    The customer service was amazing, it completely surpassed what I was expecting! At first, I wasn't sure about placing my order, but all my worries disappeared once I received my package.     The customer service here is absolutely amazing, honestly top-notch. I needed to swap a few things for different sizes, and they sorted it out immediately.     Damaged item replacement

    I received a damaged product, but when I got in touch with customer service, I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and how great their service was. I sent an email with photos of the damage and on that same day, George replied. He was amazing! George acted fast, checked the warehouse for a replacement, found one, and arranged for it to be sent out. I was so happy to get the new item by the end of the week.     I bought these really cool bib overalls, but I got them in a size too big. Sending them back was a piece of cake, but then there was a bit of hassle with the refund. I only got a small amount of money back and had to deal with a not-so-nice lady named Julie who wouldn't give me the rest. Now I've got to sort things out with my credit card fraud department. It's been a bit of a nightmare, wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    I popped into the shop and picked up a few bits, as I always do when I'm in there. The service was top-notch as usual, I always give it a 5-star rating! I did have a small problem this time around, but they sorted it out for me straight away without any bother. I can't grumble at all really!
