    LaserBand 82 purchase

    I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant at first, but after hearing so many great things about the LaserBand 82, I decided to go for it. And let me tell you, it's really lived up to the hype. The quality is fantastic, and it's so easy to use. I love that I only need 90 seconds every other day to do a treatment.

    I've been using it for about 7 months now, although I haven't been as consistent as I should be, and I've definitely seen a noticeable reduction in hair loss and even some new baby hairs popping up. It's been a game-changer for me.

    The only downside is that their customer service is only open during office hours, which can be a bit tricky for those of us with busy schedules. But when I did manage to get through to them, they were brilliant. Considering the price, I'd say I'm more than happy with both the product and the service.

    Laserband order mix-up

    When I first opened my package and saw a battery pack instead of the Laserband I had ordered, I was a bit disappointed. But, I must say, the customer service team really impressed me with how quickly and efficiently they sorted everything out. I had a chat with a girl called Emmily on the phone, and she was just brilliant. She asked me a few questions about the mix-up and in no time at all, they had a replacement Laserband on its way to me. They even threw in a little gift to say sorry for the error. The best part was when they said I wouldn't have to fork out any extra cash for customs fees. They sent me an email with the tracking number so I could keep an eye on my delivery. All in all, it was a hassle-free experience and a shining example of top-notch customer service.

    Successful Laser Cap

    New hair growth

    I've got some new hairs growing at the front of my head, but they're really thin. Unlike other places, I believe the product I purchased here is brand new, so that's great. I got it back in January and the comb started falling off in May, but they replaced it swiftly and at no extra cost. It fell off again in April the following year, and even though it was out of warranty, they still replaced it with no hassle. They should work on a better way to keep the comb secure, but their customer service is excellent.

    Replacement extension cords for laser cap

    I bought two new extension cords for my laser cap, but I kept getting the wrong ones delivered. Even after giving them all my details and past order information, the customer service team couldn't get it right. They want me to send back my cap and cords, but I'm worried about doing that as the cap is valuable and their accessory deliveries aren't reliable. They won't give me a refund, and I have a feeling they're trying to push out the old version of my device by sending cords from newer models.

    Expensive hair product

    I bought this really fancy hair product that cost a pretty penny. I was hoping it would make my hair look amazing, like a princess, but I was completely let down. The delivery took ages, and the customer service was awful! They were no help at all when I had an issue with my order. Now I'm struggling to get a refund, and it's causing me a lot of stress. I regret ever purchasing this silly hair product. Stay away at all costs!
