Cartilage piercings
Crazy Factory has a pretty good range of cartilage piercings at reasonable prices. I've never had any problems with my orders and the shipping always arrives on time. The piercings look just like they do on the website and the quality is decent for the price. However, I have noticed that after wearing them for a while, they start to oxidise and turn a bit brown. I don't wear them in the shower, but I do wear them to the gym, so it could be because of sweat. If Crazy Factory could use materials that don't oxidise, it would solve this problem entirely.
14 and 16 gauge bioflex jewelry
After looking all over the place in town and online for the correct sizes of bioflex jewellery for my cartilage piercings, I eventually came across Crazy Factory and they had just what I was after at a good price! I was so pleased because I was struggling to find them anywhere else. Their delivery was really quick and their customer service was fantastic. I was a customer at Crazy Factory, and I have to say, the experience was a bit frustrating. They missed asking for my contact and address details when I placed an order, and straight away took me to the payment page. As a result, my order ended up being sent to the wrong address that was in my PayPal account, which was a real pain and inconvenience. Even though the product was good quality, the ordering process definitely needs some work. Hopefully, they can sort this out in the future to avoid the same thing happening to other customers.
Belly button rings
The customer service of this company is absolutely terrible! I ordered some belly button rings and now I regret it so much. It's been 3 whole weeks and I still haven't got my order. When I finally got a response from their customer service team, they just kept telling me to wait longer. Three times! They completely ignored my request for a refund and just wanted me to keep waiting. After I left a bad review, they had the nerve to ask me to email them again to sort it out, but still wanted me to wait another WEEK for my order. It's obvious to me that my order is lost somewhere - if it hasn't arrived in 3 weeks, it's unlikely to show up now.
