Fiit app subscription
I've been using the Fiit app for a good few years now and I must say, it's really great value for money. The app has loads of different workouts, top-notch trainers, and plenty of exercises to pick from. Since I've been using it regularly, I've definitely noticed a big improvement in my fitness levels, and I love how easy it is to choose different workouts.<br><br>Recently, I had a bit of a problem with a purchase I made from a third-party seller that links up with the Fiit app. I decided to get in touch with Fiit's customer service for help, even though technically they weren't responsible for the issue. But I was really impressed by how dedicated and supportive the team were. They got back to me quickly, sorted me out with a replacement product, and even followed up with the seller to make sure everything was sorted.<br><br>I just wanted to say a big thank you to the customer service team, especially Fiona and Emma, for going above and beyond to help me out. Their quick response and willingness to sort out my problem really impressed me. Thanks for the fantastic customer service.
Fitness App review
I've been using this fitness app for what feels like ages, well actually just two years, but it feels like forever in my 12-year-old world. I've done so many classes, like almost 1,000. I use it at home on my TV, and when I'm on the road with my parents for work stuff, I use it on my phone. The trainers are awesome, my favourites are Luke, Gus, Cat, Michael, and Pete. Their classes are super fun, especially the Dumb Bell, Kettle Bell, and Yoga ones. The app is easy to use, and I can track all my exercise sessions, which makes me feel really cool. The videos are filmed in a cool studio, and they look amazing. Whenever I've had to speak to someone from the app team, they've been really quick and helped me loads. I just begged my parents to pay for another year because it's seriously the best.
Autorenew solution and loving my workout routine
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share how much I'm loving Fiit! Seriously, I've never been able to stick with an exercise routine before, but Fiit has really changed the game for me. The instructors are super motivating, the plans give me structure, and I'm actually enjoying working out. I do wish they had combat classes with Jamie Ray though, that would be epic! I took a break last year after the holidays, but now I'm back and ready to renew for another year. Plus, my Fiit mat is amazing - it doesn't curl up or anything during my workouts. The customer service is also fantastic, always quick to respond and really helpful. Thanks Fiit, you guys are awesome!
Fitness app purchase
I bought a fitness app recently that has turned out to be the best one I've ever used. The workouts it offers are top-notch, with a variety to choose from that has really helped me boost my fitness. The trainers know their stuff and are good at keeping me interested, so the workouts are both fun and effective. The customer service from the team is really great, always responding quickly and solving any issues. I'm really impressed by how professional and dedicated they are, and I can honestly say that this app has helped me get in better shape than ever before, even at 56.
Fun online workouts!
I've been using this workout app since lockdown started and it's been great! The workouts are really enjoyable and challenging, especially the live ones. I enjoy pushing myself and competing with myself to improve. Big thanks to the customer service team and online community for all their support when I've been unwell or injured. I highly recommend this app as a full-time workout programme or to supplement your current workouts. You'll definitely burn some calories if you put in the effort! 👍🏻

The FIIT app has made a massive difference to my fitness journey. I started using it when we were in lockdown because of Covid-19 and it really kept me motivated, helping me see some great results. Although I stopped my subscription when the gym reopened, I couldn't stay away for long. The workouts are so well-organised and the trainers are top-notch, so it was a no-brainer to re-join. I really value the time and effort she puts in to sort out any problems or worries I might have - it makes me feel like a valued customer.

I've been using this online fitness app during the pandemic and I have to say, it's been a real game-changer for me. The videos are really well made and interesting, with a good mix of workouts including outdoor exercises and quiet ones for when I'm at home. The 10 and 25-minute classes are ideal for fitting in a quick workout without any excuses. I started using the app during the pandemic, but now it's part of my daily fitness routine.
Yearly membership, technical issues with app
I've been using the app for ages and had some issues with the chest monitor syncing, it took ages to sort out. Even though I liked the workouts, I decided to give up on the app and switched to a different platform. I forgot to cancel my membership and got charged for another year without realising. I get the refund policy, but I was pretty let down by the lack of flexibility and understanding from the customer service team.
Subscription Renewal Dilemma
I had a right nightmare trying to cancel my subscription renewal. Got an email reminder about it and spent ages trying to sort it out on the website. Couldn't for the life of me find where to go to cancel it. Felt like I was going round in circles and it seemed like they made it deliberately tricky, like a trap. Not on, if you ask me.
Subscription upgrade
I signed up for that Sky TV thing and got a free trial, but I wanted to switch to the ultimate package. I couldn't work it out online, so I sent them an email. They got back to me really quickly, upgraded my freebie, and were really helpful. Their customer service was top-notch!
Subscription renewal tactics
I felt totally ripped off by the sneaky renewal tactics used by this service. They send you a renewal notification just 7 days before your subscription ends, which makes it really hard to cancel in time. And then, they make it look like you don't have any active subscriptions that can be cancelled, only to charge you again without warning. It's a complete scam and I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone. The idea might sound good, but their dodgy business practices ruin it.
Signed up for paid membership
I signed up for a paid membership after a not-so-great free trial. I thought I'd get more content, but a lot of stuff is still only available for those with the unlimited membership. So now I'm stuck with a limited membership for the next 11 months.
Autorenewal frustration
Fiit offers a wide variety of trainers and workouts that I really enjoy. But, the autorenewal feature they use is a bit frustrating. To get around it, I signed up using my Apple ID, which might help others dealing with the same problem. It's a shame that a well-known company like Fiit would resort to such a sneaky tactic.
Auto-renewal nightmare
I can't believe they sneakily charged me for auto-renewal without any warning! It was a shock when I saw that unexpected charge. I mean, couldn't they just send an email or a heads up or something? And when I tried to fix it, it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. No assistance, no refund, absolutely nothing! And you know what's even worse? I hadn't even used the app in ages! What a complete waste of money.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened with the auto-renew policy at that company. It's really important for businesses to be open and fair when it comes to their cancellation policies, especially for things like subscriptions. It doesn't seem right that customers don't have the chance to cancel within a reasonable amount of time after the renewal date, like most other companies allow. Businesses need to focus on making sure customers are happy and can easily handle their subscriptions without any sneaky surprises. Hopefully, the company will think about changing their policies to give customers a better experience.

The auto-renewal scam this company has going on is just awful! Normally I get emails fine, but this time the reminder for subscription renewal ended up in my junk mail. When I spoke to customer service about this and mentioned that I didn't use the app because it was rubbish, they wouldn't give me a refund. It's a total con, this company!
Scammy free trial renewal
I signed up for a free trial and then they just went ahead and charged me £80 without even checking with me first. It's totally not cool. I've been struggling to get a refund but dealing with customer service has been an absolute nightmare.
