    Ordered on 08/10. Was given delivery estimate of 14/10.

    That date passed and had no contact from them. When I finally managed to contact customer services they told me the item I ordered was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be.

    Despite this, the item was still available on their website.

    They then said I could cancel my order if I didn't want to wait an indefinite time for my order to arrive. I agreed to have my order cancelled.

    5 days later I receive an email from Evri saying they are awaiting my order from HoF. I contact HoF and ask why my order hasn't actually been cancelled. They then tell me orders cannot be cancelled as they are packed and dispatched as soon as I place the order! I told the agent to actual read the email thread and see that I had been told to cancel the order last week. They then say it wasn't done and they will do it. They didn't.

    Today Evri delivered my order to the wrong address. HoF had put the wrong house number on the address label. Luckily it only went to my neighbour. I contacted HoF again and about this and asked about complaints process. Gave me another generic copy and paste answer that showed they hadn't actually read my email and rudely told me that if I don't like the service I can just report them to the 'authorities'!

    Absolutely outrageous treatment from this company.
    Avoid at all costs. I will make sure no one I know ever shops here again.

    Appalling customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers for correct sizing for my holiday. Ordered next day delivery so would arrive in time for holiday. A week later they arrived. The only way to contact customer service is by email. 2 days to respond. They were adamant after several emails they would only refund the difference between next day and standard delivery £5 and wouldn't provide a returns label ( which has cost me a further £4.99 upfront - not deducted from refund) Won't ever shop with them again.

    No Refund for £175. I ordered 3 items online and decided to keep 1 and returned 2. I was only refunded for 1 of the items I returned. They argued for months, eventually after submitting a Section 75 with the credit they agreed to refund me the money as long as I cancelled the section 75.I cancelled the Section 75 and then they claimed the credit card company never returned the money to them, even after providing written evidence from the credit card company.I'm £175 out of pocket and would never risk buying anything from them again.The company operates multiple names including Flannels, USC, House of Fraser, Tessuti,Sports Direct, Jack Wills, Game, Scotts Menswear, I Saw it First, Missguided and many more.     Ordered the two hoodies for my husband's birthday, and paid for next day delivery £7.99. Had to return one as it was too big, I was shocked to see that I had to pay £4.99 to return. Tried to contact customer service to ask for free returns label, impossible to get help using "bots". Gave up on that and sent several emails to customer service and was bluntly told that
    "returns do have to be paid for by the customer as stated in our terms and conditions which you did agree to when placing the order".
    ​If I had realised that was their policy on returns I would never have bought anything from this store.
    I feel like I have been scammed. DON'T SHOP HERE.
    The star rating for my review shows 2.0 even though I gave it 1.0, they've twisted my account! I would have given 0.0 stars but there isn't an option for this.

    I don't usually write reviews, good or bad, but I am really frustrated with this company. I recently made an order online, which was accepted, then cancelled two days later. I then reordered, as per their advice, and this consignment was successfully processed and delivered. I then received an email from customer service, informing me that the cancelled order was a mistake on the company's part and was now being processed for delivery. I wrote back, asking them not​ to process the cancelled order, as I had reordered since, but was told that it was too late as the parcel had already been passed on to the courier. This parcel was eventually delivered, so I therefore received two identical orders and was charged twice.

    I sent the mistake back, enclosing a note detailing my name and order number, as no paperwork had been included in the parcel, unlike the legitimate order. I also had to send an item from the legitimate order back, due to sizing issues. I sent them separately, to avoid confusion, but nevertheless sent both parcels on the same day, at the same time, using the same delivery method. They successfully refunded my one returned item, but claimed to have never received the other parcel (their mistake!) and so declined to action a refund for the order total, which came to £90; just over a day's work for me.

    I spent one month patiently exchanging e-mails with three different employees in customer service, to no avail. Each essentially told me that there was nothing they could do. Nor did I receive any kind of apology from the company, at any point. They have totally lost my respect and custom. I will never shop here again.

    Sent for 2 pairs of shoes that were never a size 8, more a 9 or 9.5 so returned them costing me £9.99, when I asked for some reimbursement got fobbed of by a ill mannered assistant called Josh who refused to pass my complaint to a supervisor. This is exactly why HOF is in the brown stuff. Will never uses again.

    recently i ordered handbag for me, it's a royal blue and really look good when i saw on the site. the price was good not that high as i expected that it would be. So when i ordered i was praying that the product looks same as i saw, because many of time i ordered something and the product is totally different and that's i really hate with online buying.
    But House of Fraser assures that you will get what you will see, and yes i get that same handbag i ordered.
