    Recent product replacement

    I've been a customer since 2017, and I've always been happy with the products and service. Recently, I had a problem where my package was damaged and the product inside was faulty. But the customer support team was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. They arranged for the faulty product to be picked up within a couple of days and sent a replacement by express mail straight away. I even asked for a different product as a replacement, and they were happy to do that without any trouble. I'm really impressed with how they helped me out.

    Loki Wave replacement

    I must say, getting a replacement Loki Wave was easier than I expected. The warranty process was straightforward, and I got a new one in just ten days. The best part was that I didn't even have to send back the broken one; I could take it apart myself for battery recycling.     I recently bought some stuff from this company and I've had a few items break in the first year. One thing had a problem during the warranty period, but when I asked for a return label to send it back, they never sent it to me. So, I couldn't get it repaired or replaced. Now, they won't stick to the warranty because of that. In another case, something broke but I only realised how bad it was after the first year was over. Even though it was still in the warranty period, I couldn't claim it as I didn't know how serious the problem was at the time.

    I was really let down by my recent purchase from this luxury brand. Despite the sky-high prices and promises of top-notch quality, the product just didn't live up to what I was expecting. Firstly, the intensity control was practically non-existent - I couldn't even tell if it was getting stronger. Secondly, it came with a tiny bag that it didn't fit into, and a so-called "universal charger" that barely fit in the charging port. The manual didn't have any electrical info which was a big miss. I had to really force the cable into the product, which isn't great. And to top it off, it would randomly switch off at the worst times due to a glitch. I was hoping for better quality and attention to detail from a company specialising in personal massagers. The customer service response was dismissive, saying no one else had complained. Not good enough.

    As someone who's been buying intimate products for a while now, I have to admit, the Ora 2 vibrator I bought was a real letdown. The quality was just not up to scratch; the battery conked out after one use. And let's not even get started on how loud the thing was - sounded like it was straight out of the 1950s. The oral replication feature? Just a rotating ball, no special sensations there. Honestly, I was left feeling like the product didn't come close to living up to the brand's reputation.

    Bluetooth-enabled pleasure device

    I was really let down by the Bluetooth pleasure toy I bought from this company. It's so flimsy and constantly breaks, which is really annoying. And the app that's meant to make it better has just caused me problems. It won't even connect to my device, and on top of that, I have to make an account to even use it. It gets worse because every time I try to log in, my account expires and password gets deleted, making me reset it over and over again. This has made using the product a real pain, and I'm just not happy with the whole experience from this company.
