    I was a bit unsure about buying the Gianvito Rossi sandals at first because I'd read some bad reviews online. But I really wanted them, so I thought, why not? So, I gave it a shot. I rang up customer service and got through to Sara, who spoke English and helped me out. She checked straight away and said the sandals were in stock, so I paid up. That same day, DHL sent me an email with a tracking number, and my order turned up three days later. The sandals were flawless, and I'm really happy with them and the service I got.

    I bought some shoes online not long ago and I have to admit, I was a bit worried about whether they would be good quality or not.     I've just made my first online purchase and it's been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I was expecting to get a confirmation email or see my order in my account, but there's been nothing at all. I've tried to get in touch with customer service using email, Facebook, and messenger, but no one has got back to me. Being an international buyer makes it tricky to call them, and I don't think it's good enough that they don't have a proper way to communicate with online customers. I'm hoping my order turns up soon and in one piece, but I'm really not happy with the lack of customer service.

    I bought a pair of Loewe espadrilles from this shop and sadly they got damaged the first time I wore them. It's been more than a month now and I still haven't got a good solution from the shop.     I recently had a really frustrating experience while trying to place an order on the website. I was just about to finalise my purchase of an Amiri Sweatshirt when I noticed that the size of the item wasn't specified in my cart. This lack of information made me unsure about completing the order, so I went back to check the size, only to find out that the item had suddenly been sold out. I was left thinking, what's the point of a shopping cart if other customers can remove items from it before the order is placed?     After reading some not so great reviews, I was a bit unsure but decided to give this website a go as nowhere else had the shoes I wanted. I was really happy with how it all turned out. The prices were reasonable and I got a good deal on the shoes I liked. The package arrived quickly in just three days with DHL, much faster than I thought it would. What really stood out to me was that there were no extra fees for tax and duties, they were already included in the price. This is a huge plus for us Brits. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience with this website and would definitely recommend it to others.

    My experience with the designer items was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the items was way better than I had expected, and the prices were much lower than anywhere else I had looked.     Delayed order confirmation

    I've sent them almost twelve emails asking about my order, but I haven't heard anything back from the company yet. I ordered my items on the 30th of July, and today is the 5th of August, but I still haven't got any confirmation that my order has been shipped. They told me on the 1st of July that they were waiting for a missing part before shipping my order, but I haven't had any updates since then. It's really disappointing and unprofessional how they're not responding to my messages and ignoring my questions.
