Citizen watch.
My Citizen Dive watch decided to stop working in March of this year, I had taken it to Fraser Hart before for service & battery replacement & always received good service from my local Bedford store. They sent it away for repair but unfortunately Citizen returned it unrepaired as the parts are no longer available, it is 25 - 30 years old. I was a bit sad about the fact it could not be repaired as it had been with me through many diving adventures. I went to the store to pick it up & see what they could offer me in replacement of my watch.
What a lovely group of ladies that work in there under the watchful eye of Lorraine the manager, all very interested in chatting with me & my wife & showing me what was available to replace my Dive watch. I chose a new Citizen watch & they ordered it & got it in for me without delay. Went in & picked it up & again felt really relaxed & the ladies all very nice & interested in me as a customer. 5 Stars Lorraine to you & all your staff for a first class service. When I am in need of anything else I will certainly be going to Fraser Hart again in Bedford. Big Thank You from me.Luxury watch purchase
The team at this store are really good at looking after their customers - they really make you feel special as soon as you walk through the door. I recently bought a fancy watch from there, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. Susan and the others knew a lot about the products and took the time to help me choose the perfect watch for me. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and they paid attention to all the little details. I can honestly say that this store values their customers and treats everyone with the same level of care and respect, no matter how big or small their purchase.
Ring purchase
I bought a ring from the store the other day and I must say, the service was absolutely fantastic. This colleague, who I'll just call David (not his real name of course), was so lovely and helpful the whole time. It was a real breath of fresh air compared to other jewellers I've been to. David and the team really made me feel at home and appreciated as a customer. The range of rings they had was amazing, I really felt like I had a lot to pick from. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my ring and the service I got.
First watch purchase
The service I got at the jewellery shop was top-notch. The lady there, Phoebe Scarlet let's say, was so friendly and really knew her stuff. As soon as I walked in, she made me feel right at home. She asked about what I liked and helped me pick out my first watch. Her knowledge and passion for finding me the perfect watch made the whole experience really special. I walked out of there feeling happy and thankful for the amazing service. Big thanks to Phoebe for making my trip to Fraser Hart one to remember.
Beautiful diamond ring
Don't let the fancy looks fool you, the best part about this place is the customer service. Lilia was amazing, not only was she friendly but she really knew her stuff about the products. She made the whole process easy for me and I felt like a valued customer. The diamond ring I bought is gorgeous and top-notch quality. I couldn't be happier with how everything went down at this shop.
Birthday present for my Mum
I popped down to the shop with my pocket money to get a birthday gift for my mum. I had a lovely lady assist me in choosing a beautiful necklace, she was so friendly and shared all about the various necklaces they stocked. She even allowed me to try them on to find the perfect one. It felt like such a magical experience, just like in a fairy tale shop! Selecting something unique for my mum was really enjoyable.
Diamond earrings purchase
I was lucky enough to pop into this shop to pick up a lovely pair of diamond earrings. The staff there really know their stuff and helped me choose the ideal pair for what I was after. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly greeting I got when I walked in, and the staff made sure I was happy with my choice throughout my visit. Big shoutout to Heather for looking after me so well. I'd definitely suggest this store to anyone on the hunt for high-quality jewellery and top-notch customer service.
Watch purchase
I popped into this place to check out some watches and, wow, the staff were amazing. They really listened to what I wanted, didn't rush me, and even offered me a drink. It was a nice change from feeling pressured to buy something like in other stores. They were so helpful and explained the differences between the watches I was interested in. They were friendly, funny, and professional - just perfect. I walked out with my new watch feeling like I'd made a new friend.
Sentimental heart necklace for my father
I went to the jewellery shop again and Susan assisted me in choosing a lovely necklace to remember my dad, who has passed away. She was so kind and understanding, taking her time with me and making me feel really special. Trying on all the necklaces, I felt like a princess until I found the perfect one that reminded me of my dad. Susan truly made the whole experience feel special and I'll definitely be returning to her next time I need something nice.
Engagement ring purchase
I went to the shop to have a look at engagement rings, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service I got. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what I liked, but the sales assistant who helped me knew exactly what she was talking about and really helped me choose. Even though she was new to the job, she was so helpful and patient. Thanks to her, I found the perfect engagement ring and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I bought a lovely diamond ring from this shop not long ago and I have to say, the customer service from a lad named Jayden was exceptional. He really knew his stuff and helped me choose the ideal ring. It was so impressive. I felt really confident in my purchase and I liked that he paid attention to the little things.

I was absolutely impressed by the fantastic service I got from the sales assistant in this store. She managed to figure out my ring size just by looking at my hand, which I thought was really impressive. Her lively and welcoming personality definitely made the whole experience of buying my wedding ring even better.
Bought a watch with my fiance
My friend and I were clueless about which watch to pick, but luckily Hamza was amazing and really helped us out. He was so friendly and provided excellent customer service. Lindsy, the manager, was great too. We ended up getting a fantastic deal on a watch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience at the store in Leeds.
Engagement and wedding rings
My time at the Colchester store was absolutely brilliant. April and the rest of the team were so helpful and patient when helping me choose the ideal engagement and wedding rings. They were really knowledgeable and made everything super easy for me. I couldn't have hoped for a more perfect shopping trip and I will definitely be back again.

Bracelet purchase
I bought a bracelet from this shop not too long ago, with hopes of getting some good quality, long-lasting jewellery. However, I was really let down when the bracelet began falling apart after only a few months of wearing it. Even though I paid a pretty penny of £499, the customer service team claimed it was accidental damage. How can a bracelet that cost so much be so fragile? My cheaper bracelet has held up for years without any problems, but this expensive one couldn't even survive everyday wear. It's a shame to see such low quality from a shop that's supposed to be reputable.
Watch strap adjustment
I popped into the store the other day to get my watch strap adjusted, and I must say I was really impressed with the service. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. They sorted out my request promptly and I can't fault how efficient and professional they were. All in all, a top experience at the store.
Ring resizing
The staff at this shop were a real lifesaver for us! We needed a ring resized, and although it was still too big when we went to pick it up, they were able to speed up the process so we could drop it off and collect it on the same day. This was a massive help as we have a new baby and couldn't manage multiple visits. The team was really friendly, understanding, and supportive the whole time. Their service was absolutely fantastic!
