I use to have a lot of ache on my face, and I suffered a great deal from breakouts. I tried so many skincare products that was told could help my skin but none was of help instead they bleached my skin. I started loosing my self-esteem as I could no longer go out for fear of people mocking me because I really looked horrible. Nancy, a colleague at my workplace suggested I tried using Elizabeth Arden skincare product. I ordered facial essence and cleanser from Elizabeth Arden and the result within a few weeks have been amazing. I will shop with Elizabeth Arden again for any of the product that they sell. I recommend Elizabeth Arden to anyone who loves quality skincare and beauty products.
Plump lip liner in vintage pink 04
I think the plump lip liner in vintage pink 04 from this brand is really lovely, I just love it. But I have noticed that it doesn't work properly because when I twist the end, no more product comes out. I got in touch with customer services to ask about this problem because the pencil can't be sharpened. They were really quick to respond and said they'll give me a refund if I return the item. Even though I had this issue, I still bought the product again because I think it's so nice and long-lasting.
Gift set purchase in sales
I bought a gift set that was on sale recently, and I have to say, I was really pleased with the customer service I got. The staff member at Boots Exeter was so helpful and knew all about the products. She took the time to answer all my questions and even let me try out each item in the gift set. I was impressed by how she explained the science behind the ingredients, it really helped me choose what to buy. All in all, it was a great shopping trip and I'm really happy with what I bought.
Perfectly Nude Foundation
I was really gutted to hear that the Perfectly Nude Flawless Foundation has been discontinued. It was honestly my fave and I'm really sad to see it disappear. This foundation was perfect for giving my skin great coverage and a natural finish, making it look flawless. I really hope the brand will think about bringing it back in the future, as it was a key part of my beauty routine.
Wrong coloured products
I bought some things online, but when they got delivered, they were completely the wrong colour! It was so annoying. I returned them, but then it was as if they disappeared. No updates, no information at all. I had to reach out to them several times, but they just kept ignoring me. It was so frustrating. Thank goodness for PayPal, or else I would have been at a loss for a long time. It took ages to get my money back. I definitely won't be doing that again, to be honest!
Brow enhancement product - disappointing results
I bought this brow enhancement product from that brand, thinking it would really work because they said it's been researched well and is super effective. But, I've been using it every day for three months now and my brows still look the same. I'm really let down by the lack of results and I feel like they tricked me with their lies. It's not fair to charge so much for a product that doesn't do what it claims to do.

The woman who helped me at the posh store was really lovely and helpful. She was really knowledgeable about the makeup and even shared some great tips on how to use it. It felt like I was being spoiled rather than just shopping. I'm really looking forward to going back!
Eyeshadow Palette Purchase
I recently bought an eyeshadow palette from this company and I have to say the products are decent. However, the customer service experience was very disappointing. When my order arrived, only 1 out of the 5 items was in the package. I contacted the company but they wouldn't refund or replace the missing items. They told me to claim with the delivery company, even though the box arrived fine. Their refusal to take responsibility and fix the issue has left me feeling annoyed and unhappy.
Intensive Serum
I was really let down by the service I got at the beauty counter. The lady working there was so pushy and kept trying to get me to buy this pricey serum, even though her own neck didn't look like it had benefited from it at all. When I asked her about it, she got all defensive and started being really unfriendly. It was obvious she wasn't being truthful about using the product herself. The whole thing just made me annoyed and like I'd been lied to. I won't be going back to that shop again, that's for sure.
Vitamin C serum purchase
To be honest, I've adored this Vitamin C serum for years. It's truly changed the game for my skin, making it look so radiant and youthful. However, this time I made the mistake of ordering straight from the company. The whole process was an absolute nightmare. I placed my order back on September 7th and didn't actually get the product until November 2nd. I tried contacting them multiple times to check on the status, but all I got back were automated responses. The lack of communication and customer care was really shocking. Considering I've been a loyal customer for many years, I really expected better treatment. I guess it's safe to say I won't be going direct to them for orders again.
Lipstick purchase
I wanted to let you know that the lipstick I bought from your shop was really disappointing. It had this weird smell, and the colour was completely different from what I was expecting based on the advert. Plus, it made my lips all dry and started flaking off after just an hour. I was so let down by the quality of it, definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Luxurious body cream and lip moisturiser
Some of their products are amazing, like the green tea body cream and the 8hr moisturising cream for lips, they are really effective! But not all products are as good as they claim to be, so it's best to test out samples before committing to buying full-size items.
8 hour cream lip balm
I bought the 8 hour cream lip balm recently and was really keen to give it a go. The shade of the lip balm was just what I wanted, but I was let down by the strong chemical scent. It was so overpowering that I just couldn't bring myself to use it, which was a shame. I felt like it was a bit of a waste of money and I wish I had known about the smell beforehand.
Expensive order with opened and half-used 'complimentary gift'
I ordered some stuff and it came with free gifts but they were already opened and half-used. Then my order disappeared from my account and the website said it couldn't be found. There's no contact number to call and talk to anyone about this rip-off. It's a total rip-off, don't go near them!
Skincare products
I've got to tell you, the stuff from this brand is really great, but I'd suggest avoiding ordering straight from their website. Personally, I've had a few orders that didn't go through and the customer service was really bad. The deals they promote don't always come through as they should, which is a shame. The products themselves are top-notch, but they really need to sort out their ordering and customer service.
New skincare stuff
I've recently started using this new skincare product and I have to say, it's not bad at all. I've seen a small difference in my skin already, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll only get better with continued use.
