Nail kit
I bought a really awesome nail kit from this place and I accidentally messed up my order. I decided to send them an email and Beatrice got back to me super quickly and sorted everything out for me. She was like a superhero, sorting out all my issues with my order. I was feeling quite stressed about the whole situation, but she made everything better. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received and I am really looking forward to receiving my nail kit! I honestly believe that Beatrice deserves a raise for being so wonderful. I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.
Set of nail polish
I needed a new set of nail polish. The colors I had were old and some were dried. I knew about Mylee through a friend. I checked through their catalog and saw some beautiful sets of nail polish. I ordered 12 sets of different shades. Quite affordable and great delivery service. When I got my orders, it was exactly what I wanted. The colors were more beautiful than they were in the catalog. I applied some for my clients the day I got the orders. They loved the beautiful look of the polish. They were of great quality and long-lasting. Not too watery. Stayed firmly on my toes.
Missing/stolen items issue resolved
I just had a bit of trouble with some stuff missing from my delivery. Got in touch with customer service by email and they sorted it out quickly. The team dealt with it really well, being all careful and professional, and I was surprised at how fast they responded and got everything fixed. They even sent over replacements for the missing bits, which was great and left me feeling really pleased. Big shout out to Beatrice for being so helpful and providing top-notch customer service.

I wasn't sure about giving this gel polish a go at home, but I was really pleased with the results! The texture of the polish is spot on, so it's a breeze to put on without it spreading everywhere. I'm loving the colours I went for and I was amazed that even after 10 days, there were no chips or peeling. This product really does what it says on the tin - lasting up to 3 weeks. The amount of cash I'll save on salon visits is definitely worth it.

I recently had to return a faulty lamp, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The email responses were super quick, and I sent the lamp back on the 11th. To my amazement, I had my replacement by the 12th! The email team was really efficient and provided great assistance the whole time.
Complete professional waxing kit
I recently bought a professional waxing kit and I have to say, I am really impressed with how well it worked. The delivery was super fast and a friend suggested it to me which turned out to be a great recommendation. The hair removal process was nearly painless and worked really well. On top of that, it smells nice and the instructions are easy to understand.
Faulty products, no refund
I bought some things, but they were all broken when they arrived. It was really frustrating because it hurt me, ya know? When I spoke to the company, they just told me to send the items back. So, I did what they asked. But now, it's been ages and I haven't received my refund yet. I haven't heard anything from them since. So now, I'm left with neither my stuff nor my money. What a rip off!

I recently got a great little nail kit and it's been brilliant! I decided to do my nails at home and they turned out really nice. But then the brush for my base coat got really hard after being left in the sun. I reached out to them on Instagram and they got back to me super quickly, offering to send a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and efficient they were.
Gel nail polish remover order
I just bought some gel nail polish remover from an online shop, but the bottle I got was only half full. I emailed customer service about it and they quickly replied, saying they'll send me a new full bottle for free. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, but I'm happy with how they handled the situation and the other stuff I bought from them seems good quality.
