    Awesome first order

    This was actually my first order from this company and it was absolutely fantastic! The price I paid was the cheapest I could find online, plus I managed to get a discount code to make it even better value for money. I was really impressed with how well they communicated with me, keeping me in the loop at every stage of the process. My order got to me pretty fast and was packaged really nicely. The bottles were properly sealed and had a decent best before end date, which gave me reassurance that this company is reliable. I will definitely be ordering from them again and will be recommending them to my friends for sure.

    I'm sorry to say that my first order got lost during delivery, but they sent a replacement which came quickly. I'm just waiting for the replacement to arrive now, and I'll let you know how it goes. Next time, though, I'll make sure to check Trustpilot before ordering, seems like some people have had delays with their orders.

    Green Pastures Cod Liver Oil 5 pack

    I've had a really disappointing experience with this company's subscription service. They've messed up my order twice now, only sending me one bottle of Cod Liver Oil when I paid for five. I even emailed them photos of the mistake, but it's been a nightmare trying to speak to them about it. The lack of communication and slow response in fixing the error is totally unacceptable for a company like this. I've asked to cancel my subscription because their current system obviously isn't working well.

    I'm really not happy with the liposomal vitamin C I recently bought from you. It came without the hygiene safety seal, which is really important for making sure the product is safe and hasn't been tampered with. When I got in touch with your customer service about it, all they said was to send it back. But that's a real hassle, and I have to pay for shipping for a faulty item that you sent me. I've already paid for shipping once to receive it, so this just isn't fair.

    I was really let down by the customer service at this place. I spoke to a lady called Hayley who was meant to help me with my order, but it didn't go well. She gave me the wrong information about the product and the delivery, which was very frustrating. It seemed like she wasn't listening to my worries, and I was left feeling annoyed and tricked. In the end, I didn't get the product I wanted and all I got was a sorry that didn't make things right.

    I ordered 9 items but only got a partial refund because it turns out 2 of them were out of stock. Then, they said they'd send the rest but there's been a shipping error and now all the items are out of stock! I've been waiting ages for my refund now. What a waste of time!

    Delayed delivery and unresponsive customer service

    I bought something from this company and after waiting for 2 weeks, my order still hadn't shown up. I got in touch with them to ask about my order, and it was only then that they decided to send it out. But, by that point, I was already on my travels and never got the products. When I requested a refund, they flat out said no. All in all, it was a dreadful experience dealing with this company – definitely one to steer clear of.

    This company is just awful! I've sent them emails and tried calling numerous times, but they've completely ignored me. And on top of that, the products they sell are way too expensive for what you get. It's a total rip off!

    Short dated 3 x 90 tablets

    I was a bit let down by my recent order of 3 x 90 tablets because they were actually short-dated. I was hoping for fresher items and was quite shocked by the mistake. But I do like that the shop carries some Dr Mercola products, which is a good thing for me. It would be helpful though if they could clearly show the expiration dates to prevent any mix-ups later on. Also, I found the numerous phone messages from Amazon Deliveries about the order and delivery to be unnecessary and irritating. They might want to think about reassessing how they communicate with customers.

    Repeat orders issue

    I had a bit of bother with their customer service trying to sort out a billing issue for my regular orders. I tried emailing and using live chat but didn't get any response. It wasn't until I found their phone number that I managed to speak to someone, but even then they couldn't help me solve the problem. And to top it off, trying to cancel future orders was a nightmare because the cancel button was tucked away and only showed up when I tried to make changes to my regular orders. All in all, it was a really frustrating experience dealing with this company.
