    Large mixed clothing purchase

    I'm a happy customer of this clothing company and I've bought quite a few things from them like sweatshirts, pants, cardigans, and a sweater. I've got 7 sweatshirts, 7 pants, 3 cardigans, and 1 sweater - all costing $75 each. My overall experience with them has been good, although I did have one issue during the holiday season. Even though it took a while to sort out, the company did eventually refund me for the damaged item and let me keep it. They also adjusted the prices of my previous purchases to match the sale prices, which shows they care about keeping customers happy. Despite some bad reviews going around, I wanted to share my positive experience to give a fair view.

    Cashmere hoodie purchase

    Sweater purchase delayed, poor quality, unable to return

    I recently bought a jumper from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. First off, the delivery took more than a month to come, even though the website said it would be here in 3-7 working days. That already made me feel like it wasn't going to be good. When I got in touch with customer service to try and cancel my order because it was going to miss being a birthday present, they just ignored my request. Then, when the jumper finally arrived, it was really bad quality and not worth the long wait. I tried to send it back for a refund, but they said I could only exchange it. I argued with them but eventually gave up on getting my money back. When I tried to exchange it online, I found that the submit button wasn't working, so I couldn't even swap it for something else. On top of all that, I contacted customer service for help and got no response after waiting for three days. Overall, it was a terrible experience from beginning to end.

    Sweater return issue

    I had a bit of a nightmare with this company recently. Even though I'd been a faithful customer and had no issues with previous purchases, I had to return a sweater that didn't fit right and it turned into a real mess. Their website said they accepted returns or exchanges within 30 days, so I sent the sweater back unworn with all the tags on. However, they refused to process the return and ignored all my emails when I tried to get in touch with customer service. In the end, I had to get my credit card company involved and it took a long 4 months to sort out the billing dispute in my favour. It was really disappointing to see such bad customer service and ignoring their own return policy, especially when I'd had good experiences with them before.

    I recently ordered a Christmas set from a store, hoping it would arrive in time for the holidays in France. Unfortunately, my experience with international shipping and custom duties was pretty awful. Despite the store's Terms and Conditions promising to let customers know about any taxes before checkout, I was surprised by a hefty €286.5 custom duty from DHL. This lack of transparency really frustrated me and made me feel like I had been misled. Now I have to deal with returning the package, paying a restocking fee, and extra shipping costs. The customer service, especially from Ethan, was slow and unhelpful, which just made my bad experience even worse. It's safe to say I won't be shopping with this store again.

    I made a purchase for order number 836011 recently, but I've had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery and return process. So basically, I accidentally made another order on November 28th, and even though I was told that it had been shipped with DHL, the item hasn't shown up at all. When I contacted DHL, they said they never got the package. I tried to get in touch with customer service through a few emails, but the responses I got weren't much help and seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing. They told me to start the return process, but when I tried, the website gave me an error message saying the item wasn't eligible for return. So now I'm stuck in a situation where I've paid for something that hasn't turned up, and I can't even send it back like they told me to.

    Basic cashmere sweater purchase

    I splashed out $98 on a plain cashmere jumper that felt super soft and fit nicely when I tried it on. However, after wearing it a few times, I noticed it started to get all bobbly and scruffy. Pretty annoying, considering I was hoping for better quality given the price. On top of that, I snapped up two more jumpers as Christmas gifts in a sale, but I couldn't take them back because I missed the 30-day returns window. I mean, the tags were still hanging on the jumpers, but the customer service team wouldn't budge on the policy, not very helpful really. All in all, I was a bit let down by the quality of the jumpers, the returns policy, and the whole customer service experience.

    What a nightmare dealing with this company! I bought a cashmere sweater and they got my order wrong not once, not twice, but three times! And to top it off, they had the nerve to tell me they had run out of stock for the item I wanted. Then they made me sign up for their in-stock alerts, flooding my inbox with irritating daily ads. And to make things even worse, the item never came back in stock. It's obvious this company is a disaster waiting to happen with such terrible service.

    Sweater purchase from Naadam

    I recently bought a jumper from Naadam and I have to admit I was quite disappointed with the shipping costs. It's clear that the company doesn't really care about international customers with the expensive shipping fees they charge. Paying over NZ$80 for shipping on a light jumper just seems way too much and kind of unfair. When you compare this to other brands like Everlane, who charge a much more fair price for shipping to New Zealand, it's obvious that Naadam needs to work on this. By not offering more affordable shipping options, it looks like they care more about making money than making customers happy. This whole thing has definitely made me think twice about shopping with Naadam again.
