Non-stick pans
I am really pleased with the non-stick pans I bought from this company. We use them a lot for cooking dinner, and unlike other pans we've had before, these have turned out to be really tough and durable. The non-stick coating is spot on, making cooking and washing up super easy. I would definitely recommend these pans to anyone looking for some top-quality cookware.
New pans
My family are really into cooking and we needed some new pans. We read some reviews and thought we'd give Hexclad a go when they had a sale on. We waited for the price to drop and managed to get a good deal with a discount code. But I have to say, I was a bit let down by the customer service when I tried to talk to them about the price change.
Bought a pan as a birthday present
That was honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I tried calling their customer service, but couldn't get through to anyone, and now I've ended up with two lids and no pan. Such a waste of both my time and money. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again.
Non-stick pan set
I was really let down by the non-stick pan set I bought. Despite all the claims in the ads and even a chef endorsing them, these pans were a massive disappointment. They stick worse than any other pan I've used, and to top it off, the coating is already peeling. When I contacted customer service with a photo of the pan, they were quite dismissive and asked for proof of purchase, as if it wasn't obvious it was their pan in the photo. I wish I had stuck with my cheaper Jean Patrique pans, they are genuinely non-stick and the customer service is excellent.
Cookware Set
The cookware set I got from this company is really amazing. The pans are sturdy and work well when cooking. But, their customer service let me down. I had an issue and when I contacted them, I got generic answers that took 3-4 days to come through. It felt like I was left to handle the problem on my own, which was pretty annoying. I think good products should come with good customer service, but that wasn't the case here.
13 piece set ordered, only 7 pieces received
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I bought a 13 piece set but only got 7 pieces. Trying to contact their customer service was a nightmare. They just kept sending me standard messages with tracking numbers that didn't actually help. It's really annoying to have paid for something and not get everything, with no proper communication from them. I would definitely advise being careful before buying anything from them.
30cm pan purchase
I bought a 30cm pan from your company recently, hoping it would perform well and last long. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the problems I've faced. The pan has discoloured in the centre, even though I've followed all the cleaning instructions. When I contacted customer service for help, I was told this issue isn't covered by the warranty, which was disappointing. I've also noticed a noticeable arc in the middle of the pan, which raises concerns about its quality. The pan has changed colour a lot, causing food to stick during cooking and making me worry about potential exposure to harmful metals. Even though I was promised a replacement pan over two weeks ago, I still haven't received it. This long wait is disappointing, especially since I was expecting top quality from your brand.
13 piece set with rusty handles
I was really disappointed with the 13 piece set I bought from this cookware brand. It cost me over £700, but when I got it, one of the pans had a rusty handle. The customer service team at Hexclad asked for the serial number, then a photo, and finally told me to send back the faulty pan for a replacement. But I was really upset when the replacement pan also had a rusty handle. For a high-priced premium product like this, it's just not good enough to have such poor quality control.
Nonstick pan set purchase
I bought a set of nonstick pans from this company about a year ago. Unfortunately, I've already had problems with the nonstick coating coming off, so I can't use it because bits of it end up in my food. I contacted the company about it, but they wouldn't help me out, even though they say they have a lifetime warranty on their products. It's really disappointing and feels like they're not being honest, which is bad for safety and health. I wouldn't recommend them at all. 👎
