    On the 23rd Feb placed an order for three stools. Two working days later they went into administration. Do not order from these clowns you will get ripped off. We have been told we are not getting the product or our money back. Warning - keep away.

    Lamp and Boot Rack

    I've used Cox and Cox regularly over the years, but in the past 12 months their delivery service has really down graded. They provided me with a date and each time it slipped by weeks at a time.

    It was the usual excuses, Brexit, the Suez Canal and Covid, I said to them I didn't mind if it is going to take 3 months, but make sure you hit that date... they didn't and in fact had a 40% discount on the boot rack over successive delays.

    Nice products, but poor delivery and customer service. Recommend to not use them until they sort these areas out.

    Ravenna Outdoor Dining Set

    After spending days/weeks searching for the perfect outdoor table for our deck we decided to push the boat out on this set as it looked perfect. Cost a lot more than we had planned to spend (£800) but we viewed it as a long-term investment. How wrong we were! Within 5 months the surface finish has lifted off. Cox and Cox suggest bringing the table and bench seats indoors in wet weather! Not practical for outdoor furniture and British weather where rain is fairly consistent during the winter (and summer too!). Who realistically has the space to bring a 6ft table indoors every time it rains? So disappointed in the way the washed wood finish has simply washed off. Worried now that the wood will start to rot. Have bought a cover for it and will treat it when the weather improves. This set replaced an £80 Homebase table that we had for around 15 years with no problems. Proves you don't always get what you pay for. Overall disappointed with the product - especially considering the high price and long wait. Would not buy from here again.

    Awful, awful, awful. Lead times when placing orders are misleading (at best), foreign customer service personnel read off a script and can tell you nothing, promises of return phone calls broken, responses to emails are generic. Such a shame, used to love the brand and have spent a lot of money with them, but dishonesty in a retail environment doesn’t sit well with me.

    Wish I had read the reviews first! Used Cox & Cox a couple of years ago with no problems but this time! Order placed on 26 November for a gift for Christmas and some delay was expected but it doesn't look like it's arriving any time soon if at all! Automated reply to emails then nothing, no answer from customer service. I Paid by credit card so hopefully they might help if nothing arrives. Won't be using C&C again. If they don't have the goods they shouldn't take our money.

    Avoid this company at all costs. Very good at taking your money but after that don’t expect a lot not even the items you’ve ordered. Don’t bother emailing them as you. Get no reply. I’ve called customer service who seem to be robotic told my items are in the warehouse ready to ship but 6 weeks on nothing has arrived ABOID, AVOID, AVOID

    Same story as above. Website and ordering process is fine, but delivery is bordering on being a scam. I'm unsure whether it is intentional or just that the company is a calamity, but do not expect to receive your goods in a timely manner or even at all.

    I've had delivery slots just pass with no explanation. Slots rebooked repeatedly. Dates moved constantly. Unless your a ..., save your money. Customer service is utterly useless and incapable of anything beyond reading off a script.

    Wicker Hall Storage

    Its a very simple message from me DO NOT order anything with a pre order delivery date from this company. Ordered and paid for in February and didnt receive until September despite multiple phone calls some very stern some pleading and appealing to their better nature (they dont have one). This is a truely unprofessional set up leaving me worried that I was going to lose money as I just could not understand how they didnt go bankrupt. Customer Service seem to bleat out a pre prepared script, dont ring back when they promise to, dont let you escalate your concerns, lie about delivery dates, do not offer to chase with suppliers. Do not expect them to do anything except act as a telephone answering service. BUYER BEWARE. Cant tell you how stressful it was dealing with this Company. Sorry about the one star rating but site doesnt allow any less.

    Same here! Spent over £1000 on 4 barstools cannot believe how many times a company can over promise and under deliver within a single transaction! Just awaiting for my 10th Email update to simply extend my waiting time, and customer service is exactly as you stated, twice on making direct enquiries l have been informed yes they are in stock and awaiting a 7 day quality check, before delivery, to be told 7 days later, No the were never in stock, begs belief. We emailed customer relations, and asked for a simple answer as to the whereabouts of our order, was in still in the country of manufacture, at sea, in a uk port, they had no real idea other than it was likely!!.. to have been shipped, and an estimated delivery of late October 2021…….followed 2 days later by a customer update email showing early October! Which confirms, that with this company the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing! Excuse me Just need to clear the feathers from my throat !! Rant over enough said!

    Awful. Ordered 2 bedside lamps in April, which were due to arrive in July. It’s now September and we still don’t have them and they have no clue where they are. Shocking customer service, useless at the best of times and they straight up lie.

    never received this lamp. Ordered and paid for this lamp in March and the date of delivery was put back month by month. When I eventually cancelled my order in July there were problems with my refund. I spent a lot of time and money contacting my bank , Pay pal and Cox and Cox to resolve this matter. Very stressful , with little help from the company considering that they had had almost £ 100.00 of mine for 4 months. I appreciate that there have been issues with transportation due to Brexit and Covid but maybe only a deposit should be taken or just an order placed until items are in stock. Eventually my money was properly refunded with a compensatory offer of 25% off my next order. All customers were being offered 20% off on line anyway at this point. I am very upset and let down and would not be in any hurry to purchase anything or recommend this company to anyone.

    I also will have been waiting 4 months, double the given time if the bed even arrives next month.

    Cannes Modular Garden Furniture

    Ordered garden furniture in January 2021 for delivery in March. It's now the end of July and I still have no furniture. I receive an email every 2 weeks informing me the delivery is delayed but I can't trust the revised estimated delivery date because it's been delayed so many times. Customer Service are polite but not have no clue when i'll receive my order. Multiple times i've been told i'll have it for this summer! A month ago i was told my order was in the warehouse and i'd receive it in 10 days...funnily enough i didn't get it. They've sat on my money for 6 months. Would never order from here again. Totally unreliable.

    Industrial Fire pit and Kyoto Parasol Set

    I ordered these in March, 2021 anticipating a delay in delivery, it is now half way through July and I do not have either. I have asked when they will arrive on several occasions and was told early July (up to 15th of July is classed as early July) but no sign of them, 4 month delay and waiting. If I had known that it would take so long to have these delivered, obviously I would have bought them somewhere else. Summer will probably be over by the time I get them. Very very disappointing, a very expensive mistake to make sadly.

    Mounted Wine Rack

    I placed an order for two mounted wine racks on 21 February and I'm still waiting. I received an email from the company saying back in stock on 27 May yet now being told due in the Warehouse early June. I think this company has had my money long enough. Customer Service is a good example where not to be if you want customers to return. This is my last order from this company and I will be opening a court claim next week and asking for backdated interest on my money from the date the refund was requested. BUYER BEWARE

    I'm having the same issue with a mountain wine rack. It keeps being pushed back. Communication is sketchy and is normally instigated by me as to find out where it is. I keep being told it's not their fault due to shipping issues, but they need to then make sure that they have enough stock. I've bought a few times from this company and had the same issues with delivery everytime. I love the items, but the delay and frustration about getting it isn't worth it - I won't be ordering from them again.

    Console table

    Orderd a consol table with two drawer. Waited over a month which was okay as i was told that It might We had it delieverd a week later than delievery date. Meanwhile we sold our previous table. Unfortunatly after opening the package we realised there is no instruction . Lots of peices & bag of screws . We thought we might be able to
    Put it together without instruction . We soon realised we dont know even if we have all the pieces or the right screws. We tried to contact customer services for few hours spending each time 30 mintues. We gave up . Tried the next morning first thing after many attempt we got through . Tha adviser put the request for the instruction to be emailed to us. . After not recieving an email ,again spend few hours to contact them. I was told that they had not had a any respond to the the email they have sent .
    They requested the urgent respond. . Nothing happend now being weekend we have to wait until Monday. I have sent few email to customer services as well. I am not looking forward to spend few hours again to get in touch with them,
    Just to get to no where . I think if i get lucky to get in touch i request to returne the item. Wish me luck because i dont know how long would that take.
    Never again order from them. They should spend some of their profits in to checking the items before dispach.
    . Not good enough to have very limited number of polite people on their customer services who can not realy do anything . It look like they need an army to run their customer services to deal with many complains they get.. They also should
    not take any money before dispatching. Dreadful

    We ordered this item in September which was on a delay but promised for end November. Limited contact has been made by Cox and Cox but the delivery date has been put back repeatedly and it’s now 1 March and we still have no product and no firm delivery date either. They took payment up front of course. Dismayed doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel.

    My review did not intend to say I would buy from them again, rest assured I would not.

    I ordered an item for a sizeable amount of money on 19th October. It still hasn't been delivered and everytime I email the email is replied ina couple of days saying they don't have time to answer my emails. When I phone they say they don't have time to answer my phone calls. I want my money back and will be going to trading standards very soon. I wish I had looked them up first, having never bought anything from them before I assumed they were reputable as they're always in magazines. I don't think these magazines eg Ideal Home, should be mentioning them.

    christmas decorations

    This company is a shambles. Bought a tree and some christmas decorations which they duly took the money for. 10 days later they emailed to say they were dispatching my goods. Guess what the tree was missing! No notification that it wouldn't be in the box even though I'm guessing someone packed it and someone checked it! Now out of stock of course. Tried to get through to Customer Services. After half an hour of determined waiting, finally got a ringing tone - for a further 5 mins - then cut off. What a bunch! Avoid and shop with Graham and Green!
