I have to say, I was really impressed with the swimwear and lingerie I bought from this store recently. The customer service, especially from Robyn, was top-notch. Robyn was so focused on helping me and went out of her way to answer all my questions. It's nice to get such personalised service in today's shops. As for the products themselves, I was amazed by the quality of the materials. The swimwear and lingerie felt really luxurious and strong - definitely a good investment. And to top it all off, the delivery was super quick! I placed my order and in no time at all, my package was at my door. Overall, a brilliant shopping experience that has made me a loyal customer.

As a customer, I'm really disappointed by the way the representatives of this company have been behaving. It's shocking to hear about bullying, death threats, and rude comments coming from people who are supposed to be representing the brand. This kind of behaviour just isn't on and it really damages the company's reputation. It's disheartening to find out that even when the company is shown evidence of this misconduct, they just don't seem to care. No one should have to feel scared or put down when dealing with a business, and it's worrying to hear that this kind of thing is happening in this company.

Hey everyone! I popped into this shop for the first time and had a chat with a lovely lady called Robyn. I'm not very experienced with lingerie shopping due to some personal reasons, but Robyn was really kind and tried her best to assist me in finding out my measurements. Unfortunately, I didn't have a tape measure on me, but as soon as I get one, I'll get in touch with the shop for guidance. I was struggling to finish my online lingerie order when a lovely person, we'll call her Venus, came to my rescue. She walked me through the whole thing, making sure I got everything I wanted in the correct sizes. Her patience and kindness really impressed me and made my shopping experience so much better. If you ever need help with an online order, I definitely suggest using the online chat. You never know, you might get to talk to someone as fantastic as Venus.

I've ordered over 10 sets and had a couple of little issues with two products, but Anna, one of the staff, sorted them out really quickly for me. The only downside for me is that they don't bring back some of the old favourites like the Gloria Emerald set.
Store credit issue
I had a bit of a problem with a store credit I got from a purchase a while back. I gave back an item a few months ago and got a store credit in return. But today, when I tried to use the credit to buy some stuff, I couldn't find the code in my email. After looking around, I found out that the code had been sent to my junk folder and then deleted after 15 days.
New underwear purchase
Oh my god, I got some new underwear from this store and it was really cute! But then I had an issue with returning something and the way they treated me was just awful. I understand that I was late with the return, but still, a bit of compassion wouldn't have hurt. I've spent so much money in that store and to be treated like that is just not fair. It's such a shame because I really liked their products, but now I'll have to look for a new place to shop.

I ordered something online not too long ago, but when I tried to track my delivery, I couldn't find any details about it. So, I got in touch with customer service and spoke with a really nice person named Gabi. Gabi was not only friendly, but she also got back to me super quickly with all the info I needed. Thanks to her, I managed to find my missing order in no time at all. I have to say, the customer service I got was top-notch.

When I got my recent gift, I was really let down by the quality. They said it would be luxurious but it came in a plain satin bag, shoved into a plastic one - not at all fancy like they promised. Compared to brands like Agent Provocateur and Ann Summers, this one just doesn't measure up in quality or customer service. And in their shops, the items were on cheap plastic hangers, making it feel even less high-end. The whole experience was really bad and I'm definitely sending the items back.
