in the post. But, I can't actually use the code since there's no place to enter it when I'm checking out. I've had my order sitting in the cart for days now, feeling annoyed and not able to finish my purchase. This little problem has caused a lot of bother and has made me quite upset with the shopping experience at Collars & Co.
Terrible return experience
I had a terrible time trying to return something at this store, and honestly, it was a complete nightmare. The staff were really unhelpful and not very nice, and the whole process was so complicated that I nearly just walked away. It was just a really bad experience all around, and I really don't think I'll be coming back to shop here again. Hopefully, I'll at least manage to get my money back after all that hassle.
Black work shirt
I really love wearing this black work shirt under a sweater or blazer, it's become my favourite. The material is really good quality and it washes really well. I did notice that older versions had a problem with the collar detail after washing, but it seems that the new batch has fixed that issue. Overall, I'm really impressed with how well made and durable this shirt is.

Have you thought about using a different shipping service to get your package quicker? USPS isn't always the most reliable option.
Multiple shirt purchases
I've bought quite a few shirts from this store and I must say, they've become my favourites for any occasion. Whether I'm travelling, hanging out with friends, or playing golf, these shirts never disappoint. They're super comfy and breathable, making them perfect for hot days. My only tip would be to size up as they tend to run a bit small.
Dress Shirts with Dress Collar
After buying four smart shirts with collars from this store, I realised they were way too long for everyday wear. They seemed more like something a golfer would tuck in, rather than what I needed. To make them right for me, I had to take them to a seamstress for alterations. I'm about 5 foot 10 inches tall, and she ended up cutting them down by 27 inches from the back collar and adding side vents. Even though they needed some work, I've had lots of compliments on the shirts. I always make sure to tell people about the alterations though.
Quattro shirt
The Quattro shirt material was really nice, but the sizing was a bit off for me. I wanted to get a replacement shirt and I had a valid discount code to use, but annoyingly, the code wouldn't work when I was checking out. I tried to contact customer service a few times to ask about the problem, but I didn't get any response at all. It's really disappointing to have such unhelpful service, especially when I'm just trying to sort out a basic issue with my purchase.
Black button-up shirt
The website and service at this shop are fantastic. I really like how easy it was to place my order and how quickly my black button-up shirt arrived. However, I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the product. The sizing of the shirt didn't quite match up with what was on the label, which was a letdown. Also, the fabric felt a bit too flimsy and seemed like it could easily get damaged. The collar and cuffs were well-made, but they could've used better fabric overall.
Lightweight shirts for warm and cool climates
I recently found this company and thought I'd try out their lightweight shirts for different kinds of weather. I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good their product is. The materials they use are top-notch and the shirts are so comfy for wearing all day. I've swapped out a lot of my other short-sleeved shirts for ones from this company because they're just that great. And their customer service is brilliant too. Being a new company, they listen to feedback and are always trying to make their products even better, which is a really good trait to have for a business.
