Athletic wear
My shopping experience at this store was absolutely amazing. The staff at the store in Richmond, Westfield White City, and the online team were all incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They were polite, never pushy, and always had a smile on their faces. Whether I was buying something, exchanging items, or just browsing, they made sure I had a great time. The athletic wear products I bought were top-notch. I tried various items, like specialised sports gear, sweatshirts, and coats, and I was happy with all of them. Not only are the products trendy, but they are also comfortable and long-lasting, perfect for working out or just casual wear. Overall, I am really pleased with my purchases and the service I got at this store.
lovely shopping experience from Sarina
I needed to get some trending fashion clothing for an outdoor event. I actually wanted something chic and lovely. So I went online in search of a store I could trust to buy from. After going through all the options, I was given. I decided to shop from Lululemon. I placed an order for a trouser, tank top and some swim wear. Within 48 hours, it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted. The quality was impressive and the price was quite affordable. I am satisfied with Lululemon products and will shop with them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Lululemon to anyone looking to buy quality clothing and accessories.
Wunder puff jacket
So, I ordered this amazing puff jacket online, yeah? The website was dead easy to use and all, and my jacket arrived real quick on the 4th of January. It was all wrapped up in this nice cardboard box that's great for recycling and all. And oh my gosh, this jacket is just awesome. It's warm but not too heavy, and the pockets are perfect for my gloves and phone. Also, it kept me dry in the rain with its special lining. The only thing that's a bit annoying is the zips are a bit small and fiddly, so I gave it 4 stars for that. But overall, it's a really well-made jacket and I absolutely love it!
Green leggings and black sports bra
The service in this shop was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful. But, I got a bit worried when I heard about possible health risks linked to the materials used by this brand. It's not nice to hear about accusations of fat-shaming and discrimination against black people supposedly coming from the CEO. Being a black person who likes their clothes, it's sad to think that the CEO might not be looking out for all customers. These things do make me wonder if I should still be backing this brand.
Overpriced pants
I bought a pair of trousers from this shop recently and I have to say, the quality was really disappointing. One of the belt loops on the trousers broke after just a few months, so I went back to the shop to get it sorted. They said their quality guarantee only lasts for a year, which was news to me as no one mentioned that when I bought them. It's pretty disappointing that a store charging premium prices wouldn't back their products for longer. Overall, it was a bit of a let-down and I won't be shopping there again.
Yoga pants and a sports bra.
I bought some yoga pants and a sports bra online not long ago. Ordering was easy, and I got a confirmation email quickly. But the delivery took a bit longer than expected, which was a bit annoying. Luckily, the items arrived in good condition and were just as good as I hoped from this brand. All in all, I was happy with my purchase, even though the delivery was a bit slow.
Gym outfit purchase
The customer service at the Canary Wharf store was exceptional, especially with Nadia helping me out. I managed to find the perfect outfit - Wundertrain leggings, Align top, and a bag to match. The fabric was really comfortable and just right for my spa/gym day. Nadia went out of her way to make my birthday feel extra special with her assistance. I can't wait for my next purchase now that I'm a happy Lululemon convert.
Lightweight, durable yoga mat
I love the yoga mat I got from this shop, it's brilliant. It's lightweight but super strong, so it's ideal for my yoga sessions. The material they've used is top-notch, it gives me the support and comfort I need when I'm doing my practice. And the design is cool and classy, it gives my workout a bit of elegance. Overall, I'm really impressed with how good this yoga mat is.
Yoga pants
The brand has a really good range of high-quality yoga pants that are so comfy and look great too. The material is strong and lasts well through all kinds of workouts. They hug you in all the right places and don't ride up when you're exercising. I love how they keep me dry and feeling good during my workouts with their sweat-wicking properties.
Expensive leggings and €1 for a bag
I couldn't believe it - I splurged on these really pricey leggings, then got charged a whole euro for a bag! I mean, come on, why should I have to pay extra for a bag? I could have just gone somewhere else and not had to deal with that nonsense. Not cool at all.
Online order not delivered
I ordered something online but it never arrived. Even though I showed them that the signature on the delivery note wasn't mine, they wouldn't give me a refund. The customer service team didn't deal with it very well and I was really disappointed with how everything turned out.
Customer service experience
I just wanted to talk about my experience with the customer service at the store. The person I spoke with was really rude and didn't help me at all. They couldn't fix my problem, and they didn't seem to care about how I was feeling. Instead of giving me some helpful advice, they just ended the call abruptly, which left me feeling annoyed and disrespected. It's really disappointing to see this kind of behaviour from a brand that's supposed to be all about great service. I hope Lululemon can do something about this, maybe give their staff some better training in customer support. Especially for people like Erin, who clearly need some help in dealing with customer questions.
All the Right Places High-Rise Drawcord Waist Crop 23” tights
This is my second time ordering from Lululemon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I bought the All the Right Places tights and after only around 8 wears, the seam in the crotch area ripped. I got in touch with customer service, but they said it was accidental damage, which seems very unlikely for such a new item. This isn't the first time I've had problems with Lululemon products. The quality seems to have gone downhill over the years, as I had a pair of their leggings from the early 2000s that lasted 7 years, compared to the recent pair that ripped after just a few wears. The customer service response to my issue was dismissive and unhelpful, which makes me doubt the brand's commitment to backing the quality of their products. Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience and won't be shopping here again.
military post, refund process
I was absolutely gutted with my recent experience with the store. I bought something online, only to discover that they use delivery services that don't deliver to military bases, which meant it took ages to get a refund. I had to go through the faff of filing a chargeback just to get my money back. To make matters worse, their customer service was useless and just kept passing me around without sorting out my problem. On top of that, it took them a whole 5 days just to send out my order. All in all, a really frustrating and unprofessional experience.
Nulu Jacket
I've always found online shopping to be a bit hit or miss, and this time when I bought my Nulu Jacket, it was a definite miss. It's been three weeks now since I placed my order and still no sign of it. I was shocked to find out that it's actually lost somewhere in transit! Dealing with their customer service has been a complete nightmare - long waiting times on the phone, being put on hold for ages, and having to ring back multiple times just to get some answers. The whole experience has left me feeling really let down and frustrated. It's unbelievable how inefficient and lacking basic customer care they are. I certainly won't be recommending online shopping from this company.
Running shorts and yoga pants
I heard some bad stuff about their customer service and delivery times, but I thought I'd give it a try and buy some running shorts and yoga pants. Turns out, my experience was just as bad as those reviews. My order got delayed by more than 10 days, and when I tried to talk to customer service on their chat, they weren't helpful at all. They said they needed to do an investigation before giving me a refund, so I was left hanging with no idea when I'd get my money back. It was pretty obvious that my order had some problems during shipping, but the lack of communication and support from customer service was really disheartening. And when I tried to sort things out, they just abruptly ended the chat with no solution in sight. I'm a loyal customer who spent a decent amount, so I expected better treatment, but sadly, that didn't happen. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and annoyed, and now I'm not sure about shopping there again.
Activewear purchase
My experience at this store was not good. I had a problem with the employees when I tried to use a discount for service members and their families. Even though I showed my ID, they wanted more documents, which I thought was too much and intrusive. I haven't had this kind of trouble on other websites where just giving my DOD number was enough. The customer service team didn't seem helpful or flexible, they just kept repeating the same things without listening to my worries. I think asking for extra documents is not right and could put my privacy at risk. I would have preferred it if the staff had been more direct and understanding.
Running tights in size 10, NZ 14
I bought a pair of running tights from this brand in a size 10, NZ 14 during a sale, hoping to get a good deal. Unfortunately, they were too small for me to wear comfortably. I usually wear a size 12, so I was quite frustrated by this. I tried to exchange them but since they were on sale, the store wouldn't let me. This experience has made me sad as I used to love this brand. Also, I found the fabric to be thin, the colours boring, and the prices too high for the quality. Because of this, I've decided to stop shopping with this brand and find somewhere else to spend my money.
