Blanket weed remover
The blanket weed remover has really helped with the pesky blanket weed in my pond. I've seen a big reduction in the amount of weed, and I'm hopeful it will be completely gone soon. However, the cloudy water remover hasn't done much to tackle the oily surface that has formed on the water. I did some investigating and realised that the oily film is probably because of decaying vegetation around the pond. So, I took matters into my hands and started pulling out plants like Iris, Marsh Marigolds, and Japanese Anemones to try and keep the water looking cleaner. Even though I've had the water tested and it's fine, the oily film is still a problem. Any suggestions on how to deal with this issue would be really appreciated.

I love to fish and wanted to have some in my house. I ordered every piece of equipment and supply that would be needed to read my fish including fish food. I ordered everything from Pond Planet. An online store I discovered myself and gave it a try because of good reviews. Pond planet got my fishing activities covered. Quite affordable and easy to access. Delivery is fast and they are known for selling quality fishing equipment and feed. I love their customer service they guided me through the process. I have started rearing some fish and I enjoyed it. Quite stressless. Would purchase more items for my fish soon.
Replacement order received
I had a bit of a problem with my order from Pond Planet recently. When it arrived, I noticed that part of my purchase was missing from the package. I decided to drop them an email about it, and they were really quick to send out a replacement. It got to me in good nick, which was great!

I bought this pond pump back in May, and it suddenly stopped working over the weekend. So, I decided to give them a call this morning. They suggested that it could be fine grit stuck in the stator. They recommended that I take a look at the instructions, and funny enough, I found a tool and guidelines for cleaning the stator that I wasn't aware of before! I followed the steps and managed to get it fixed within half an hour. Huge thanks to the support team for their incredible help!

Fish tank purchase
My experience with Pond Planet has been absolutely infuriating. I wanted to get a fish tank for my partner's birthday, but after agreeing on a delivery date, they told me they couldn't deliver to Northern Ireland because it needed to be sent on a pallet. Why didn't they tell me this before confirming the delivery date? It's very misleading and a complete waste of my time. Being contacted by a staff member to confirm the delivery date, only to then be told they can't deliver to NI is just not on. If they can't deliver to certain areas, they should let customers know from the start. I won't be using them again.

He took the time to explain exactly what I needed, so I went ahead and placed an order for the Pressure filter rock cover.
