Co ord purchase
I recently bought a co-ord set from this online shop and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The outfit looked just like it did in the photos and the sizing was just right. The quality was really good for the price I paid and I was delighted with my purchase. I decided to get a smaller size than I usually would and it still fit perfectly. The packaging was nice and tidy, and the delivery was very quick. I had no problems with my order at all. I did return one piece of the outfit for a different size and the return process was easy and hassle-free. Vague return policy confusion
I recently bought something from this online store and had a bit of a problem with their return policy. I returned my item with the returns slip, thinking that was all I had to do to get my money back. But, it seems I also had to ask for the refund through the website where I made my purchase - something I wasn't aware of. Now, I don't have my money back and I'm annoyed by the lack of information in their process. Just be careful if you decide to shop from this website, especially if you're not sure about how their returns work.

I was really impressed with my recent purchase from this online shop. The website was super easy to use, helping me find exactly what I wanted in no time. I chose standard delivery, but was surprised to receive my order the very next day, which was a lovely surprise. The clothes I bought were top-notch quality and looked just as good in person as they did online. It's not always easy to find a retailer that nails both style and quality, but this one definitely went above and beyond what I expected.
Crochet cut out dress
I bought the crochet cut-out dress recently and I was really happy with how quickly it was delivered and the quality of the dress overall. But, I do have to say that calling it a "maxi" dress is a bit misleading because it actually falls quite a bit above my ankles, more like a midaxi dress. Even though there's this small difference, I still really like the dress and would suggest it to others, just keep in mind the length if you're taller than most.
Co-ord set missing skirt
Hey, so I ordered this really cute co-ord set, yeah? But when it arrived, only the top was in the package, no skirt! I was proper gutted, and when I got in touch with them, they wouldn't sort out sending the missing skirt. All they offered was a 20% refund for the skirt, which just isn't right as half my order was missing! I reckon I should get at least a 50% refund, but they haven't even bothered to reply to my email yet. Not cool, mate. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, to be honest.

Green High Waisted Ruched PU Trousers
Oh my goodness, I bought the Green High Waisted Ruched PU Trousers and they are absolutely adorable! The fabric is really nice and the colour is just spot on. When I wear them, I feel like a fashion queen. They fit me perfectly and make my bum look fantastic. I wore them to a party and received loads of compliments, I felt like a celebrity! These trousers are definitely my new favourite pair.

Missing item in order
I bought something for my daughter Katie not long ago, but when the parcel arrived, something was missing. We tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, but the guy we spoke to, Joe, wasn't very helpful. He was kind of rude and didn't really do much to solve the problem, which made my daughter pretty upset. As a student, we have to watch every penny we spend, so it's really annoying not to get what we paid for.
Clothing Return
So, I bought some really nice clothes from this place but they weren't exactly what I wanted, you know? So I had to send them back, but then they only gave me back some of my money and I'm pretty annoyed about it! I made sure to send everything back in good condition, but they still managed to take some extra money from me, which is really frustrating. It feels like they just made up an additional charge for no reason and it's just not fair. And when I tried to talk to them about it, they just kept repeating the same thing, like they weren't even listening to me. Not cool at all!
Sand set, perfect sizing
I absolutely loved the sand set I ordered, it was so beautiful and the size was just right for me. I normally wear a size 4/6, and the size 6 was a perfect fit, especially because I could adjust the top and skirt to my liking. The quality of the clothing was really impressive, it felt well-made and looked fantastic on.
Mixed quality and sizing
The delivery and return charges from this store really get on my nerves. It's just so frustrating to have to fork out extra money just to get or send back things. I recently bought a few items and I wasn't happy with the sizes and quality. One of the tops I got felt like it was made from really cheap material and didn't even look properly finished. It was like someone had grabbed some scissors and chopped a big chunk off it. On the other hand, the bodysuit I ordered was alright. I also got cycling shorts in two different colours, both in the same size. But one pair was a perfect fit while the other was tiny - it would probably only have fit my 4-year-old niece. Overall, the sizes and quality of the items I got were a bit hit and miss.
Quick cancellation mishap
I messed up and tried to cancel my order straight away, but I still got an email saying it had been sent out. The customer service bloke wasn't too helpful and the returns process was a bit of a nightmare. I won't be ordering from this company again, that's for sure.
Ripped bag and fluff shedding
I got my order from your shop the other day, and I was a bit gutted to see that the bag was torn and fluff was coming out of the item. It wasn't up to the standard I was hoping for from the stuff I bought.
Joe was really great, fixed my problem so quickly.
