Park Prodigy really made our Disney holiday so much easier and better! We've been to Disney Land a few times with the kids and tried different ways to book tickets - going direct, using a travel agent, and now with Park Prodigy. Gotta say, using Park Prodigy was definitely the easiest and cheapest option. Not only did we get the best price on tickets, but they also helped us plan our itinerary. Their park planning guides were super useful, and being able to download our tickets to our phone wallet with a video guide made a huge difference. I was really let down by my experience with eVitamins. I ordered a product, but it got stuck at customs and was sent back. High riser bed with sofa and desk
This company is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a high riser bed with a sofa and desk underneath back in February, and now it's April with still no sign of my order. They said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, but that time has passed without any updates. When I asked for an update, they just fobbed me off, saying the delivery team would contact me - which they never did. The customer service and communication from them is shocking. I've just messaged them, saying I'll demand a refund if they can't give me a clear delivery date. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

There was a bit of a wait because of the Royal Mail strikes, but I finally got my package on the 28th of November. Even with that hiccup, I have to say that the price and service from The Beauty Store were top-notch. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.

I had no idea when I would get the part I really needed. I was so annoyed that I left a really negative review warning others not to bother ordering from there. However, the company got in touch with me afterwards. They refunded my whole order and even gave me a £15 voucher to make up for the hassle. While I'm grateful for the gesture, the lack of communication and initial letdown still leaves me feeling disappointed.
