Tanning drops and tanning water
I've had some bad experiences with self-tanning products before, so I was a bit wary about trying out another brand. But, I saw some good reviews and decided to give these tanning drops and tanning water a go. When I first tried them, I was pleasantly surprised by the natural-looking tan they gave me - it was subtle and not at all orange, patchy, or streaky. However, my excitement didn't last long. After using the products a few more times, I noticed that the tan was inconsistent and didn't always show up well on my skin. The only thing I still use is the tanning drops, and only on my face, because even then the colour fades quickly. Overall, I wish I hadn't bought these products and think there are better self-tanners out there.
Self-tann products
For self-tanning, I rate Isle of Paradise the best products in the market and I am glad that I got to discover the products after several attempts of other products that didn't go well. I was tired of my skin looks and appearances especially regarding the dead skin and thus needed to do something about it to remove the dead skin. Self-tann came top amongst the available options. But basically due to ugly past experiences, caution should be applied on whose products to use. That was when the decision to use Isle of Paradise came into play after being convinced by the reviews of other customers. From my experience, I simply describe self-tann products by Isle of Paradise as good products that work. Thumbs for standing out.
Foam instant tan
I decided to try a new brand when my usual one wasn't available, and I'm glad I did! I was a bit concerned about getting that awful orange tint that many instant tans tend to leave, but this foam was a nice surprise. It went on smoothly and easily with a mitt, and I could build up the colour gradually to suit me. After a few hours, my tan looked natural and even, with no streaks or weird patches on my knees or ankles. All in all, I'm really pleased with how it turned out and will definitely be suggesting this product to my friends.
Streak-free tan sprays
My sister is completely obsessed with these streak-free tan sprays! She really loves them and always talks about how great her tan looks so natural. After seeing how good it looked on her, I couldn't resist and thought I'd give it a go myself. Putting it on was really easy, and I was surprised at how smoothly the tan came out without any streaks or uneven bits. I felt like I was glowing with just one application! I totally get why my sister is so into these sprays - they really do give you a lovely, natural tan without any fuss.
Dark self tan drops and ultra dark tanning mousse
I recently bought the dark self-tan drops and ultra dark tanning mousse, but I was kind of let down by both of them, to be honest. I used the drops with my moisturiser and woke up the next day with my skin looking a bit orange and with a really strong, not so nice smell that didn't go away even after I showered. So, I thought I'd give the tanning mousse a go a week later. It went on nicely and the initial colour was okay, but, again, I woke up the next day with that orange tint and the smell was just too much, even after I tried scrubbing it off in the shower. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with this product and I won't be telling other people to try it out.
Christmas gift set
I bought a Christmas gift set from Isle of Paradise and was gutted to see that something had leaked out under the tree. I got in touch with the company for some help and they seemed alright at first, but their final response made me feel like they didn't really care about my issue. So, I've decided not to buy from them again.
fake tan mousse from a well-known retailer
I recently treated myself to the fake tan mousse from a popular retailer, and I have to say, I am really impressed! The quality of this product is fantastic. It goes on smoothly, without any streaks, and best of all, it doesn't have that awful fake tan smell. And can you believe it doesn't make you look like an Oompa Loompa? That's right, no orange hue here. I am totally hooked on this product and won't be going back to any other brand. Take my word for it, once you give it a go, you'll be just as obsessed.
Fake tan disaster
I reckon trying out this fake tan was supposed to be a good shout for a night out, but goodness me, it turned out to be a nightmare! I did everything by the book - showered, scrubbed, the whole shebang. However, here I am a week later, with blotches all over my skin and it looks dreadful. On top of that, trying to remove the fake tan has made my skin really itchy and I just feel like weeping. I've never had such a lousy time with fake tan before, and now I'm feeling awkward and uneasy in my own skin.
Barbie's perfect tan
My girlfriend loves this product so much! We tested out both the green and purple bottles, and she looked amazing with a beautiful bronze that really made her feel like a Barbie doll. The best part was that there was no product smudging and only a light scent that faded once she showered. Now, it's become her go-to self-tanning product, and she's thinking of using it even during the winter months. Thanks for helping keep my Barbie-blonde beauty bronzed all year round!
Self-tan purchase
I was a bit nervous to try out self-tan at first, but my legs were looking way too pale and I had to do something about it. So I decided to give it a go. Let me tell you, I'm really happy that I did! It's actually pretty simple to apply, doesn't have that awful self-tan stench, and the colour it leaves is fantastic. Plus, it lasts a good few days before I need to touch it up, usually just once a week.
Isle of Paradise LIGHT
Be careful not to go overboard with this product! Using just a little bit with a tanning mitt is the trick to getting a nice, gradual tan. I, being someone with fair skin, really like how natural and subtle the tan looks.
Tan drops purchase
I ordered the Tan drops on the 5th of May and still haven't heard anything about when they might arrive. I've tried getting in touch through email and Facebook a bunch of times, but haven't got a response from the company. It's really annoying and disheartening not knowing what's happening with my order. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever actually get what I paid for or if I'll have to ask for my money back. This lack of communication and attention from customer service is just not on.
Green range products
I have tried quite a few of their tanning products, I particularly like the green range, and they have all worked really well for my skin. The tan always turns out nice and even, and the smell is fantastic. And I have to say, the fake tan remover is a real game-changer - it's the only one that actually removes my old tan!
Tan foam
I don't know why, but this thing just isn't working. The part that makes the foam come out is broken, so instead it just squirts out and makes a mess. It's really disgusting and feels like a waste of money. I need to get it fixed as soon as possible!
Self-tanning drops
Wow, the staff at this shop are absolutely lovely! Mia was so helpful and really friendly. I picked up some self-tanning drops and they are honestly amazing, they make me look like I've been to the beach. I'll definitely be returning to this place, it's great!
Just bought some tanning stuff
The website was dead easy to use, I got my tanning bits super quick even though it's all a bit mental right now. The packaging was dead cute and I was getting updates on my order all the time. So good! ✨
Tanning mousse
When I first bought the tanning mousse, I was really happy with how well it worked. But after using it for about a month, the texture changed and now it's more watery than before. This makes it really messy to apply and it doesn't blend smoothly on my skin like it used to when it was in mousse form. I emailed them to ask about this problem, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
Self-tanning product
I bought a self-tanning product from this brand because it was cheaper than my normal choice. But I really wish I hadn't. It turned out to be really sticky, had that awful self-tan smell, and the colour it gave me looked far from natural. On top of that, I found it hard to apply smoothly on my skin, which is not something I usually struggle with when using my usual brand.
Wrong order delivery
I just have to say the customer service from the company was great when I got the wrong order. They quickly sorted out my missing item without any fuss. I'm grateful for their quick help and clear communication the whole time.
