Recent coat purchase
I recently bought a coat online, and it turned out to be way too big when it eventually arrived after two long weeks of waiting. I tried to return it using their Evri collection service, but the parcel is just sitting here as no one has come to pick it up yet. Even though I got an email saying they would collect it, there's been no further communication or collection. I'm really disappointed with their poor service and lack of communication.

Clothing items
The customer service in this shop is absolutely dreadful. I had a terrible time trying to sort out a problem with my order. The staff were not helpful at all and didn't even try to find a solution. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, they suddenly hung up on me. It was a really bad experience that made me feel annoyed and let down. I definitely won't be going back to this shop again.

Refund issue
I had a really bad time dealing with the customer service at this shop recently. I was trying to get two refunds sorted out - one was for something they sent me by mistake. I've been trying to get in touch via email, phone, and online chats but I keep getting different stories and no clear answers. It's been going on for over two weeks now and it's really frustrating. I even asked to speak to a manager but they ignored me. In the end, I had to open a dispute with Paypal and my bank. I used to like shopping for clothes here, but now I'm really put off and I'll take my custom somewhere else in the future.

Clothing and accessories
I bought some clothes and accessories from & Other Stories recently, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, just felt really unprofessional and not very efficient. Even though I spent quite a bit of money, I still haven't received any updates or my items after a long time. The customer service hasn't been much help either, with poor communication and excuses that just don't make sense. It's really sad to have such a bad experience with a brand that I thought highly of.

Clothing items
I recently bought some clothes online and they were great quality and the right size, which was good. But, the delivery was slow and there weren't many updates about when it would arrive. When I tried to return something, it was tricky and no one got back to me for ages. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very friendly or helpful. Eventually, I did get my money back, but the whole thing was a bit of a headache and I'm not sure I'll shop with them online again.

Shoes return
I recently had a really frustrating time trying to return a pair of shoes. I sent them back on the 10th of March, but I've had to call several times to ask about my refund because I still haven't received it. The website says it should only take 14 days for the refund to go through, but it's been 4 whole weeks now and I've got nothing back yet. I'm really let down by their lack of follow-up and communication. I definitely won't be suggesting their services to anyone, and I won't be buying from them again in the future.

Online order
I made the mistake of ordering online from this company recently, thinking it would be easy and quick. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. The order was sent from The Netherlands, so it took ages to arrive. Trying to get in touch with Customer Services was a nightmare - long wait times and a virtual assistant that moved as slow as a snail. The idea of having to return something fills me with dread. All in all, ordering online with this company was a massive let down and it's definitely something I'll steer clear of in the future.

Cream textured midi skirt
I was looking at this cream midi skirt in the shop, but in the end, I decided not to buy it because it was too expensive. I managed to find a similar one somewhere else for a much better price, which suited me better. Even though I liked the quality and style of the skirt in that shop, the cost was the main reason I didn't go for it.

Bias cut satin dress with faulty zipper
I recently bought a bias cut satin dress from this shop for €120 and I must say, I was really let down by the quality. The zip on the back of the dress wasn't stitched in properly so when I wore it, it looked all bumpy and weird. It was really unflattering and uncomfortable with these big bumps on my back! It's the sort of thing you expect from homemade clothes, not something you've paid good money for from a well-known company. It's a real shame that they can't get it right, especially when they're charging so much. The front of the dress is lovely, but that dodgy zip just ruins it.
