I recently bought a mix of clothes from an online shop and it was honestly a great experience. Most of the stuff I ordered came quickly and in great condition. But, I did have a problem with one item being out of stock after I already ordered it. However, the customer service team got in touch with me and gave me the option to pick something else from their collection instead. They also kept me informed about when the original item would be back in stock, and when it was, they sent it to me straight away. I also had a bit of trouble with sizing for one of the items, but the customer service team helped me out brilliantly. Their service and professionalism were top-notch. The quality of the items I got was even better than I was expecting, and I'm really impressed with the whole shopping experience. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon.
Dress and boots purchase
I bought a dress and a pair of boots online not long ago. When my order arrived, they sent the wrong boots, which weren't right for what I needed them for. I got in touch with their customer service, and they kept asking for photos of the boots to assist me. I was a bit perplexed at first because how can you take a picture of material quality, right? But then, after some searching, I found their phone number and gave them a call. The customer service rep was so helpful and quickly sorted out my return and refund. They were really polite and understanding the whole time. I felt pleased that they were able to resolve the issue for me.
T-shirts in multiple colours
I really enjoyed the different choices of t-shirts in this shop. It was nice to have a variety of colours to pick from for each shirt. The quality of the four t-shirts I bought was pretty good, and I liked the range of colours available. The thing that impressed me the most was the fantastic customer service I got. One of the staff members made sure every detail of my purchase was sorted properly. The only downside was that my delivery took longer than I expected, but they got in touch to say sorry and even threw in a pair of socks as a gift. That really made me feel valued as a customer, and I'm really grateful for it.
Multiple items from an international company
I bought a bunch of stuff from a company overseas recently, and on the whole, it was a pretty good experience. But when my order arrived, I realised that a few things didn't fit properly. So, I got in touch with customer service to ask for an exchange, and after a chat with them, we agreed that it would be best to get a credit for the items instead. I thought that was a fair solution, and I liked how polite and professional the team were when we talked. Even though there was a hiccup at the start, I was happy with how everything got sorted out in the end.

I bought something recently and got an email saying one of the things I ordered was out of stock. They gave me the option to pick a different item, even if it cost a bit more. The new item came and it was just like the picture, and really good quality. It took about 2 weeks to get here, but I liked being able to keep an eye on it with the tracking number they sent. All in all, it was a good experience.

I really like all the different styles on the website, but I was a bit let down to see that most of the clothes are made of polyester. I prefer clothes that are good quality and comfy, so it's a shame there aren't more choices in different fabrics. It would be awesome if the brand could think about offering a bigger variety of materials to suit different customers. It's also really important to think about sustainability, so using more eco-friendly fabrics would be a great move.

The clothes on offer from this company are really interesting and fun, so many different styles to choose from. However, my whole experience was a bit ruined by the fact that they weren't very clear or reliable when it came to ordering and delivering. I recently bought some clothes from this website and I have to tell you, the quality is really bad. The clothes don't look anything like the pictures online and the material feels cheap and flimsy. I decided to send the items back, but it's been such a hassle. After weeks of going back and forth, I still haven't got my money back. The customer service is terrible, with unhelpful replies and no urgency to sort out my problem. On top of that, the postage costs for sending the items back are too expensive and won't be refunded, so it's not even worth returning my £100 order. The best they've offered me is a measly 20% refund, which is not fair given the situation. Overall, I'm really disappointed with my shopping experience on this website.

I bought some clothes online from this retailer recently and I was really let down by the quality and accuracy of what I received. Out of the 12 items I got, only 3 actually looked like the pictures on the website. The colours and prints were totally different from what I was expecting, and the sizes were all over the place. When I contacted customer service to voice my concerns, they were really rude and not at all helpful. They wouldn't let me return anything without me paying for postage, even though the items were faulty. On top of that, they wanted to take the original postage costs out of my refund for the faulty items, which I thought was totally unfair. All in all, my experience with this company was a total nightmare.
