I bought a yearly pass not too long ago and I've been struggling to get in touch with customer service for help. It's been really annoying and it's made me pretty unhappy and unimpressed with the customer service they're offering.

Cherry nic salt
I got the cherry nic salt as a backup while waiting for my favourite nic salt to arrive. What a disaster! It's the worst liquid I've ever tried. It tasted like plastic, wrecked my coil, and no matter how much I tried to get rid of the taste with another good quality liquid or nic salt, it just wouldn't budge. I won't be buying this liquid again, that's for sure. Avoid it and save yourself the hassle!

My recent time with YesCapa was absolutely fantastic. I booked a CamperVan for a weekend escape, but ran into a few problems with the vehicle. Luckily, the customer service team, especially a representative called Manon, really came through for us. Manon worked so hard to make sure we were looked after and got a replacement van quickly. Her commitment and professionalism were really top-notch. Thanks to her, our weekend getaway wasn't spoiled, and we could carry on with our trip smoothly. Fantastic Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge Tour
My trip to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge was absolutely brilliant. The tour guide, Peter, knew so much and really made the whole day interesting. Even though we went to three places in one day, the tour was well-planned and we got to see all the best bits. Peter's stories while we were driving between places were really interesting and made the trip even better. The bus driver, Aaron, was great too and made sure we had a comfortable journey. I really liked Peter's suggestions on what to see at each place, it helped us make the most of our time. Overall, it was a fantastic tour and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit these historic sites.

Difficult booking process
The booking process was really annoying because the mobile interface kept glitching out on me. I tried on both my phone and laptop, but I just kept running into issues where my booking would disappear or the journeys I picked would suddenly disappear. It took me ages to eventually figure out a combination of outbound and inbound journeys that would let me make a booking successfully. It was pretty disappointing because I can't remember ever having these kinds of problems before.

Bad experience. Bought tyres online with a booked appointment for fitting. Arrived at the fitters to be told the tyres had not yet arrived. Contacted Asdatyres to be told that they could only communicate with the supplier by email, so could I hang on. Waited 90 minutes, tyres still not arrived. Called for an update to be told the supplier had not responded and Asdatyres were unsure they would within next few hours. Forced to cancel and asked for a refund.

Lost/stole my phone
Terrible company, sent phone back under warranty. They have lost/stolen it and refused to give me another phone or my money back, which I originally spent with them. If anyone done this to eachother it'll be theft and authorities would be involved but as its a limited company they feel they can get away with it.
Well trading standards and a small claims court seems the oney way forward now.
Admitted to losing it or it being missing, I have a receip... of pprof that was sent and it has the weight of parcel.

MPC ONE
I had an overall good experience with BAX until I sent my MPC One in for repair under the 3 year warranty. An issue developed with the headphone output on my device, audio is cutting out left to right and there's loud interference noise when adjusting the volume. This has made it impossible for me to use in quite environments with headphones on because the sound keeps dropping out
I sent the item back which all went smoothly. I was supposed to be notified when they received the item but after 3 weeks I still hadn't heard anything from BAX about the status of my repair so I emailed them. A couple of days later I got a reply saying they have thoroughly tested the item and found no similar complaints or defects, its functioning as it should with nothing wrong with it and I must now pay a consultation fee to get it back.
Naturally I was shocked at disappointed at this because I know for a fact there is a problem with the headphone output, I've done several test with different headphones and cables and the result has been the same, its got a fault.
I asked them twice to confirm whether they have tested the headphone jack but the only reply I got was an invoice for me to pay to send the item back.
There is no way I would've sent my device back unless it was a genuine fault, I have emails with BAX going back to January about this issue. You can also do a search of MPC headphone problems and see for yourself other people have suffered this issue, so its deceptive or shows lack of research to suggest they have never seen any similar complaints when I can find it on the net in 2 seconds flat.
I ended up paying the "consultation fee" which felt like a ransom, and the item was returned to me and just as I suspected the same fault remains which was gutting, It was a kick in the teeth to be without my MPC for so long and then have to pay for the displeasure of getting it back with the same fault. I feel betrayed and let down by BAX and feel like I've been treated very unfairly and feel quite used to be honest. It's terrible that I'm out of pocket over this issue which hasn't been resolved. I still have a defective product under warranty but they have refused to accept there is a fault. If I send it back again I fear they will claim to find no fault and charge me again to post it back.
I would strongly advice that anyone looking at products from BAX to check other dealers first because if you need to make a warranty repair you might end up in the same boat as me, which means you paying out and still owning a defective product.
Overall I'm very disappointed and upset by BAX, they've betrayed my trustReview about: 247 Home Rescue

The most dishonest company I have used and still regretting it. I placed my online and delivery was planned for 2 days later. My order did not arrive and after 4 days I sent an email asking for a update. A day later they called and I was told my order had been missed when loading and they would make sure it got dispatched the next day and I would receive it in another 2 days. This is now 7 days before I would get my order and I had fitters waiting. No good will offer and didn't seem like they cared. Two go by so I ring them to check, they now tell me my order is missing in transit and it was dispatched 6 days ago??? I said that can't be right and explained what the last person said. Another two days and they call again to say they do not have anymore in stock and it's discontinued and offered a lesser product. I ask for a refund and they agree, I asked for a email confirmation which they said I would get, still nothing. It still felt like they didn't give a s**t. Stay aware from this company, a company like this doesn't really care about the customer

You have had a very lucky escape! Although no one could have foreseen these present circumstances, Shearings should still adhere to ABTA recommendations and given refunds. However they have set themselves above the law and are refusing what is blatantly ours. They are playing the long game and are using every excuse they can think of in refusing these refunds. It is very short sighted and already appear to have lost many faithful customers of old.
Totally agree with Jan. Just check out Trust Pilot for Shearings and National holidays both the same owners. We are all experiencing the most disgusting treatment. So many vowing never to travel with them again.

Wish I had seen these reviews what a joke this company is I have just spent 1 hour 23 mins on phone on hold waiting to cancel my policy as I was given an ultimatum to pay an extra £370 for an undisclosed fault when I asked for an extension to sort this out as the claim didn't exist they refused so I said I would cancel before they cancelled and made it harder for me to get insurance they then tell me I have to pay £60 to cancel of which I have to ring and pay as they won't send a bill they are a con company from what I have heard they insure you raise the insurance people cancel and they rake in the money never again I hope karma comes back to them
This has just happened to me too! I was charged an extra £77.57 for a undisclosed claim. When I investigated it with my old company it was all about an incident that I reported in 2017 which wasn’t a accident and no no money was paid out or any claim undertaken. Like you they are trying to get £77.57
