I've actually just bought a new generator from this company, but it's been a bit of a nightmare. When it turned up, there were parts missing, it was already filled with fuel and oil, and to top it off, it didn't work properly. I tried for weeks to get it sorted, but they weren't very helpful. I recently bought a pressure washer from Nitrotek and to be honest, it's been a bit of a nightmare. I got it back in November but only started using it in the new year. Since then, I've had nothing but trouble. The thing keeps falling apart - bits have started dropping off left, right and centre. First the heat shield fell off, then the hose on the gun snapped, the drum started leaking, and just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the fuel tank decided to make a break for it too. I tried to get a refund from Nitrotek, but they weren't having any of it. Instead, they sent me some parts and basically told me to fix it myself. Honestly, I'm really not happy with the quality of the product or the way Nitrotek has handled this whole situation. I'm even thinking about taking some legal action to sort it out.
