I recently bought an iPhone 12 for my son from this shop, and I was really happy with how it all went. iPhone 13 in 'good condition'
I've bought things from this website a few times now and I've been pretty pleased overall. This last time I got myself an iPhone 13 listed as being in 'good condition', but when it arrived I saw that it had more scratches on it than I was expecting. Even so, I'm still chuffed with my buy because you can't see the scratches when it's in its case. The delivery was mega quick too, which was a nice surprise for me.
My return order
I arranged for the DPD driver to collect my return, but they didn't turn up! I was at home from 8 am to 12 pm waiting. I've set up another time for pick up, so hopefully they show this time. By the way, I never received confirmation from you regarding the return pick up.
iPhone 13 mini delivery
Oh my gosh, I ordered an iPhone 13 mini and it arrived really quickly! I got a really nice phone that looks brand new, no scratches or anything. The battery life is still fantastic and lasts me all day, even with me using it quite a bit.

Quick purchase, disappointed with scratches
I was really pleased with how quick and easy it was to buy my phone, but I was gutted when I saw scratches on it. The scratches were in weird spots that you wouldn't expect from regular use. It was so annoying because I had just sold a phone that didn't have any scratches at all. I couldn't even return it because I needed it straight away. On the bright side, I was happy to see that it came with a 12-month warranty.
Present for my sister
I bought my sister a phone as a present for next week. I haven't had a chance to use it myself, but it looks brilliant! The condition is really good, and I'm positive she'll be chuffed with it. The service I got was top-notch as well, so big thanks for that!

I bought a new smartphone from Phones Direct recently and I'm really not happy with it. The battery was only at 87% when I got it, which was disappointing. Also, the camera isn't working properly and the zoom feature seems to have a weird issue where there's no dot showing up. It's so frustrating and makes me doubt the quality of the phone I bought. All in all, I'm not pleased with the product or the service from Phones Direct.

Phone delivery for birthday gift
I have to say, Phones Direct really impressed me with how quickly and smoothly they delivered my order. It arrived in good condition too. The phone is actually a gift for a birthday on 28th May, so I haven't had a chance to check the quality just yet. But, if the delivery experience is anything to go by, I reckon the product will be top-notch.
