It was delivered to me within 48 hours and it was exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied with their product and will shop from them again whenever the need arises. BPA-free phone case
I just want to say how great this company's customer service is - I've never had such a positive experience before. I contacted them twice and both times got a reply super fast. The first time, I asked about whether their phone cases are made from BPA-free material, and they got back to me with all the info I needed right away. The case itself turned out to be even better than I expected - it's soft, smooth, and not bulky at all. I did have a problem with a custom design that started peeling off, but the customer service team sorted it out in no time by sending me a replacement with no fuss at all.
Latest buy
I've just received my latest order and I'm excited to give my new cases a go! I keep going back to this store because I like to change things up, not because their cases wear out quickly. Their quality is always excellent! The new cases have some raised parts, so I wonder if they'll be as sturdy as my old ones. We'll just have to wait and see. But overall, they're really tough. I can accidentally drop my phone and it's totally fine. I just wish they had a store nearer to me - Canada is quite a distance to ship from for a sustainable brand.

Canada case
The case is alright, I suppose. It feels a bit flimsy and the blue doesn't quite match the pictures. I'll still use it though. What bothers me is that this company claims to be all about transparency and eco-friendliness, but they didn't mention that everything was coming from Canada to us Europeans. I had to pay €20 in import fees for a €50 case, which seems a bit silly in my opinion. If I had known the case was coming all the way from Canada, I wouldn't have bought it in the name of being eco-friendly – that kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? Also, it took nearly 3 weeks for the case to arrive, which was disappointing because I wasn't aware it would take that long. So, yeah, the case is decent but the shipping transparency definitely needs improvement.

I've been using eco-friendly phone cases for a while now, and I recently got a new one from Pela Case. The quality is top-notch, just like I expected from them. Overpriced, Long delivery
The cases are really good, but they are just too expensive. They are already quite pricey, and on top of that, having them shipped from North America instead of Europe means you end up having to pay import taxes. This makes placing an order very costly, and it also takes ages for the delivery to arrive. It's not worth it, so I wouldn't bother.

Bulky, unusable phone case
I was so disappointed with the phone case I bought recently. I tried to be more eco-friendly by choosing this brand, but it turned out to be a letdown. To make matters worse, the case was actually shipped all the way from Canada, which totally defeated the purpose of saving plastic.
Large order of cases received with black stains.
I bought a bunch of cases recently and when they arrived, they had loads of black marks all over them. They looked really grubby and not at all new. I couldn't believe it, especially after spending so much money on them. I felt like I'd been completely conned and ripped off, so I've decided I won't be buying from that company again. It's even worse because I ordered them directly from their website and had them shipped all the way to Europe. It would be too much of a pain to try and return them. So yeah, I definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone.
My new phone case
I absolutely adore the phone case I bought - it's really eco-friendly and looks so cool! However, it did take a long time to get a response when I needed some assistance. Luckily, they did eventually provide me with a free replacement.
Sustainable phone case
Even though this phone case is made from sustainable materials, it doesn't actually do a good job of protecting your phone. I've had the same phone and case for seven years, no problems. But ever since I switched to this case, my phone screen has cracked twice! Plus, the little finger rest thing on the back melted off really quickly. It's a shame that a product that's all about being eco-friendly can't even do its main job properly.
Misleading customs fees
I bought something here recently and was really surprised by the huge customs fees that weren't included in the price at checkout. It's annoying that they didn't make it clear on the website and just buried the info somewhere. Nowadays, most companies from the USA or Canada include these costs in the final price to avoid surprising customers later. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you're considering it!
Magnetic phone case disappointment
I bought a magnetic phone case from this company not long ago and I was really disappointed with it. The magnet in the case fell apart after less than a year, which isn't good enough for something that's supposed to be eco-friendly. When I got in touch with the company about it, their reply wasn't great. They didn't offer to replace the magnet, just a discount on a new case. It's really disappointing and not what I expected from a company that claims to care about sustainability. I wouldn't recommend this product at all after my experience.

I got this phone case for my new phone, but it was a complete disaster! It covered the mic, so I couldn't make calls. When I tried to swap it, I realised I had to get the exact same one or pay $20 in fees. Really? All this hassle just to have a case that fits my new phone properly.
