I bought a Barbour polo shirt on the 27th of May and shelled out for next day delivery. But the delivery got delayed and I had to get in touch with customer service. The lady I talked to wasn't very helpful and just didn't seem to care. I reckon this company tricked me with their delivery promises. I won't be coming back to shop here again.
Boss trousers and boxer shorts
I bought some Boss trousers and boxer shorts from this website, but had to return the trousers because they didn't fit right. I followed the return instructions and sent them back using Royal Mail with the scan code on the despatch note. But, it looks like there was a mistake with the delivery service the company used, because the package ended up at a totally different company. Even though I got confirmation that the other company received the trousers, they said they sent them back to me.
Purchased Boss trousers and boxer shorts
I'm really disappointed with my experience using Love the Sales. I bought a pair of Boss trousers and some boxer shorts, but I had to send the trousers back as they didn't fit. I sent them back through Royal Mail with the scan code on the despatch note, but things went wrong when the third party company Love the Sales uses for returns mistakenly sent it to a different company. Even though I got confirmation that they received the trousers, they claim to have sent it back to me. I've lost money on the trousers because of this mix-up, and no one is owning up to it. I've tried reaching out through emails several times, but they keep saying it's not Love the Sales' problem to fix.

I had a really great time buying some FitFlop sandals from this website. They had a really good selection and the prices were really good too. I was so pleased when my delivery came earlier than I thought it would. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone wanting to buy some FitFlops.

Slow refund process
I am really confused about the refund situation. I sent back my item a few weeks back and have not got my money back yet. It's like they have completely forgotten about me. I have tried contacting them multiple times but haven't received any response at all. It's so annoying and I feel like they are just ignoring me. How hard can it be to give me back my money and keep me updated on the situation? It shouldn't be this complicated. Please fix this as soon as possible.
Boss T-shirts for my two little boys
I recently bought two Boss T-shirts for my kids from this company, but I only got one of them. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't got a proper response. It's really annoying because I needed both shirts for an event coming up, and now I'm out of pocket with no solution in sight. I might have to speak to my bank to get my money back, which is not what I was hoping for. Feeling let down and scammed, I've lost trust in this company.
