Return label issue
I finally heard back from customer service in the second week of January. Because of the New Year, PostNL didn't update the contract in time, which meant the O'Neill barcode system couldn't recognise it. Thankfully, everything got sorted out in the end and I was given a discount coupon for my next purchase.
Bikini purchase
I bought this bikini and it was alright. The fit wasn't great because I'm in between sizes. Even though I sized up, it's still a bit tight in some places but the bottoms are too loose. However, considering the price, it's not too bad.
Quality products, poor communication
The products were good value for money, but the communication was pretty poor. When we placed our order, we didn't get any confirmation or receipt. The items arrived out of the blue, with no heads up beforehand. We didn't get any updates or info about the delivery process. Oddly enough, we did get an email asking us to leave a review, so they obviously had our email on file. Sending something back was a bit of a faff because of this lack of communication.
Surfing leggings
The surfing leggings I bought are really good quality and definitely worth the money. I like that they're not just the usual Californian style, but have an international vibe, like something you'd see in the Mediterranean. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely think about getting wetsuits from this brand again.
My new clothes
So, I've bought some new clothes and they're really nice, but trying to return one of them has been a real nightmare. First, I had to print out this old-fashioned barcode which was a bit of a hassle. Then, when I went to the post office to return it, they said they couldn't scan it on that day. I tried calling customer service, but they were nowhere to be found and just told me to send an email instead. So, I did just that, but no one ever got back to me. They then sent me a link to leave a review, but guess what, it didn't work and just took me back to the product page. The link they sent in the email for a manual review also didn't work. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even leave a review on the site. Ahh, so frustrating!
Failed Return Label
I've just had a really annoying time with a recent purchase from this company. I got a faulty item, tried to send it back with the label they gave me, but when I tried at the post office, they said they couldn't accept the label. I've been trying to get in touch with the company over the phone and by email, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing how they've handled this whole situation.
Online order for clothing
I was a bit disappointed with the ordering process because I thought my browser history would remember my sizes and favourite colours to make shopping quicker, but it didn't. The delivery also wasn't as good as I hoped because I wanted to know exactly where the driver was and if there were any delays because of traffic or closed roads.
Waterproof jacket purchase
This jacket is amazing! It might not be the thickest, but it sure does the trick. It keeps me snug and dry, whatever the weather. The quality is excellent, and I can see it lasting a good while. Ordering was easy, and it arrived super quickly. I'm really happy with my buy!

I received my swimsuit yesterday, the packing was really nice and safe. the swimsuit was perfect. like more perfect than i thought, the fitting is amazing and it looks so beautiful! I am extremely impressed and I am going to order something else from the website as well.
