x6 chairs
I recently bought six chairs from Furnwise, the black velvet ones. Unfortunately, four out of the six chairs have already broken down after only a few years of use. Both my Dad and my husband, who are both under 14 stone, managed to break two chairs each. One of the chairs even collapsed while my husband was holding our 4-month-old son, which is totally not on. It's clear that there's a serious design flaw with these chairs, especially with the legs/stand. Even though I've told Furnwise about this issue, they haven't been willing to take responsibility or give us a replacement. They haven't addressed the safety concerns raised by customers, which shows a lack of concern for their buyers. All in all, I strongly recommend against getting these chairs unless you fancy the idea of being sat on the floor!
Wall lights purchase
I bought some wall lights from Furnwise recently and when I went to put them up, I found out they were faulty. I contacted their customer service and they got back to me quickly, asking for more info about the problem. After I gave them the details, they swiftly organised to send me replacements. They dealt with the whole thing really well and now I've got lovely wall lights in my kitchen. I'm really impressed with the customer service I got from Furnwise.
Very happy
I got my stuff from here and I was really pleased with it. It was great and everything. Then, there was just this one small issue with it. But you know what, it got sorted out really quickly by a really friendly person from customer service. So yeah, I'm still happy with my purchase overall.
Recent broken item
I bought something from Furnwise not long ago and was gutted when it turned up broken, even though it was packed really well. But I have to say, the customer service I got was top-notch. Ana really pulled out all the stops, giving me lots of options and in the end, I got a full refund for the damaged item. It's good to know that when things go wrong, there's a team there to help out and give great support.
Chair and Pouffe Purchase
I recently bought a chair and footstool from Furnwise that had a vintage design. They were delivered separately, with the chair coming in a pretty beat-up box just six days after ordering. Evgenia, who handled customer service, was really helpful, but I would have liked to have a more direct way to talk to them instead of just using email. Despite that, I was pleased with the whole process and happy with the quality of the items.
Dining table ceiling light purchase
I recently bought a ceiling light for my dining table from Furnwise and I have to say, I am really impressed with how it all went. The website was straightforward to use and ordering was a breeze. I've recently got this chair and it's absolutely brilliant. It's really comfy and does wonders for my back when I'm sitting on it. Also, it adds a nice modern touch to my room with its stylish design.

Industrial style lamps
I absolutely love these industrial style lamps! I got one a few months back and I was so impressed by how fast it arrived, as well as how well it was packaged. The lamp is just gorgeous and really well made. I had to get two more because I just couldn't resist. Everyone who comes over can't stop commenting on how stunning and special they are.

I fancied getting a new sofa for my room thinking it would be a breeze. Turned out to be a total nightmare! I forked out for the sofa back in January only to be informed weeks later that it was out of stock. I initially thought it would just be another 6 weeks, but now they're saying it might take up to 12 weeks! Wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, lesson learned.
Dining chairs purchase
I recently bought a set of dining chairs from this company and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality. The chairs are not only beautiful and comfy but also really strong. I was especially happy with how quickly they were delivered. Small shelf purchase
I recently bought a little shelf from this company, and it's not been as smooth going as I'd hoped. I waited weeks without any updates on my order, so I decided to get in touch with customer service for help. I was disappointed to hear that the item had been sent out, but the tracking link they gave me showed that the courier hadn't even got it yet. What's more, the replies from customer service were coming from a dodgy email address that kept going into my spam folder, making it tricky to sort out the issue. All in all, the lack of communication and weird customer service practices have left me feeling unsure about this company's reliability.

I'm really happy with my new dining chairs from Furnwise. The colours are fantastic and go perfectly with my vibrant table. The material is perfect for the kitchen because it can be easily wiped down. Comfort and support for my back are really important to me, and these chairs definitely deliver. Even though the back isn't very high, it still provides great support. I've been sitting in them for hours every day, and they're really comfy. Anthracite chair purchase
I bought an anthracite chair from your company at the start of April. But, three weeks later, I got told that my payment hadn't gone through and my order was cancelled. Even though the payment was taken out of my account, I chose to order the chair again. But, I still haven't got the chair and £280 has been taken out of my account twice without giving me a refund.
TV stand purchase

When I ordered it, I could easily change the delivery date to when I was free without any hassle. Even though I live in Spain, I was ready to pay the import tax, but I was happy to find out that the item was sent from within Europe.
