Cricket gear
I ordered some cricket gear for my match, but it didn't arrive when it was meant to. I paid extra for next day delivery, but it still didn't show up. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful and just gave me a standard reply. In the end, I had to shell out more money elsewhere to make sure I had my stuff in time for the game.
Shoes ordered on Tuesday
I ordered my new pair of shoes on the 4th of June at around 9 pm and they arrived on the 6th. Really impressed with how fast they arrived, so I'll definitely be a returning customer in the future.
Faulty football boots refund
I got in touch with the customer service team because the football boots I bought for my son broke after just six months. I was really happy with how quickly they got back to me and how they kept me updated on everything that was happening. They ended up giving me a refund for the boots. I got my shoes really fast from this place. The website originally said they were Supra shoes, but then in the details, it said they were Converse shoes. Predator Pro Elite Tongue FG boots
These boots are absolutely top-notch quality and they really step up your game on the pitch. The design is super slick and gives me that killer edge when I'm out there. But, gotta say, the packaging left a bit to be desired compared to the last time I got the Predator Accuracy + boots.

Pantofola d'Ora Superstar SL
I recently bought a pair of Pantofola d'Ora Superstar SL from this cricket shop. I was really happy with how quickly they arrived, even quicker than I thought they would. But, I was a little bit let down when I realised that the Black/blue laces that were meant to come with the shoes were missing, and I got black laces instead. I get that maybe they ran out of the coloured laces, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Other than this small issue, I thought the service was excellent and the quality of the product was good.
Football boots in blue
Getting football boots in blue was a piece of cake from the website, and the price was way cheaper than in-store. We spotted them at the shop, but I'm pleased we went for the online option. Delivery was surprisingly fast too - ordered on Saturday and they were here by Tuesday. And to top it off, I managed to use my blue light card for an extra little bonus! I would definitely recommend these boots 👌.
Boot purchase
I bought a pair of boots from this shop recently, but I'm disappointed with the quality. After only wearing them for a week or so, I've noticed they're starting to stain. I was expecting better durability for the price. I'm now wondering if the shop has a policy for returning used items, as I'm not happy with the product.
Adidas boots order
The info on the Adidas boots on the website was great, it said to order half a size up because they come up small. That was really helpful and I didn't have to go through the hassle of exchanging for a bigger size. The only downside was no free shipping - if that was thrown in, it would've been a flawless experience.
