Teva sandals online
My experience with LD Mountain Centre was a bit of a mixed bag. I found their website easy to use and managed to snag a pair of Teva sandals at a great price. However, when they arrived, they were surprisingly small, almost like they'd been shrunk by accident. This was frustrating because I've bought the same sandals in the past and knew my size.
To make matters worse, the delivery person left the package right outside my front door, even though I'd asked for it to be left elsewhere because I was away on holiday. These issues weren't LD Mountain Centre's fault, but it didn't look good on their part as the seller.

Ice Breaker thermals purchase
After doing a lot of looking around online, I eventually settled on getting Ice Breaker thermals from Ld Mountain Centre to swap out my old "175 everyday" top and bottom which had seen better days after 20 years. Ld Mountain Centre seemed to have the best prices, better than anywhere else I checked out. Ordering was easy, and my stuff arrived pretty promptly, which was good. I did have to send back a pair of leggings as they were too small, and even though they don't do exchanges right now, I'm just waiting for my refund on those now.
Hiking shoes
I recently bought a pair of hiking shoes from LD Mountain Centre and I have to say, their customer service really impressed me. I emailed them to find out if it was included or if I needed to buy one separately, but I never got a reply. That lack of communication made me feel uncertain and let down. Then, when the order arrived, it wasn't as quick as I'd expected, which made me even more disappointed. On the delivery day, I got a PIN number for DPD, but I wasn't there to get the package. I thought they could leave it with a neighbour, as I left a note on the door, but the driver wouldn't do it. I found that really annoying and it caused me more hassle. Overall, the ordering was okay, but the bad communication and delivery experience really let it down.

I bought this insulated shaker bottle from the store recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it is.
