Takeaway order from Foodhub
As someone who regularly orders takeaways, I was really pleased with the money I saved when I used this app to place my order. I love Foodhub meals
I find it very difficult to prepare meals before going to work. What I do is but some snacks along while going to work. When I discovered I could easily order any delicacy that I desired from Foodhub and would be delivered without delay I decided to give it a try. I ordered fish and chips with some drinks. Within few hours I got my orders. I tasted it and it was divine. I love the meal the taste is so fresh and nicely made. The packaging was done neatly to prevent germs from entering the meal. The taste is awesome.
Late, cold, wrong order
The food's always turning up late, and when it does, it's cold and wrong. The customer service is shocking - no help at all, and really rude. They just leave the orders hanging around, getting colder, while they wait to pick up more orders in the same spot.

I ordered some food from Foodhub and honestly, it was a total disaster. The delivery took forever, my burgers were missing, and my fries arrived soggy. I've been a loyal customer of this Indian takeaway on Foodhub for quite some time now. But recently, I had a really disappointing experience. I tried to place an order, but it got rejected twice in a row with no explanation at all. It was really frustrating and disheartening, especially since I've been ordering from them for years. I think some communication or clarification on why this happened would have been nice, but unfortunately, I didn't get any. So, I've decided that in the future, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Chicken Parmesan, Pizza, Fries
I was so keen to tuck into a Chicken Parmesan, all crispy chicken covered in bechamel sauce and melted cheese - but oh, what a letdown! It was so dry with barely any sauce underneath, a real disappointment. The salad on the side was definitely leftover from yesterday - it was all wilted and didn't taste fresh at all. Then came the Hawaiian Pizza - no pineapple or sweetcorn on it! What a letdown again. The fries were way too salty, it was impossible to enjoy them. All in all, the dining experience was a real letdown. Food quality was bad and there were missing ingredients.
