After a good experience with the site before, I had a frustrating time buying the Serious Mass supplement recently. I used PayPal to order but got no confirmation. I tried again with no luck. Finally, I used my debit card and got a confirmation, but all three orders were charged to my account. I called the Ireland office but got no reply, just a recorded message about a meeting. I then contacted the Dutch office, who sent me to Germany where they said the orders had already been sent. The Irish office later apologised for the inconvenience but didn't explain why I couldn't reach them by phone. I asked for my issue to be raised, but haven't heard back. This whole thing showed me that the customer service and website functionality need a lot of improvement.

To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the experience at all. The facilities were okay, but the customer service at the office location I visited was terrible. The staff were really rude and not helpful, which made it a really unpleasant working environment. On top of that, the charges for office restoration services seemed way too high, especially considering the state of the offices when we first rented them. They should really think about whether these charges are fair or not. And to make matters worse, last week we were told we couldn't use the elevators to go up to the 14th floor and had to take the stairs instead. We're paying for a full service, so being told to climb all those stairs was just not on.

They never picked up the item, and I'm just feeling really annoyed and let down. I used to trust this company, but now after this mess and seeing other bad reviews, I've totally changed my mind. Warning to other buyers!

I'm absolutely loving my new Mayfair oak bed! Putting it together was a breeze and it feels really solid. The mattress is incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the bedside tables are just gorgeous. I feel so regal sleeping in this bed!

I just have to say, the customer service at this place was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and really went out of their way to help me. I was really impressed by how much they knew about the products and how willing they were to help me find exactly what I was after. I ordered from this pharmacy on the 12th of January, but I haven't heard anything since. The order still hasn't been passed on to the courier, and despite trying to get in touch by phone and email, I've had no luck. I've asked for a refund, but it's unclear if it will happen. I really should have checked out reviews before buying from them.
