I was really pleased with how well my order was packaged - it was obvious a lot of thought and care went into it. It was a nice surprise to receive extra free products with my order, giving me the chance to try more from the brand. I'd visited a Kiehl's shop in Edinburgh earlier in the year and I was really impressed by the eye cream I tested, so I decided to place my first online order. The avocado eye cream I got was light but really effective, and I also liked using the SPF blue gel as it didn't leave any white marks. Having lots of samples in my package was great as I got to try a range of products before committing to buying them. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kiehl's to anyone after quality skincare products.
Ultra facial cream, non SPF
I recently bought the Ultra facial cream from this company without SPF and I'm really pleased with my choice. It arrived quickly, and to my surprise, I also got a make-up bag and some generously sized minis, plus some free samples. These extras are great for when I travel and want to test out new products without committing to a big purchase. I've been using Kiehl's products for about 7 years now, and I can honestly say I won't be changing to any other brand anytime soon. I've had trouble in the past finding a moisturizer that absorbs well and doesn't irritate my skin, but the Ultra facial cream has been my favourite product. I always keep it on hand as my go-to moisturizer, especially since I have dry skin.
Soft skin sample
I picked up this really nice sample from a store and it's been fantastic for my sensitive skin. I've had rosacea and nothing else has helped, but this product is just amazing! It leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and works well under makeup. I ended up purchasing the face wash, toner, and moisturiser because I was so impressed by the sample. Even my daughter, who has tested out over 200 creams, agreed that this is the best face wash she's ever used. And she's tried all those expensive dermatology ones too! The price is also really reasonable, especially since it's currently on offer online. I'm delighted I gave this sample a go!
Skincare products
I bought some skincare products from this brand not long ago, but ended up getting the wrong item. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they couldn't send me the right one because of some "technical reasons". They told me to just order it again. They said I could keep the wrong item, even though it wasn't useful to me at all. What's really disappointing is that I had used a loyalty voucher and got a discount when I first bought it. If I order it again, I'd have to pay nearly £20 more than before. I got in touch with customer service about this problem, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
Retinol serum
This retinol serum has totally changed the game for my skincare routine. I'm already on my third bottle and I can't get over how much I love it. The results have been incredible - my skin looks brighter, feels more hydrated, and the texture has improved loads. I honestly can't recommend this product enough, especially for anyone with ageing skin who wants to see a real difference in their skincare routine.

Face Serum and Toner
I really love the products from this place, they make my skin feel so smooth. But why can't they always have the cannabis oil serum and cactus flower toner in stock? It's so frustrating when they run out, I just can't get hold of them. They need to sort it out!

Loyalty Voucher Mishap
I was really looking forward to using that 20% discount to treat myself to some nice things, but then they went and used my £15 loyalty voucher instead! Can you believe it? I've been a loyal customer for ages and this is how they repay me? To make matters worse, the customer support was useless, so now I'm just sitting here feeling pretty down about the whole thing. It's just not fair, is it?

Overdue order
I can't believe it's been more than a week and I still haven't got my order! Why can't they just give me tracking info or let me know when I'll get it? The customer service here seriously needs sorting out.
