second pair of boots
I recently bought my second pair of boots from this store and I have to say, I am really impressed! The website was working perfectly this time, unlike my last purchase, and I had a great shopping experience. The boots are fantastic, just like my first pair. What makes them stand out is the properly shaped toe end that has enough room for my big toe and the others. It might seem like a small thing, but let me tell you, it really makes a big difference. Unlike a lot of other brands that seem to think our feet are pointed, these boots have got it spot on. The laces are a bit short for my liking, but that's an easy fix - just re-lace them to make them a bit longer. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

Trainers

Comfortable and supportive Bondi shoes
I recently bought a pair of Bondi shoes from your store, and I have to say I'm really happy with how it all went. At first, the size I got was too small, but because my feet are quite wide and I've had foot problems before, it's always a bit tricky finding shoes that are comfy. But the return and exchange process was really easy, and I got my new ones quickly. These new shoes fit perfectly and are so comfy - it's a relief for me as I also have Plantar Fasciitis. I already adore these shoes for how supportive and comfy they are.
Shoes
I had a really bad experience with their online shop when I tried to buy a pair of shoes. After waiting a whole week, I got an email saying I'd have to wait over a month to get the shoes I wanted. Fed up with the long wait, I decided to cancel my order. But cancelling a back order turned out to be a real hassle and took up a lot of time. I tried calling, texting, and emailing multiple times, but got no response from their customer service team. The lack of communication and the trouble I had cancelling my order has definitely put me off using this brand's online store again.
Trainers fit perfect
I placed my order on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. I followed the size guide on their website and now I have a pair of trainers that fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.
Happy with the product, delayed order processing
My experience with the product was really good, but I did get a bit annoyed with how long it took for my order to be processed. It took a few days before I got confirmation that my order had been accepted and sent out. Waiting for that confirmation made me a bit unsure if my order was actually going to go ahead, which was a bit of a pain. When the product finally arrived, I was happy with how well it worked and the quality of it, but I think they could definitely do better with the ordering process.
Running shoes
I bought some running shoes from this company recently. They arrived quickly and everything was smooth. But when I tried them on, I realised they were too tight for me. Even so, I thought their returns policy was really clear. I sent the shoes back to the Post Office straightaway and now I’m just waiting for my refund. All in all, I reckon this company is a good bet for buying running shoes.

I always have a hard time finding ones that don't give me blisters and hurt my feet, but these Hoka ones have made a huge difference. They come in a fantastic variety of styles, colours, and sizes, plus the designs are seriously cool. I'm so thrilled with my purchase!

I recently purchased a pair of Clifton 9 shoes that were recommended to me by a consultant, and I was really pleased with how quickly they arrived. Overall, I was satisfied with the weight and comfort, especially as I have arthritic feet. I did try to use a discount code, but unfortunately, I didn't meet the minimum spend for it to be valid.

As a regular customer of our footwear brand, I've always found our products to be top-notch. I've bought quite a few pairs over the years and they've never let me down, whether I'm working out, strolling around, relaxing, or just doing day-to-day stuff. However, I've had a bit of a problem with a pair of Tenine Hike boots that I bought around a year ago. Even though I've been really careful with them, the boots suddenly split along the sole. It was a real let-down, especially considering they cost over £200 a pair.

I actually just returned my Clifton 9s for an exchange because they were a bit tight, so I went for a larger size instead. It was my first time trying this brand and I have to say, they felt super bouncy. Can't wait to take them out for a run soon!

I bought a pair of shoes for an important work trip, paying extra for speedy delivery to make sure they got to me in time. But, it turned out the shoes were out of stock, which led to a really annoying situation with customer service. Even though a staff member promised me the shoes would come on time, they didn't get sent out when they should have, causing even more delays. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this brand, and now I don't trust them to get my orders right and on time. There are plenty of other shoe brands out there, so I'll be giving my custom to someone else.
