Beautiful ethically sourced jewelry
The staff at this shop, Rose and Clementine, were just brilliant. They were so helpful and supportive, especially when I had questions about the jewelry. The pieces are absolutely gorgeous and you can really tell that they are ethically sourced. My girlfriend absolutely loves the necklace and earrings I bought her, and I am confident that purchasing more from this shop will keep her happy and save me from the stress of thinking of new gifts.
Amazing products, excellent customer service

Gold earrings and pearls hoops
I recently bought a stunning pair of gold earrings and pearl hoops for my wife's birthday from this company. Unfortunately, there was a slight issue with one of the clasps on the earrings when she tried them on. I got in touch with customer service, and I was happy to receive a quick response from Clementine. She offered to send a new pair via special delivery, which was really impressive customer service.
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care they showed, as I was expecting to have to return the faulty pair before getting a replacement. My wife was over the moon with the beautiful pieces, and I really have to applaud the company for their customer-focused approach. Pearl ring purchase
I bought my wife a pearl ring for Christmas, but the pearl fell off a few weeks back. When we tried to get a replacement, we were surprised to hear we had to pay for the repair. It's really disappointing to receive that kind of service, especially since we only bought the ring less than a year ago. The fact that the ring is falling apart so quickly is worrying, as it suggests poor quality. I won't be shopping with this company again.
Earrings for daughter’s wedding
I recently ordered some earrings for my daughter's wedding and experienced a significant delay, which almost led me to cancelling the order. However, the customer service was exceptional. They provided me with a more expensive alternative at no extra cost and shipped them express delivery, even including a small gift. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT OUT. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT OUT IN WRITING. CONFIRMED NEXT-DAY DELIVERY. AFTER WEEKS OF CHASING AND BEING IGNORED. THE PHONE NUMBER DON'T WORK. 3 X EMAIL ACCOUNTS DO NOT WORK. BEGINNING TO THINK THIS COMPANY HAD FOLDED. FINALLY MANAGED AFTER 3WEEKS OF CALLINGS AND EMAILING, TO GET CLEMENTINE ON THEIR WEBSITE CHAT PORTAL. I SPENT 15MINUTES LOOKING INTO AN ISSUE. THEY CLOSED THE CHAT. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOW BE CONTACTING THE DIRECTORS OLIVIA SMITH AND TIMOTHY MARCHANT.
happy shopping experience from Ginnie
I had a wedding event to attend in London and I guess I forgot to pack my jewellery when I was packing my effect for my trip. You can imagine how lost I felt when I realized my jewellery was not to be found. I had to go online immediately to search for beautiful, and affordable jewellery that could be delivered to me in time for my event. After going through all the options I got, I decide to shop from Olivia & Pearl. I ordered a set of jewelry and within 24 hours they were delivered to me. It was exactly what I wanted.
