Two polo shirts
I bought two polo shirts not long ago, but I was let down when I only got one. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for the past couple of months, but it seems like they don't have a resolution for me yet. They haven't even mentioned giving me a refund or sending me the missing polo shirt. All they keep telling me is to figure out a different way to solve the problem, which is really annoying. In general, my experience with this company has been disappointing and I would advise others to steer clear of them.
Clothes
I was really impressed with the clothes I bought. The material was so soft and sturdy, and the stitching was really well done. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they held up after washing. The styles were also really trendy and flattering, which made me feel confident and stylish when wearing them. Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of the products.
Knitwear purchase
The ordering process went really smoothly with no problems at all, but I have to say I was a bit let down by the quality of the knitwear. The service was very quick and they even wrapped the items beautifully, which was a nice touch. However, considering the price, I was hoping for better quality. The delivery was fast and efficient though.

Dress purchase
I bought a dress not too long ago and had a big problem with the billing and shipping address getting mixed up. I sent a bunch of emails and tried contacting customer service, but no one seemed to want to help or fix the issue. It was really annoying and disappointing to deal with such bad customer service.
Nice design and comfy trousers
These trousers were really good at first, but after a few months, they just fell apart. When I went to get another pair, the sizes were all wrong. Not cool at all!

The delivery of my clothes I bought online took ages, way longer than they said it would. I was expecting them in 5-7 days, but it actually took weeks for them to turn up. I was really disappointed because I wanted my stuff quickly. Now I'm not sure I want to order from them again in the future. They didn't do a great job keeping me in the loop about the delay, so I felt pretty clueless and annoyed. The prices were okay, but waiting so long for my order just wasn't worth it in the end.

The service I received was absolutely brilliant - quick, really on the ball and just what I needed. Saying that, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the hoodie I ordered. Even though I got the biggest size they had, it still didn't fit me right. I think they should have given more precise details about the sizes in the product description so that customers can choose something that suits them better.
Sale t-shirts for vacation
I recently got some t-shirts on sale from this store to take on holiday to a tropical country. And I have to say, these shirts have been through some serious heat and humidity, but they have held up really well. The quality is top-notch, and they have survived loads of washes without losing their shape or colour.
I also had to send back a couple of things, and while the return link on the website was a bit tricky to find, the staff quickly replied to my emails and the refund process went smoothly and efficiently. I recently got hold of this really cool jacket and I am so into it! The colour is really nice and the material is fantastic. It fits me perfectly, like it was made for me, which is always a massive bonus. Also, it was reasonably priced, so I am absolutely thrilled about it!

Buying the shirt was really easy and it arrived quickly! However, when I got it, I noticed there was a hole in it. I contacted customer service and they said they would investigate, but they didn't say when they would get back to me. Worried that the shirt would sell out, I ended up buying another one. The quality control team got back to me promptly and asked me to return the faulty shirt. They also gave me a discount on my next purchase. Since I had already bought another shirt, they applied the discount to that order instead. Dealing with them was hassle-free, so thank you!
Online purchase of clothing.
I bought some clothes online for the first time not long ago and found it a pretty decent experience. It was easy to place my order and I managed to find what I was after without any hassle. I decided to keep one item and return another, and sending back the item was surprisingly easy. The refund came through quickly and I was happy with my new clothes.
Online purchase disappointment
My recent online purchase was a real disappointment. I was let down when the delivery driver just left my parcel outside, which meant it got stolen. When I contacted customer service, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about what had happened. It took a frustrating three weeks of going back and forth before they even said they were looking into it with the courier. To make things worse, part of my order came separately and was really poor quality, nothing like what I expected. I was so disappointed that I thought about returning it straight away. But because the whole experience was so bad, I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company, as DeFacto didn't help and didn't respond at all.
