Mustard and black Bobbi boots
I recently bought a pair of mustard and black Bobbi boots from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with both the quality of the boots and the customer service I received. At first, they rubbed a bit on my calf, but after wearing them for a bit, they became super comfortable. I've been enjoying dry and cosy feet during my morning dog walks for the past six months thanks to these boots. Unfortunately, recently a seam broke and water started coming in. However, when I got in touch with the customer service team, they were really quick to send me a new pair without any issues. Their communication throughout was spot on, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. It's clear that this company really cares about their customers and strives to make sure they are happy. Because of this, I am a satisfied customer and will definitely support this business in the future.
Multiple pairs of boots
I've got quite a collection of boots from this company. I've got ones for the garden, ones for the paddocks, but my absolute favourite has to be the stunning plum and neon orange boots that I wear on nights out. Every time I wear them, I get compliments and everyone wants to have a go trying them on. Not only are they stylish, but they're also super comfy and tough. I've had my gardening boots for over 4 years now and they're still keeping my feet dry and toasty on chilly days. I even swapped out the insoles to make them feel like new again. I always make sure to use the cleaning kit on my fancy 'going out' pair to keep them looking top notch. Overall, I reckon these boots are worth every single penny.
Cute and practical boots
I recently bought a lovely pair of boots that are both cute and practical, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The colour is absolutely gorgeous, and I always get compliments whenever I wear them. They not only look good, but they are also really comfortable. On a recent camping trip, I ended up wearing them for four days straight because they kept my feet warm and cosy. It was amazing how comfy they were, especially on those cold nights. The care kit that came with the boots was a real lifesaver too. It helped me clean them up nicely after all the dirt and grime from the camping trip. The quality of the boots is top-notch, and I can definitely see myself wearing them for a long time.
Multiple pairs of boots, various colours
These boots are absolutely incredible! I've got a yellow pair of Tullys, as well as green, black, and blue Bobbis. They're so versatile and can be worn with pretty much anything - jeans, trousers, shorts, skirts, dresses, you name it. I've even rocked them with trackie dacks and they still look fab. The tricky thing is, they keep bringing out new gorgeous colours which make it impossible not to get another pair. They're also perfect for all sorts of weather, but I particularly enjoy wearing them on a rainy day. Take my word for it, treat yourself and grab a pair or two - you won't be disappointed.
Short-lived, overpriced footwear
I would suggest saving your money for better quality options. The pairs I bought ended up breaking in just a few months, so definitely not worth the expensive price. The customer service team were nice, but unfortunately couldn't provide a good solution. I'd recommend going for a more well-known brand that offers higher quality and lasts longer.
Shoes with a small fault
Oh my gosh, I got these shoes last year and they were so cute, but unfortunately there was a little problem with them. When I got in touch with customer service though, they were really nice and helpful! They ended up sending me a whole new pair of shoes straight to my house. I was over the moon and now I can wear them all the time.
Black Bobbi everyday boots
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love these boots! I originally bought the black Bobbi boots for my travels, but I ended up wearing them every single day. Now I have 9 pairs in different colours and I just can't stop wearing them - they're so cute and comfortable. I wear them everywhere and always get compliments on how stylish they are. Whether I'm hiking, dealing with snow days, going to the beach, or hitting up parties, these boots are the perfect choice. And they're just so easy to slip on and off, which is great for driving. I'm a loyal fan now, Merry People has won me over completely!
Versatile and durable footwear
As someone who's been back a few times now, I must say these boots are really something special when it comes to quality and being able to wear them for any occasion. They've become my first choice footwear, whether I'm just popping to the pub or spending the day on the farm. The best thing is I can team them up with my overalls or a dress, making them the most versatile footwear I own. And on top of being stylish, they're super tough and comfy too, so they're a definite essential for anyone after a trusty pair of boots.
Ankle boots purchase
I recently bought a pair of ankle boots from this shop and I have to say, I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. The boots are really comfy to wear and they come in lots of different bold and trendy colours that really stand out. I've got six pairs of these boots now and every single one has been even better than I hoped for in terms of how well they're made and how great they look. I always get loads of compliments whenever I wear them and they've become a key part of my wardrobe in no time at all.
Comfortable boots
These boots are really comfy and roomy, they provide excellent arch support for my feet. But the problem is they're really tight around my ankles, like, super painful tight. I was really disappointed because I really liked them, but I had to trim some of the material around the ankle to make them wearable. So, for the next design, could you please think about making the ankle section a bit bigger or adding a strap that can be adjusted? Apart from that, they're fantastic!
Socks for Me and Mum
I bought some socks for me and my mum for Mother's Day. Ordering them was easy and they came quickly. Each pair was nicely wrapped, a lovely detail. I even added a card which arrived with the socks. I was pleased with everything and I'd definitely buy from here again.
Waterproof boots in beetroot and pink
The boots I ordered arrived really quickly and were exactly what I expected. They're so comfortable as soon as you slide your feet in. I've been looking for some waterproof boots for ages, and these really went above and beyond. I wore them all day and my feet didn't hurt one bit. I'm already thinking about getting another pair in a different colour.
Boots that don't fit
I bought these boots, but they turned out to be way too big despite me checking the size guide on the website. I attempted to return them, but it was a hassle because they use UPS for returns, even though they usually deliver via Royal Mail. Plus, there was no contact number available, so I had to resort to emailing and chatting with them to get it sorted. It was frustrating!

Bobbi Boots
I really liked the boots at first, but I was left feeling disappointed with the quality. The rubber on the toe line split after just 2 years of light wear. I got in touch with customer service and they suggested using mouldable glue, but that wasn't a great solution.
Not impressed
These shoes are really disappointing. I got them with good intentions of being more eco-friendly, but I ended up regretting it. They rubbed against the back of my legs during my holiday, which was not pleasant. I was hoping they would be great for wet weather, but after just a few hours of wear, they were completely soaked inside. It was pretty gross! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, to be honest.
Boots did not fit, requested return
The boots I ordered didn't fit, so I tried to return them using UPS. I had trouble because there isn't a UPS drop-off point near me where I could print the label. I got in touch with customer services who quickly offered to send me a Royal Mail label instead. I sent the boots back, but I haven't heard anything back since. I've been trying to reach customer services through email and chat, but I'm having to wait a long time - it's been 24 hours and I'm starting to lose hope of getting a refund.
Purchased six pairs of boots
This company is absolutely brilliant. The communication was spot on, the service was top-notch, and the delivery was super speedy. The boots aren't just fun, they're also amazingly comfy and practical. Both my husband and I are huge fans! 😄
Comfortable and durable boots
I bought a pair of boots from this company back in December and I must say I've been really happy with them. They've become my favourite shoes for my daily walks since they're just so comfortable and durable. I've tried boots from Ariat, North Face, and a few others, but none of them really match up to the quality and comfort of these ones.
