Delayed order with lack of communication
I'm really sorry to hear about the bad service I received. I ordered an item that was on a short backorder, but never got an email confirming my order or any kind of confirmation at all. Even though they said it would be available within a week, that date came and went with no update. When I tried to reorder, I got an email with no order number. The communication was terrible - weeks went by with no news or replies from them. To top it off, I got charged twice for the same item, but they only showed one order on their system. The customer service wasn't helpful at all, they didn't seem to care about my situation. It left me feeling like the whole thing was dodgy and unreliable.
Clothing items
I recently bought some new clothes and I have to say, I'm really happy with how they look and feel. The quality and style are spot on. But, I have a little suggestion for you if you don't mind. I couldn't help noticing that most of the colours you offer are pretty quiet and understated. Personally, I'm a fan of more daring and vibrant shades like emerald green, sapphire blue, and ruby red. I find these colours really suit my skin tone and make me feel great in what I wear. I think if you added some more bold colours to your range, you might attract a wider audience who share my taste. I love having lots of options in my wardrobe, so I reckon mixing in some bright hues would make your collection even more varied and interesting.
Dress with poor fit and expensive return process
I was really disappointed with the dress I bought from this company. It didn't fit properly - the front was 4 inches longer than it should have been, which made it look really unflattering on me. It was a real hassle trying to return it too, as I got hit with extra charges that I wasn't expecting. Even though I got "free shipping" when I bought it, I had to pay for shipping when I wanted to return it. On top of that, they took off a promotional fee, adding up to almost $11 extra. And I had to pay for the return shipping as well. They didn't tell me any of this when I bought the dress, so it was a bit of a nasty surprise. I also had to go to a special return store, which was a pain and not what I was expecting at all. People need to know about these hidden costs before they buy anything from this company. The only good thing was that the dress arrived pretty quickly in the first place.

order for Saturday delivery
I recently ordered something online and paid a bit extra to guarantee delivery on Saturday. To my frustration, it didn't arrive as promised. After making a call, I was informed that there was some sort of delay due to a high volume of orders. Now, I have to arrange for someone to pick up the package and send it back. It's really quite annoying!
Poor quality and ill-fitting items
I was really let down with the things I bought from this company. The quality was pretty poor, and the sizes were all wrong. And to top it off, when I tried to send them back, I got hit with some sneaky fees that they didn't mention beforehand. I not only had to fork out for return postage, but there was also some tricky promotional fee chucked in, too. What really got me annoyed was that if they sent items separately, they treated them as separate orders, meaning I had to pay multiple return postage and promotional fees. It's so frustrating and unfair to be hit with these hidden costs that just left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. It's a real shame that a company would operate in such a dishonest way, leaving customers feeling ripped off and mistreated.
Multiple clothing orders, Happy with items
I've ordered clothes from this website a few times now, and I have to say, I'm really happy with what I've received. The quality and styles of the items are great. The website has a lot of trendy options to choose from, so there's something for everyone's taste. Everything I got fits nicely and is really comfy to wear, so I'm definitely a satisfied customer.
Two items
I bought a couple of things from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, I was well and truly let down by the whole thing. The delivery took ages, much longer than I thought it would. And to add insult to injury, I had to fork out over £11 just to send the items back because their return policy is a bit rubbish - they only give you store credit. To be honest, I won't be shopping there again in the future.
Frustrating lack of available sizes
I'm really disappointed with my experience at this store. Every time I try to buy something, they never have my size, especially when it comes to bras. It's annoying to keep seeing the same items being promoted without them bothering to restock the sizes that people actually want. I've pretty much given up on trying to buy anything from there now.
Fuchsia bikini set
I'm really gutted that the fuchsia bikini I bought has lost its colour, with the lining turning pink and stains that just won't budge. It's such a shame because I've got the same set in blue and haven't had any problems with it fading at all. It's really disappointing that this has happened.
Bathing suit purchase, unoriginal pictures
I bought a swimsuit online the other day and I was quite gutted when it arrived because the pictures weren't original. They'd just copied them from another famous brand. It's really not on, you know? Customers ought to be able to rely on what they're seeing when they're shopping online.

I was really let down by the clothes and jewellery I bought. The clothes were badly made, didn't hold up in the wash, and didn't fit properly at all. And the jewellery was a real letdown too - just cheap, hollow plastic that was really poor quality.
Blouse purchase
I bought a blouse from this shop and it was so disappointing. Even though I followed the washing instructions properly, it shrank a lot and now I can't wear it. I thought it would be better quality considering how much I paid, so I won't be buying anything else from there in future.

I recently bought a swim suit and a dress. Both items were really nice, but in the end, I got the wrong size. The returns process was a nightmare, which made me wish I hadn't chosen to shop with them.

I'm really disappointed with the clothes I bought from different online shops. Even though they had nice designs, they were all actually just cheap, low-quality items from China. And to make things worse, returning them is either super costly or practically impossible. I really hope these shops start prioritising good quality clothing over just trying to make quick money by selling cheap stuff.
Three-week wait, order cancelled
I had such a terrible experience with this company. I waited three whole weeks for my order, only to be told out of the blue that it had been cancelled, with absolutely no explanation or communication. It's just not on, I can't stand this lack of transparency and terrible customer service. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Recent order disappointment

They felt cheap and flimsy, which was disappointing. And to top it off, even though they were advertised as being made in America, they were actually made in China. That was a bit misleading and left a bad taste in my mouth. The material they used was mostly viscose, which isn't great quality and doesn't last long. The clothes shrunk and wrinkled after just one wear or wash, and there were even reports of them dissolving in dry-cleaning. The sizing was all over the place too, so I had to keep changing sizes depending on the print or style. It was a real pain and I ended up returning everything, losing $525 in the process. I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop - look for reliable, long-lasting clothes made in the US elsewhere.
