Practical boots and slippers purchase
I recently bought a couple of practical boots and a pair of slippers from this company when they were on sale. The discounts were amazing, and the quality of the products really impressed me. The boots were beautifully crafted and they even came in an eco-friendly box with a boot bag, which added a touch of luxury to the whole experience. My husband particularly liked one pair of boots so much that he said they were too good to just wear for dog walking. I've always felt comfortable buying from other retailers that stock the same brand, but now I feel confident in buying directly from Tessabit too. Thank you for my amazing tote! The only thing I would suggest is for Tessabit to think about offering a duty paid delivery service for Singapore, it would make things a lot easier and save on extra fees. Overall, I couldn't fault Tessabit at all and I'll definitely be coming back to shop again.

Our experience at Easy Bathrooms started off well as we planned our new bathroom with the help of Sharon and David at the Stoke branch. However, things took a turn for the worse when our bath arrived with a hairline fracture that split open once we filled it with water. Even though the crack wasn't noticeable until we used the bath, headquarters refused to do anything about it since it had been partially fitted. We were not given a new bath or any compensation for a brand new bath that broke so soon, just a lousy 40% off another one. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Crispy chicken balls purchase
I bought a pack of crispy chicken balls because the label said they were made of 100% chicken breast fillet. But when I cooked them and had a taste, I was really let down by how tough and dry the chicken was. I then checked the ingredients properly and saw that the chicken content was only 57%, which made me feel misled by the false advertising. It's worrying that something can be labelled as 100% chicken when it's actually only 57% chicken. This kind of misleading advertising is not right and it has made me see the product in a negative light.

Windows 10 Pro Upgrade
I had a bit of trouble upgrading my Windows 10 Core Single Language to W10 Pro. Everything was going fine until I hit a snag with activating the product key. I bought the upgrade, turned off my internet connection, used a generic W10 Pro Product Key, and managed to upgrade without any problems. But when I tried to put in the key I'd bought, it said it was already being used on another device. It was a bit annoying, but the support team talked me through the activation process on chat, and we managed to sort it out and activate W10 Pro on my device. Even though the initial activation issue was frustrating, the whole experience was alright in the end, thanks to the assistance I got from the tech team.

I recently bought a women's size L from this shop, thinking it would be somewhere between a size L and XL according to their size guide. To my surprise, what I got looked more like a 2XL men's size. When I asked about this, they just said it was meant to be oversized. I wasn't happy with this explanation as it didn't match what I expected or what I ordered. Also, I was upset to find out that I had to pay for the return. Overall, this experience wasn't great and now I don't really trust this shop anymore. I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

What purchase?
I spent ages wrapping and filling my box ,there was 20kg weight of good vintage objects.I had a call from a representative of vintage cash cow just hours after them receiving delivery of my stuff.
I was surprised and angry when they only offered me a measly £17.
My advice to every one on the planet would be if you haven't got anything better to do and want to waist time,then by all means send your stuff.

I have ordered a bed on the 17-th of December. The following day I received an invoice with Track and Trace link that stated that my order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Since then the status of my order has not changed. Customer Service was very unhelpful in tracking my order; and now that I am asking for my money back, VidaXL is REFUSING to give me a refund, saying that I should wait for the delivery, refuse it and then they will refund my payment! The point is, the delivery is NOT COMING!!!
My son is having the same issue. Order placed, money taken, tracking number received but nothing. Have tried Customer Service and got absolutely no where. Now it looks like theres no way for him to get his money back.
They told me the same thing when I tried to cancel my order because it was getting sent to the wrong address. How can I refuse delivery when it's going to an address I'm no longer at.

Ordered my plants on 13th April. They arrived 3 months later, the magnolia tree in terrible condition and apple tree not much better. Have tried to revive it, but almost has no root system. No progress on my 100s of email messages. I receive regular messages trying to sell more but nothing about resolution. I am disgusted by this company. I wish a dissatisfied customer with expertise and time would suggest a group action.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my two non matching bay trees that were sold as a pair to look the same! For over two months I have been waiting for a reply after I sent photos of the plants and was assured my "Victor" my case was being looked into! Unbelievable. I thought I had seen the last of this terrible company, I ordered in May, eventually after months of being ignored by then, got a refund from my bank via cashback. Now the bank has contacted me to say GE is disputing the refund saying it's a fair charge!!! Gobsmacking. No way are they stealing my money a second time. I have sent the bank evidence (which I thankfully saved from the ticket before they deleted it) so they can refuse their request. Just shocking. Avoid avoid avoid. Will I ever be free of aggravation from this terrible organisation??
I got a cease and desist letter from them as they didn't like the support I was giving to the 130 people on Facebook that were trying to get money back for dead, damaged and undelivered plants and trees.
Awful awful awful wish I read reviews before I bought. WONT EVER use them again. They have asked for feedback which I have given, no one replied to my emails, no number to call. Absolutely joke
I also received a bunch of dead plants that this company seems to specialise in and after no response from their useless ticket system, I submitted a chargeback claim via my credit card. It has taken them a few months to deal with my claim but I finally got my money back. Please submit a chargeback claim via your credit card and hopefully if enough people are given there money back this despicable company will start to feel it where it hurts and stop treating their customers with such contempt.
I think they are actually criminals and we should get together and launch a class action against them. I ordered two identical bamboos to create a short hedge. After a long wait just one arrived which was no good to me. They then argued that they'd delivered 2 as that's what it said on the delivery note. I waited a few weeks for the other to arrive and then demanded my money back in full. But they've got a rule saying things must be returned in 14 days - very clever ploy.
Another unsatisfied customer response from me too. I paid £14 for 2 dead white Poinsettias that have just gone in the bin. I am a keyworker and just don't have time to faff about looking for email address of Chris Bonnett and you can't call them on the phone. I tried to put a negative review up on the site but it didn't load. Will never use again.

This company bulk buys reviews so you cannot trust any positive review. On Trustpilot the positive reviews all have 'invited' next to them. In other words, bought and paid for. I am going to follow advice and claim back from my credit card company but I'm still going to leave negative reviews anywhere that I can. People need to know just how bad this company is. They should not be still operating.
