    Gilet

    I bought a gilet from your company, but it turned out to be too big for me. I sent it back the same day it arrived, paying £5.90 for shipping. Sadly, the warehouse couldn't find the gilet, so I didn't get a refund or a replacement. I'm pretty let down by this, so I won't be shopping with you again. I'll stick to equestrian stores I know or bigger online platforms like Amazon from now on.

    Difficult Return Process

    I had a nightmare dealing with this company when I tried to return a product. They didn't give me a return address on the form, and I couldn't get hold of them through email, contact form, or Facebook messages. Even calling them led me to an automated service that was useless. It's so annoying dealing with such terrible customer service, and now I'm thinking about disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.

    I went online and ordered some stuff, paid for it with my debit card. But, I never got my things or heard anything about what's happening with my order. I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times but no luck. This silent treatment and not getting my stuff has left me feeling really let down and unhappy.

    Horse riding boots

    I recently bought a pair of riding boots from Equestrian Co. and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I got an email saying that my order was sent, but after two weeks, I still hadn't got the boots. I contacted customer service to find out what was going on, and they said they were working on it. However, nothing happened for nearly another week. In the end, I had to threaten to challenge the transaction with my credit card to get a refund. It's been four weeks now, and I still haven't got the boots - I'm starting to think they were never sent. Disappointed with how things went, I decided to get the same boots from another brand, Kwazar, and they arrived in just three days. Overall, dealing with Equestrian Co. was frustrating and didn't get me anywhere, which made me feel like I wasted my time.

    I'm really annoyed with myself for trusting this website! I paid £14.99 for fast delivery, but it's been 8 days and I still haven't received my goods. I sent them an email 3 days ago and haven't gotten a response. I've requested a refund now, but still nothing! This Equestrian Co company has awful service, and I'm determined to get my money back!

    I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I bought something that turned out to be faulty and when I tried to return it, I got nowhere. Their customer service was non-existent - no response, no refund. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Rinse Kit purchase

    I've had an awful time with this company. I bought a Rinse Kit on the 3rd of August and it still hasn't turned up, even though it says the order has been sorted out and sent. I've tried getting hold of customer services by email and phone heaps of times, but no one's got back to me. And to add insult to injury, the payment shows as SP* Aberdeen, but supposedly their main office is in Lithuania. It's a total con - steer well clear of this company!

    Shooting coat purchase

    I'm really not impressed with this place at all. I bought a shooting coat and it was honestly the worst. The material is so itchy and just feels awful. Why on earth would anyone even make a coat like that? And to top it off, when I tried to send it back because who would want to wear such an itchy coat, I had to pay for the postage. Can you believe it? They really should have mentioned that before I even placed the order. It seems so sneaky. It feels like they're trying to trick people into purchasing things they don't actually want. Not cool, guys. Not cool at all. So, yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this place. Absolutely not.

    5XL jacket ordered, received 4XL

    I made the mistake of ordering a 5XL jacket, but was sent a 4XL instead. No big deal, just thought I'd ask for an exchange. Little did I know, it would turn into a nightmare. I emailed them several times to enquire about the exchange, but got no response at all. It felt like my concerns were being ignored, especially as there was no phone number for direct contact. I felt completely left in the dark.

    I bought some boots from this company recently and it was a total disaster. Just like lots of other people who've written reviews on here, my experience was truly awful. I ordered them on the 3rd of June and three weeks went by with no sign of the boots. I tried emailing them multiple times but got no reply from customer service, despite them saying they'd get back to me within a day. It's really disappointing to see so many complaints about the same problem, makes me wonder if this company is really as legit as they say.

    Hat and wax dressing

    I bought a hat and wax dressing, but only got the hat, the wax dressing never showed up. I tried emailing them multiple times, but they hardly got back to me, which made me really annoyed and let down. It's a shame that their customer service was so bad because the hat was actually really good quality. I felt like I had to write a review to let people know that if they have any problems with their order, they might not get any help and could end up out of pocket. I suggest finding a different company with better customer service before buying anything.

    Belt purchase

    I bought a belt from this company not long ago, and it was a bit of a nightmare. The first belt I got was too small, so I asked for a bigger one. Unfortunately, they sent me another one that was even smaller! I tried to get in touch with them through messages and emails, but no luck. Now I'm stuck with two belts that I don't want and can't send back. It's obvious that this company doesn't know how to handle things properly or look after their customers. I'd advise everyone to steer clear of them.
