    Lego set for my 7-year-old son

    I went to the Lego shop on High Street not too long ago and it was a really good visit. The people working there were so patient and helpful while my son and I searched for the right set. One person there was especially amazing, really going out of their way to help my son find exactly what he was after. They took their time answering all our questions and giving us suggestions. Even though they were quite busy, the staff stayed happy and ready to help us, which made the whole shopping trip really nice. All in all, I was really impressed with how great the customer service was and how patient the staff were with us.

    I got a 5-star service from Lego customer service. I got a set of Lego some years ago, brought out the pieces I needed and kept the rest for future use. I remembered the set a few days ago and brought it out only to find out that those pieces I used were not there and I couldn’t find them. I almost ordered a new set of the same Lego product only to try their customer service. The customer service representatives I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to describe the missing pieces, which they shipped to me. I now have my complete Lego set again.

    I recently treated myself to some fab Lego sets - the Batwing, Batmobile, Batcave, Ghostbusters, and even a Christmas tree! The range to choose from was top-notch, and the quality of each set really impressed me. Putting them together was so enjoyable - I loved every minute of it. The attention to detail in the designs was fantastic and the way the pieces all clicked perfectly really made the finished product look ace. I had an absolute blast building these sets and would definitely recommend them to any Lego fan out there!

    Lego technic set for daughter

    I ordered a Lego Technic set for my daughter recently, and I have to say, I was really happy with how everything went. The website was easy to use, the checkout was quick, and I got a confirmation email straight away. The set arrived in good time and was well packaged, with no problems or missing parts. My daughter really enjoyed the set and has been playing with it constantly. I've bought plenty of Technic sets before and Lego has never let me down. All in all, a brilliant shopping experience.

    Princess figure replacement from Beauty and the Beast set

    I recently contacted customer service because my daughter lost a princess figure from a Beauty and the Beast Lego set. They were really helpful and sent a replacement quickly, which made my daughter really pleased. I've never had any problems with Lego products and always think they are really good quality.

    Extensive Lego set collection

    I popped into the Lego store the other day and was blown away by all the different Lego sets they had on offer. I managed to find some really cool rare and special edition sets that were exclusive to the store, which was a nice surprise. Though, I did notice that the prices were a bit steep compared to other shops, so I'd suggest checking out prices elsewhere before buying. Despite that, my overall shopping experience was great and I'd definitely think about going back in the future.

    As someone who loves Lego, I have to say I was really impressed with how easy it was to shop for Lego stuff all in one place. The website has loads of different sets and accessories, so it was simple to find exactly what I wanted. The prices were fair, and I was happy to become a VIP member for some extra perks.     Awesome camper van set

    I bought this really awesome camper van set a while ago and let me tell you, it was absolutely brilliant! The delivery was super fast and the packaging was great. The moment I laid eyes on the set, I knew it was worth every penny. Putting it together was so much fun and the details are perfect. I even added in some extra pieces from my collection to make it even better. Now, I proudly display it on my shelf with my other sets. It's definitely my new favourite!

    My order was late, and then it got sent to the wrong place which was really annoying. But Donna in customer service was amazing, she sorted it all out quickly and efficiently. Her help and professionalism really made a big difference for me. Even though there were problems at the start, I think the customer service from Donna was top-notch.

    Lego kit return and replacement

    Recently, I had a bit of a nightmare trying to return a Lego kit I bought for $300 back in October 2020. It was quite a hassle, as I couldn't get through to Customer Service by phone due to my area code not matching theirs. After sending a bunch of emails and hitting dead ends, my wife finally managed to track down a different 800 number that actually worked. It would've been helpful if the original team had given us that number in the first place.

    I tried contacting them many times, but sadly, I never got the replacement kit because it was out of stock. My emails seemed to vanish into thin air, leaving me frustrated. It wasn't until just recently, in January 2021, that I spent an hour on the phone and a very kind Customer Service Representative told me they couldn't find the kit anywhere and didn't know when it might be available. She ended up giving me a refund to my credit card and even sent me a link to another seller where I could buy the kit for $100 less.

    It was a bit of a confusing process, but in the end, I got back the shipping costs for the damaged kit, the money for the original kit, and ended up saving some cash on the replacement. Sadly, this whole experience has made me think twice about buying from Lego in the future. It seems they might be overwhelmed with the demand, resulting in lots of damaged or incomplete kits and a Customer Service team that's struggling to keep up. They might not have been ready for the surge in demand that started nearly a year ago.

    So, I've decided to look elsewhere for my Lego needs. Goodbye, Lego.

    My recent Lego set purchase

    I got this amazing Lego set and was absolutely buzzing to put it together! But when it turned up, a few pieces were bashed up. I tried to get in touch with customer service and even sent over some snaps, but they weren't having any of it. And let's not even talk about the VIP card perks they promised, never showed up!

It's not right to ignore customers like this. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and it's disappointing to be treated like this.

    Awesome Lego set

    Oh mate, I was so chuffed when I got this amazing Lego set. But you won't believe it, some of the pieces were actually missing! I tried ringing up customer service for some help, but they were absolutely useless. They didn't even provide a return shipping label, so I had to shell out a fortune just to send back the incorrect set. Honestly, it was the worst experience ever!

    Recent Lego purchase

    I've been a loyal customer of Lego for years, spending a fortune on their products. But my recent purchase has really let me down. The new pieces just don't match up with the old sets, making it tricky to keep on building my current creations. Plus, after looking through the 2021 catalogue, I struggled to find anything I actually wanted to buy. The prices are sky high, and I don't think I'm getting good value for my money at all. Luckily, there are other products out there that are a better fit and offer more bang for my buck. Lego, you're giving me plenty of reasons to explore these alternatives instead of sticking with you. This decline in product quality and pricing is all on you, and I'm pretty disappointed in where the company is headed.

    I really like that delivery is quick, and sometimes you can find special models that you can't get in stores. I love the fact that I can find convenient and a wide variety of options online.
