lovely shopping experience from Trevor
I had a wedding event to attend in Italy and I guess I forgot to pack my jewellery when I was packing my effect for my trip. You can imagine how lost I felt when I realized my jewellery was not to be found. I had to go online immediately to search for beautiful, and affordable jewellery that could be delivered to me in time for my event. After going through all the options I got, I decide to shop from G&B. I ordered a set of jewelry and within 24 hours they were delivered to me. It was exactly what I wanted. I will shop from G&B again because I am happy with their products. I recommend G&B to anyone looking to buy quality jewellery, bags, clothing, and accessories.
Amiri Sweatshirt
I recently had a really frustrating experience while trying to place an order on the website. I was just about to finalise my purchase of an Amiri Sweatshirt when I noticed that the size of the item wasn't specified in my cart. This lack of information made me unsure about completing the order, so I went back to check the size, only to find out that the item had suddenly been sold out. I was left thinking, what's the point of a shopping cart if other customers can remove items from it before the order is placed? It was a disappointing and confusing situation that made me question how well the website's cart system actually works.
Shoes purchase
After reading some not so great reviews, I was a bit unsure but decided to give this website a go as nowhere else had the shoes I wanted. I was really happy with how it all turned out. The prices were reasonable and I got a good deal on the shoes I liked. The package arrived quickly in just three days with DHL, much faster than I thought it would. What really stood out to me was that there were no extra fees for tax and duties, they were already included in the price. This is a huge plus for us Brits. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience with this website and would definitely recommend it to others.
Designer items
My experience with the designer items was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the items was way better than I had expected, and the prices were much lower than anywhere else I had looked. I was a bit unsure at first, but after reading some great reviews, I went for it and made a purchase. I ordered the items on the 22nd of December and they actually arrived by the 29th of December, even with the Christmas break going on. Getting them so quickly really impressed me and made me even happier. Plus, everything was on sale, which made the whole experience even better.

I was a bit unsure about buying the Gianvito Rossi sandals at first because I'd read some bad reviews online. But I really wanted them, so I thought, why not? So, I gave it a shot. That same day, DHL sent me an email with a tracking number, and my order turned up three days later. The sandals were flawless, and I'm really happy with them and the service I got.

As a customer of this company, I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received. I bought a product and then had doubts about its authenticity. I tried to get in touch with the company via email to discuss a possible return. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from them at all, which has left me feeling frustrated and questioning the quality of their products. First online purchase
I've just made my first online purchase and it's been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I was expecting to get a confirmation email or see my order in my account, but there's been nothing at all. I've tried to get in touch with customer service using email, Facebook, and messenger, but no one has got back to me. Being an international buyer makes it tricky to call them, and I don't think it's good enough that they don't have a proper way to communicate with online customers. I'm hoping my order turns up soon and in one piece, but I'm really not happy with the lack of customer service.
Loewe espadrilles
I bought a pair of Loewe espadrilles from this shop and sadly they got damaged the first time I wore them. It's been more than a month now and I still haven't got a good solution from the shop. Even though I've sent lots of emails, all I've got back are unclear responses saying they're trying to sort it out with Loewe.

Cool t-shirt
I bought this awesome t-shirt from here and I was really looking forward to wearing it. However, I faced an issue with my order and I ended up sending 6 emails requesting assistance but didn't receive any response at all! I'm beginning to doubt if this place is even real! It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Delayed order confirmation
I've sent them almost twelve emails asking about my order, but I haven't heard anything back from the company yet. I ordered my items on the 30th of July, and today is the 5th of August, but I still haven't got any confirmation that my order has been shipped. They told me on the 1st of July that they were waiting for a missing part before shipping my order, but I haven't had any updates since then. It's really disappointing and unprofessional how they're not responding to my messages and ignoring my questions.
