    Handbag from the UK website

    I recently bought a handbag from a UK website and overall, I had a good experience. The handbag was dispatched from the Netherlands, and I received emails to keep me updated on the progress of my order. Initially, they said it would take 3-4 days for delivery, but sadly, it didn't arrive on time. When I got in touch with the customer service team via email, they explained that high order volumes caused delays in deliveries. Even though I had to wait a bit longer, the handbag eventually arrived, around 11-12 days after I placed the order. The handbag was just as it was described online, so I was happy with my purchase. However, I think it would have been nice to have better communication during the delay.

    I popped into a shop in Shepherds Bush not long ago and I must say, the service I received from Jerome and Khadija was top-notch. They both really went out of their way to make sure I had a great shopping trip and that I was happy with everything. Even though they were rushed off their feet, they still managed to give me their full attention and made me feel like a valued customer. Their professionalism and carefulness didn't go unnoticed, and I left feeling very thankful for their excellent help. I'd definitely suggest this store to anyone who wants a positive shopping experience.

    Refund processing time

    I've had a bit of a frustrating time with getting refunds from this store. It seems like they like to hold onto your cash for way too long and take ages to actually give it back. Even though I've sent back things and been in touch with customer service loads, I'm still waiting on refunds for four different orders. It's been really annoying and it's a shame to see such slow service when it comes to this.

    I bought a bag last week in the Black Friday sale, and then I saw that the price had been reduced even more a few days later. So, I gave the store a ring, thinking I could get a refund for the difference like they said. But no, the management was really rude and didn't want to stick to their word. They said I had to buy something else to make up for the difference, even though I'd already bought something. It's just not on, is it? Shows they don't care much about looking after their customers properly.

    I bought a wristlet recently which turned out to be totally different from what I saw online. The colour and material just weren't what I was hoping for. It's been nearly a month now since I returned it via Royal Mail, but I still haven't received any confirmation email or refund. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they had received the item at their depot and would look into why the refund hadn't been done yet. However, it's been three days now and there's been no progress or solution. The whole thing has been really disappointing and annoying.

    MK watch purchase from Amazon

    I bought this MK watch online not too long ago, and honestly, I've been let down by the customer service. The battery conked out after two years, so I tried to replace it. However, I hit a snag when I couldn't get the back cover of the watch back on properly. Even the watch repair shop I went to couldn't sort it out. I reached out to the company for help, but they said the warranty had expired and wouldn't lend a hand. I gave them all the proof they asked for, but it didn't make a difference. I feel really let down and frustrated by this whole ordeal, and I'd caution anyone against buying from them.

    I had a bit of a nightmare with my online order from this company recently. I sent them an email asking about where my order was, as it hadn't turned up when it should have. But, I've not had a reply from them yet, even though I've tried a few times to get in touch. To make matters worse, the tracking number they gave me didn't work on the courier's website, which just left me feeling even more confused and frustrated. I really hope they can get their act together and improve the way they communicate with customers, to avoid problems like this in the future.

    My experience with getting a refund from this shop has been really annoying. I sent proof that I posted the return item and a tracking number showing it was delivered, but they're ignoring my emails and not giving me my money back.     I bought a watch from this shop recently, but I had a bit of a problem with their customer service. The watch didn't turn up on time, and I had to deal with it by myself because they didn't help at all. In the end, I had to send the watch back because they didn't support me. Getting my money back wasn't great either - they said it would take 3 weeks to sort out without saying why it was taking so long. The way they treated me as a customer was really bad, and now I don't want to buy anything from them again.

    Shoddy boots

    I recently bought a pair of boots on sale from this brand and boy, was that a mistake. They looked amazing on the website so I figured they must be good quality because the brand is well-known. But, after I wore them for a bit, the leather started peeling off and they looked awful. When I contacted customer service to sort it out and get a refund or exchange, they were useless. They refused to take responsibility for the crappy product and basically said "tough luck." It's really annoying to feel like I've been ripped off by a brand that claims to be high-end but can't deliver decent quality or customer service.

    Order not received, tracking issues

    I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from this company. I ordered something on the 20th of April and still haven't got it. When I contacted them about it, they gave me tracking details that turned out to be wrong. The tracking said the parcel was delivered to a blue door, but mine's actually green. And it also said it was signed for by someone with a name I don't even use. I've messaged them loads of times, but they haven't given me any answers or advice on what to do next. It's just so frustrating how they're not communicating properly or taking responsibility.

    I bought a leather handbag from this shop not long ago and was really let down by the customer service. I sent back six orders but didn't get any confirmation emails. I had to reach out to them to find out if they'd got the items and when I could expect my refund. They told me to wait 14 days before getting in touch, even though it had been over 16 days for some of the orders. On top of that, they said the refunds had to be done manually. The lack of communication and proactivity is just shocking.

    Sunglasses purchase, missing brand

    I am so annoyed about my new sunglasses. I forked out £125 for them, only to open the box and see they're not even the brand I ordered. This has never happened to me before and I am really angry. It seems like either someone at Michael Kors is pinching goods or they've got a seriously clueless worker mixing up the products. I am livid and want my money back or the right sunglasses straight away.
