lovely experience shopping from Rossane
I registered at a gym and I needed to get some personal equipment that will facilitate my health transformation goal. I needed to buy an armband heart rate monitor, an exercising mat, wireless earbuds and gym backpack. I was really ready to hit the gym. However, after much consideration I decided to shop with Echelon. I ordered for the products and hoped that I received them in time before my gym resumption date. Within a few days I got what I ordered and on time too. It was exactly what I wanted and I am satisfied shopping with Echelon. I will shop with Echelon when I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Echelon to anyone who loves quality fitness equipment and accessories.
Echelon Bike Purchase
I have to say, the customer service department really impressed me with how dedicated and thorough they were in helping me sort out some issues I had with my new Echelon bike. Even though I had a few small problems with the bike, Debbie, Caroline, and Nicole from the team really went the extra mile to give me the support and advice I needed. Nicole, especially, went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I have to give credit to the whole team for their commitment to providing top-notch customer service - it's really something to be praised and I'm truly grateful for all their hard work. Here's to them and their amazing efforts!
Indoor cycling bike purchase
The indoor cycling bike I bought has honestly changed my life. I've been using it nearly every day for a whole year, and the difference it's made is amazing. I feel so much better, both physically and mentally. On top of that, I've told loads of my friends about it, and now they're all hooked too. The bike itself is fantastic, the instructors are fab, and the customer service is spot on. But the best thing about it is the Echelon community - it's like having a massive group of people cheering you on and keeping you motivated.
Online fitness classes
The online fitness classes were a real saviour during the last lockdown and I must say I found them to be quite useful. They had a very American feel to them with all the positive and assertive speeches, which wasn't really my thing, but I've heard they've now got a UK version, which is brilliant. One suggestion I would have is to use numbers when changing the resistance levels, so that you can start at a level that suits you, like level 0, and then go up in small steps that the instructor can tell you about.
Echelon X5 bike
I recently bought an indoor cycling bike that's pretty similar to a popular brand out there. I first tried this type of bike when I borrowed my brother's one in Louisiana. After looking into it, I went for this specific model. Setting it up was easy, only took me an hour before I could start cycling. The app that comes with the bike is great, easy to use, and has lots of classes and instructors to keep me motivated and interested during my workouts.
Bike purchase
I bought a bike from this company not long ago and it's been nothing but trouble. There's this annoying squeaking noise that just won't go away, even after several attempts by their engineers to fix it. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, to be honest. I should've just gone with a well-known brand instead of throwing my money away here.
Custom shoes purchase
The email service I got was great, they replied quickly and were really helpful. But when I got the shoes, I had to pay a big customs bill which I wasn't expecting. It was my fault for not checking first, but it put a downer on the whole buying experience. At first, I was really let down, but the company actually gave me back the customs charge, which was a nice surprise. That made me think differently about them, and I'm grateful for the gesture.
Sport Compact model bike purchase
The Sport Compact model bike from Echelon has really impressed me. It fits perfectly in my home gym and is super sturdy. Even though it's on the smaller side, it doesn't skimp on quality. Putting it together was easy as pie, my partner managed it without any hassle. I love the range of classes on offer, the instructors really bring their own flair and energy to each ride. This bike has definitely been a great investment for my fitness journey.
Rower purchase
I recently bought a new rowing machine from this company and I really love it! It's great to use and I can feel myself getting stronger already. I had a question about my subscription and when I called customer service, they were really friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the support. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and the customer service was excellent.
Indoor cycling bike purchase
My indoor exercise bike I bought last November has been a great decision for me. Cycling from home whenever I want is so handy, although I do like joining live classes with others for extra motivation. I would definitely suggest this bike to both new and experienced riders. The instructions are really clear and the rider community is fantastic - everyone supports each other to achieve their fitness targets.
Gym equipment
I recently got some gym equipment and it's really cool - it comes with this app which is amazing. The customer service was great too, I was struggling to find some parts and a person named Debbie helped me out really quickly and I got everything I needed super fast. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had, I felt really valued and important.
Electric bike subscription
I was a bit gutted when I couldn't try out the Echelon subscription for an electric bike before signing up. I'd already got a bike from a mate and really wanted to give it a go first, but they said there wasn't a free trial. It was annoying because I prefer to test stuff out before making a decision, especially with a subscription. So, I ended up deciding not to subscribe because of that policy.
Subscription bike, broke, customer service, engineer
I bought a subscription bike and it broke after just two rides! It was really annoying because I paid for a whole year upfront. At first, their customer service was nowhere to be found, and I couldn't get a replacement or a refund. It seemed like a lot of other people were having the same issue, but there was no fix or technician available. After waiting for nine months, the customer service finally reached out and organized for an engineer and parts to come and fix the bike. The repair cost me £105, but they still haven't reinstated my membership, which I haven't been able to use for the past year because of the bike's fault.
Bike purchase
The delivery arrived quickly and smoothly. But when I had a good look at the bike, it just didn't seem as sturdy as others in its class. I was really excited to give it a go, but sadly, within just one day of getting it, the bike broke down. I'm hopeful that the problem can be fixed so it can perform better next time.
Indoor cycling subscription experience
I've been using the indoor cycling service for about three years now and at first, I really enjoyed it. Lately though, I've noticed that there aren't as many classes available for us in the UK. Even though the subscription fees haven't changed, the service just isn't as good as it used to be. The lack of class options has been a bit of a letdown and it's definitely made me less satisfied with the service overall.
Echelon bike purchase
I recently splashed out on a top-of-the-range home fitness bike from this place. Unfortunately, after using it regularly for about two years, the bike had a major breakdown. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times for help, I kept getting unhelpful responses and excuses. The reps kept insisting that the issue was because of my internet, but I knew that wasn't the problem. This back-and-forth went on for months, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation. Looking back, I wish I had explored other options like joining a fancy spin studio, because dealing with all the issues with my Echelon bike has cost me more time and money than I expected. My friends who chose a different brand have had a much better experience with customer service - it's like night and day compared to what I've been through.
Expensive indoor exercise bike
Don't bother spending your money on that expensive indoor exercise bike. Mine broke after just 2 years, which shouldn't happen at that price. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they weren't helpful at all. And even though it supposedly had a 5-year warranty, they wouldn't help because I bought it from a different shop. Clearly, they care more about money than making customers happy. Save yourself the trouble and go with a brand like Peloton instead.
Bike purchase experience
My bike had a few problems, but Caroline Johnston's customer service was outstanding. She communicated really well and was super friendly in her emails. The issue was sorted out quickly and she made sure I was happy with the solution. The EX3 bike is reliable and fun to ride, plus there are loads of different classes to choose from on the app.
Bike broke after a year and now resistance won't work
I bought this bike and after a year, a part had to be changed because it wouldn't connect. Now, 14 months later, the resistance isn't working! I spent a lot of money on this bike and it's really disappointing. I'm so upset that I wasted my money on this product and the customer service is taking forever to help.
