New golf shoes
I bought some new golf shoes, but they turned out to be too small, so I had to order a larger size. Returning them was really straightforward, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. When my new shoes finally arrived, I was absolutely thrilled! They look great and are so comfortable, I'm excited to wear them on the golf course. I've just had a problem with an order I made, and it's been really frustrating as there's been hardly any customer support. I messed up my order and I've tried emailing the company and using their online form to get in touch, but I've had no response at all. When I called, the service was unhelpful and not very professional - the person I spoke to didn't seem bothered about helping me out. They said they'd send me an email to confirm my request, but I never got it.

All in all, my experience with GSF Car Parts was a bit up and down, but I might still give them another shot in the future.

One Education is absolutely amazing! The staff there are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist me whenever I have any queries. I do wish they could offer more discounts for children from less affluent countries so that more individuals could have the opportunity to learn. I really hope they can reach out and help the children in locations such as Lebanon, Iraq, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Thailand. It's also wonderful to see their support for Palestine! My trip to Fitness Superstore was a bit of a surprise, but it turned out to be really good. I went in thinking I'd just get one thing, but after chatting with the sales guy, Hugh I think his name was, I ended up buying a few different pieces. He really knew his stuff and was able to recommend the perfect equipment for what I wanted to achieve. It was a nice experience and I was happy with what I bought when I left.

Taking the nola piano course with Paddy Milner has really made a difference for me. Even though I found sight-reading tough at first, sticking to this course and practising regularly has really helped me get better at reading music. I've been pleasantly surprised by how far I've come already. The music player features are top-notch and have really improved how I learn. Paddy Milner is an amazing teacher who explains things clearly and gives great guidance all along the course. I'm excited to sign up for more courses in the future. Hotel booking disaster
I'd booked a hotel weeks ahead, but when I arrived, they said it was all double booked! I was in the hotel manager's office and overheard him talking to Expedia. They claimed they tried to contact me, which was a straight-up lie. They also said all other hotels in Nottingham were full, but it turns out that wasn't true either. The manager called around and managed to find available rooms despite Expedia's claims. In the end, Expedia just cancelled our booking and left us with nowhere to stay. I used to be a fan of Expedia, but after this fiasco, I wouldn't touch them even if they paid me!

broken wellies
I picked up these wellies from a shop thinking they'd be dead good, but they ended up splitting within a few months of me wearing them. So, I decided to shoot the company an email to see if they could sort me out, and it was a right headache! At first, they couldn't locate my order because I couldn't remember which email address I used, but I gave them enough details to work it out. Then they had the cheek to say I hadn't even purchased from them! Like, really? After that, they claimed I didn't have an account with them, but obviously, I must have had one, otherwise, how could I have got in touch with them? Finally, they acknowledged that I did indeed buy the boots from them, but by then, I felt like they were accusing me of fibbing and nicking stuff! The whole situation was so stressful and took up a lot of my time. It's just not on that if a company is flogging duff gear, they should be able to swerve dealing with the fallout. I've been a loyal customer for yonks, but their customer service has gone right downhill ever since they teamed up with Next.

They said they tried to deliver the flowers but I didn't get any notification or attempt made. I recently bought some items from this company and I must say the quality is really top-notch. The silk shirt and linen trousers are both fantastic and fit me perfectly. Although, I do think it would be great if they started selling shoes and offered more collar styles on their shirts. 300cm modular sofa
I bought this 300cm modular sofa recently and honestly, putting it together was a real nightmare. Each part seemed fine individually, but when it came to assembling it, it was a disaster. We had to make holes in the fabric for screws and line up the pieces ourselves, which was honestly so boring and annoying. It was really tough to get everything in line, and to make it worse, some of the legs didn't even touch the floor when it was all put together. The corner arm stuck out and we just couldn't push it in, no matter how much we tried. The sofa ended up all wonky and just not right at all. We didn't want to give up on it though because we waited so long for it to be delivered, and also, it was huge and a real pain to take apart and send back. It's such a shame really, it could have been a really good sofa if it wasn't for all these big problems.

I asked them to deliver to the back door quietly and to leave an empty box at the back gate, but they kept ignoring my requests. Customer service said they would sort it out, but nothing changed. Being disturbed at 3 am every week is not great, so I've decided to cancel my order because of this ongoing problem.

I was sent a text message and two emails accusing me of being late for my class WHEN I WASN'T! And I was sent 4 identical emails asking for feedback. Just one was enough! The educator talked really fast compounding too much information into an introductory session not all of which was necessary context. Also, some of those influencer videos praised in the class are just plain stereotypical and insulting (wearing glasses to look less dumb?! COME ON! I'm not going to touch that product with a ten foot pole!) Otherwise I'm grateful for the fact that the material was free.
