    Best jeans ever

    I absolutely love the jeans from this store, they are seriously the best I've ever had. The quality is amazing, I wash them often and they still look as good as new. I mainly shop here because the jeans are just unbeatable. Also, signing up for their rewards program has saved me so much money with the discounts and coupons they offer. The delivery is fast and my items always arrive well-packaged. The sizes are spot on, I've never had an issue with fit. I've been a loyal customer for years and Hollister never fails to impress me with their trendy pieces. Returns are easy and the customer service is quick and friendly. I've received compliments on my fashion choices from this brand and have even inspired others to shop here.

    Recent disappointment in quality and store ambiance

    Lately, I've been noticing that the clothes in this shop aren't as good as they used to be. They seem to be of lower quality, and the attention to detail isn't what it used to be. Also, the store feels a bit overwhelming now with its dim lights and strong smells, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. But I have to say, the sales they have from time to time are pretty good, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It's just that as you get older, the store doesn't really have the same appeal. I might still pop in during a sale, but probably not at full price.

    Jeans purchase for petite size

    I had really good customer service with Hollister. The ladies I spoke to were so helpful and nice. I found some jeans that fit me perfectly, as I'm quite petite. It was great to be able to order a few pairs and send back the ones that didn't fit. Even though there were a couple of mistakes with my orders, they were sorted out quickly. Lots of people have said they like my jeans and asked where I got them. I also got a 20% discount on my next order because of a mix-up in one of my deliveries, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality and fit of the jeans.

    Jeans that are now too big in the thighs

    I've been shopping at this store for years, mainly for their jeans, but I've noticed a big difference in the fit recently. The jeans I always used to buy are now too big in the thighs, which is really disappointing. I've tried on a few different pairs, hoping it was just a one-time mistake, but it seems like the fit has changed for all of them. It's a shame because I really loved the style and quality of the jeans before this problem started.

    I'm a customer at this clothing shop and honestly, I'm a bit miffed about the dodgy free shipping advert on their website. They promised free shipping for orders over a certain amount, but surprise surprise, it didn't actually work that way. Even though I spent enough to qualify, they still slapped me with a shipping fee at the checkout. It's deceiving and annoying for customers who are just trying to cut down on costs. The company should just be straight up about their shipping rules to stop tricking their customers.

    I've just bought some clothes from this store, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality and style. The collections they have are so on-trend and the items are really well-made. The only downside is that the prices can be a bit high, especially if you're not buying during a sale. Despite that, I've always been happy with my purchases and I'd definitely say this brand is one of my favourites. The only thing is, the delivery does tend to take longer than you might think.

    Denim shorts, February 2024

    I got some denim shorts from this place and they were really cute, but they started falling apart after only a few wears! I was so gutted because I really liked them. But I sent an email to customer service and they were fantastic! They said they'd swap the shorts for me without any extra charges for shipping the new ones or returning the old ones. So pleased with the service!

    Black ripped skinny jeans

    I recently bought a pair of black ripped skinny jeans and they are absolutely fabulous! They're such good quality and they fit like a dream. The material is really soft and comfortable as well. I also really like the fact that they offer fantastic rewards for purchases, it's like a little bonus for shopping - yay!

    I bought some clothes online recently and honestly, returning them has been a right pain. It's not fair that I have to pay for the return postage - especially from a big company like this. It feels like they're just trying to save money at the customer's expense. And making me print out a return slip instead of using a QR code scan? That's just making it harder for no reason. It seems like they're trying to put people off returning stuff, which is really dodgy if you ask me. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

    I recently bought some clothes from this company and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with their online exchange system. My partner and I have had a frustrating time trying to exchange items, and it's been inefficient and there's been a lack of communication. We did everything right, sent the items back promptly with 48hr Tracked delivery, but then 10 days later we were told our exchanges were being cancelled because the company said they hadn't received the order. We checked with Royal Mail and found out that the items had actually been delivered to the company's premises 7 days before. It's just not on, this lack of coordination and responsibility.

    I've had a nightmare experience with an online order I made not too long ago. It's been well over a month since I placed the order and I still haven't received it. The tracking number they gave me never seems to work, so I can't even keep an eye on where my package is. I've tried contacting them by email several times, but I haven't got a single response. It's so frustrating how they're not communicating with me at all. I'm completely in the dark about when or if my order will ever arrive. This kind of customer service is just not on.

    Return items missing refund

    I took back two items last week, but only got a refund for one of them. I had a chat with customer service, and they told me that the missing item was in their warehouse and would be sorted out soon. They assured me that they would follow up, but I haven't heard anything from them yet. This was my first purchase from them, and I don't think I will be shopping with them again. The service was really disappointing!

    I've generally been happy with the stuff I've bought from this place. But, it's annoying when the things I want are frequently out of stock. Also, not too keen on the return policy - a 5€ charge seems a bit unnecessary and off-putting in my opinion.

    Poor quality cotton

    The cotton they used in those T-shirts is terrible - I've never seen such low-quality material from a supposedly reputable brand. The Icon Crew T-shirts lost their shape after just a few months of wear, with pills appearing all over the fabric. Even the long-sleeve shirt I bought didn't hold up well, with loose fibres showing up after hardly any wear. I'd suggest saving your money and avoiding their inferior products. If you want clothes that will last, I recommend going for a brand like PUMA - paying the extra $5 is worth it for quality that will last for years.

    Black hoodie and denim jeans.

    I attempted to purchase a really nice black hoodie and some denim jeans online, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare! I spent four whole days attempting to place my order, but each time I reached the checkout, the website froze. I even contacted customer service three times, and they informed me that some items in my basket were out of stock, but they wouldn't disclose which ones! I tried replacing everything, but I kept encountering the same issue. Seriously, how am I supposed to know what's unavailable if you don't tell me, Hollister?! It's so frustrating! After reading some other reviews, I'm actually quite relieved that my order didn't go through. There are plenty of other online shopping options, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere, thank you very much.

    I recently bought a pair of jeans from your website, but I had quite a few problems along the way. Firstly, when my order arrived, I realised that the size was wrong. I tried to cancel the order, but I was told it wasn't possible even though the item hadn't been sent out yet. This lack of flexibility and customer focus was disappointing. Then, when I tried to return the jeans, I was told I would only get a partial refund, which didn't seem fair considering how much I paid for them. The customer service wasn't great either, as there wasn't much response on the live chat, which left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I've now taken the issue to a third-party platform to try and get a better resolution. Overall, my experience with your company has been far from perfect, and I'm not sure I want to shop with you again.
